Tre ord som beskriver denna lägenhet är roligt, färska och trendiga. Detta nyrenoverade två sovrum är belägen på Silver Beach Towers i Destin. Den strandtomt är en av de bästa i Destin området. Du kommer att ha svårt att hitta en bättre utsikt över stranden, vågor, och sand. Vandringen är snabbt och enkelt utan en lång bräda promenad som gör att transportera leksaker och barn svårt. De nymålade väggar, granit, fantastiska originalkonst från lokal konstnär, och hisnande utsikt över stranden gör den här egenskapen en av de bästa på Silver Beach Towers. Vi vill gärna för din familj att uppleva vår lyxiga hem hemifrån. Du kommer definitivt att känna sig hemma från det ögonblick du går in Silver Beach Towers 1202!

Enheten har en uppfriskande kustnära tema inredning. Vi har klinkergolv i kök och badrum. Den vardagsrum och sovrum är fodrade med en ny platt contempary stil mattan. Den välfyllda köket har alla nya rostfria vitvaror, porslin, köksredskap och gott om förvaring och mot rymden. De bänkskivor är granit. Vi har också två barstolar för bänkskivan matplats. I vardagsrummet är möblerat med en stor platt-TV med en full bäddsoffa och tre stolar. Persienner i hela lägenheten som tillåter full utsikt över stranden och pooler tillsammans med solnedgång och soluppgång. Skjutbara glasdörrar i vardagsrummet och båda sovrummen som leder till en stor kaklad balkong att njuta av timmar av fantastisk utsikt över Mexikanska golfen.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och en ny, platt-TV. Njut av utsikten från ett stort burspråk, eller steg direkt genom ingången till de viktigaste balkongen. Det stora walk in closet är enorm. Det stora master badrum består av ett bubbelbad, en duschkabin, dubbla fåfänga och massor av bänkutrymme.

Guest sovrummet har två dubbelsängar, platt-tv, dresser lagring och en balkong entré. Den 2: a badrum är bara en sekund bort men är fortfarande tillgänglig för vardagsrummet.

Poolområdet består av två stora pooler med vatten funktioner och två badtunnor med utsikt över Mexikanska golfen. Bara gå igenom poolområdet på Silver Beach privata strand. Silver Beach är en lugn semesterort med säkerhet och strikt tillgång.

Fabulous View!

Beautiful property with outstanding view of the beach. It was exactly what we were looking for. Probably wouldn’t be my choice during summer or school breaks; it looks like a very touristy area during high season. There were plenty basic supplies for 2 people for a 4 day stay. The restaurant recommendations from the owner were excellent. I hope we can go back next year!!

Perfect for a girls weekend

Perfect size for 4 adults. The unit was immaculate. Super quiet and beautiful views. We did not experience any problems, but the owner was very responsive to all our questions. We will definitely be back!

The condo was as advertised- beautifully decorated and well maintained. The view was gorgeous out to the gulf. We also enjoyed the area restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Family Christmas

Our family of 4 adults spent Christmas at this condo and we had a wonderful time. The view cannot be beat to say the least. We spent many hours just relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the sound of the gulf and the gorgeous weather. The unit was very clean and well appointed. One of the reasons that we chose the unit was the fact that both bedrooms faced the Gulf and provided access to the balcony. We also noticed that the lobby and common areas of the complex were very well maintained. Without a doubt, we would return to this beach condo for another family vacation.

Love the view!

Silver beach dreams on an emerald coast!

Best way to describe our week at this beautiful condo is in the title! As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by the view of the bluest water! Whichever room you choose you have a beautiful view! The patio is spacious with enough seating! The condo is up to date with good furnishings and elegantly styled but still giving a sense of home! Owners are extremely responsive and very helpful with anything needed! This was our first stay, but hopefully not our last!

This is a fabulous Condo!!

Location, location location - perfect for a family, super clean and beautifully appointed. The beach is steps away and shopping and restaurants just moments away. Nothing is lacking. The management was easily accessible and cooperative. We HIGHLY recommend you spending your vacation here.

Heaven on earth!!

From the minute we walked thru the door we were greeted with an absolutely gorgeous view, and beautiful updated clean and crisp accommodations. My morning wake-up call before I ever lifted my head off of the pillow was a breathtaking sunrise. We spent our days exploring, enjoying the afternoon sun and beach view from our veranda, then dinner on the beach. We were privileged to have a beautiful week which ended our days with a the most .

Truly a Home Away From Home

This condo is exactly how the pictures look. Spacious, BEAUTIFUL, and clean. Beach and pool access steps away. Host is very easy to get in touch with and willing to help at anytime. The entire unit has everything you would possibly need. We will for sure be back for Fall Break!

Beautiful property

We just returned from a fantastic vacation. The condo is exactly as pictured! From the moment we opened the front door, we were met with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of storage. The balcony is large. We enjoyed eating dinner every night on the balcony, watching the dolphins & stingrays swim along the shore. It never took us more than 5 minutes to find our beach chairs once we left the condo. Elevators are very fast & clean. The pool is large, clean with convenient access to public restrooms, which came in handy for our 4 year old. We definitely look forward to returning next year!

Just What We Had Hoped For!

We were looking for a place to just chill out and get away from some medical and family issues that have been stressing us the past few months. Silver Beach Towers turned out to be just the place to allow us to do that. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay.. Since nearly everyone else liked staying on the beach during the day, we had the pool almost entirely to ourselves, which suited us just fine. Communication with the owners was prompt and seemless. We wouldn’t have changed a thing about our vacation. Everything was perfect.

My wife and I live in Greenville, Ms and have 3 grown children. We have always loved staying in a Destin condo directly on the beach with easy access to the beach and pool. We have been coming to Destin for 28 years.

Silver Beach Towers has one of the best views in Destin. We rented in Silver Beach Towers a few times prior to purchasing in 2011. In fact, we love the quick walk to the beach and pool along with the amazing sunset so well that we recently purchased a 4 bedroom directly next door. We totally renovated and updated both condos with the coastal theme.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We love Silver Beach Towers, especially the 2 bedrooms because both bedrooms are ocean front, with access to the ocean front balcony. The two fast elevators make a huge difference! No LONG WAIT IS A PLUS! You have two parking options, on the main level or the parking garage with our specific parking space. A FOB allows access to the building, garage, pool, and beach. The resort is clean, quiet, family oriented and high security. We LOVE the grill area for relaxing and allowing the kids to play!
