The home is located in the Salt Pond Community, a family friendly resort and golf community located on a 90-acre saltwater pond and surrounded by an 18 hole public golf course. Walkable amenities include an outdoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a sand volleyball court, a basketball court, and a clubhouse with a heated indoor pool and spa (open September-June only) and fitness equipment. Golf course fees are affordable and charged separately.

The garage is available to store beach equipment and bikes and Kayaks. You can bring your own or rent a kayak to use in the canals or on the Salt Pond.
