KR410 av Simply Kimberley | 3 bdrm / 3 bad | Ski-in / ut

Kimberley Ridge 410 av Simply Kimberley. Vi äger även nästa dörrenhet (KR411) som är en spegelbild och ansluten via vardagsrummet.

Varje lägenhet har 1500 kvm boyta och har en dyr, ljudisolerad dörr mellan vardagsrummen vilket resulterar i en 6 bdrm / 6 badrum / 4 däck / 2 badtunna / 3000 kvm enhet!

Hyr en individuellt eller båda tillsammans för en stor grupp. Kimberley är helt enkelt specialiserat på golf och skidpaket för grupper.

Alla queen sängar bortsett från sjunde sängen på loftet. Två rulla Ikea madrasser i enheten för att sova 8 i separata sängar. Ny Netflix-aktiverad 49 "platt-TV monterad i vardagsrummet och två andra 32" platt-tv i sovrum. Helt nya golv på de viktigaste våningarna och alla sex badrum.

Mästaren har dubbla handfat badrum. Det stora sovrummet har en drottning säng i stängt loft bdrm och har dubbla handfat, badrum. Det finns också en dubbelsäng i vrå under grönområde inför fönstret i sovrummet. Det finns två dubbla, utdragbara soffor i vardagsrummet och en queen size-utdragbar soffa på loftet (utanför master bdrm). Shaw 75 erbjuder snabb Wifi, fotbolls tabell, Netflix-aktiverad Smart TV ingår. Köket har 12 platsinställningar och alla grytor och pannor, köksredskap som krävs för att laga mat och underhålla!

Det finns två balkonger (däck). Den största som står inför skidbacken och har en Weber naturgasgrill med nya utemöbler och fångar eftermiddagsolen. Den öst vända däck har 8-person badtunna som hålls till gästfrihet standarder ren (professionellt servas varje vecka) och har också fyra personer, djupt sittande uteplats set.

Family Favourite

Thanks Tod for a perfect visit to my home town. The two units I rented from you suited our family group of 11 just right. The connecting door, huge dining table, roomy loft on the upper floor, were just a few of the things that made our week’s stay memorable…..oh, and the easy proximity to the lifts. Amazing fall stay

Kimberley is jusy beautiful in the fall and this place was perfect to enjoy it from with amazing front and back decks, a wonderful hot tub, cozy fireplace and vaulted ceilings.

Great Location for Skiing

We had a very nice stay at Kimberley Ridge for a family ski weekend. The location was great, just short walk (~100m) to the base of the Owl T-bar and the main chair lift. You can see the hill from the condo! The condo was clean and spacious enough for 12 people (mixture of adults, teens and children). There were 4 full size beds and 3 pullout couches, so plenty sleeping options. The condo was fully equipped with ensuite laundry, enough towels for both showering and the hot tub, the kitchen was fully equipped and there were games and books for family fun. A website was provided with all the information for checking-in/out, condo amenities, activities in the area, etc. which was useful and super convenient. We also received discounted lift tickets through the property owner which was an awesome bonus! The property owner was also very responsive to our inquires during our stay. We would definitely recommend staying at Kimberley Ridge!

Unit 410- great space and location

Great condo. Lots of space and excellent location for skiing. Best part about this condo is the multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces. Ie decks, bedrooms, living room and playroom. Lots of options for beds. Only thing that could be improved is having the condo better stocked( ie foil, parchment paper, and shampoo/soap), as well as better maintenance for the hottub. Other than that the place was wonderful, the property manager was very responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family ski trip

Family trip consisted of 3 generations from mine and my sisters families ages 5 - 63 years. Everyone had a great time. The accommodations were excellent and Tod was very attentive. Only thing he could not control was the clouds that rolled in for the New Years Eve fireworks.

Great location

We had a great stay at KR410. The location to the chair lift was awesome! The upstairs was a perfect area for our kids to hang out and they loved the foosball table. Would definitely stay here again!

Would stay again! Great location and host.

Tod was great with communication and answering all our questions! The kettle wasn’t working and he replaced it the same day which was excellent. My only concern was that the dryer wasn’t working well but there was a drying rack for Infront of the fireplace so that was useful. Remember to bring your own shampoo/soap. Would stay again, definitely!

Mountain Getaway

Very nice condo for five adults. It is ideally located to all activities in the area that we had planned. Nice to be able to cook all our meals and then unwind and relax at the end of a busy day in the hottub. Tod was quick to get back to us with any questions we had.

We had a wonderful family day long weekend stay in Kimberley. The condo was perfect for our family! The location was superb, right on the hill and the accommodation very comfortable and plenty of room for our family. Lots of sleeping areas, three big bedrooms, loft and 3 bathrooms. And we loved the decks and hot tub! We embraced all the winter sports and the quaint town of Kimberley. We downhill skied, cross country skied at the nearby Nordic Center, snow shoed and even took in a yoga class in town. The only thing I would suggest to Todd would be a bigger frying pan and a four slice toaster for larger groups of people! We would definitely recommend Simply Kimberley as they are so organized and easy to deal with and if we ever come back for another visit it will be here!! Thanks!

Guys weekend

Had a great time, group of 15 guys stayed in the super condo for a weekend. Everything was looked after. Very well setup. Used the 21 passenger bus to go to town one evening. And ran us to bootleg golf club on the saturday and kurtis our driver was just a text away when we wished to return to the condo!

In combination with 411. great for a large group. Plenty of places to sleep and big HD screen for hockey. Also cooked and served 16 for dinner very comfortably with 411.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I've worked in ski and golf tourism since 2001. These two side by side condos were bought for friends, family and clients to enjoy and connect in the mountains. They have west facing deck for catching the setting sun with the BBQ on this deck. When it's available, it's the perfect place to home base for creating memories.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Life is made easy with the equipped kitchen for food prep, fridge with ice maker, hot tub on the deck and equipment storage on the floor level. There's a natural gas fireplace for ambiance. Backing on green space on one side and ski resort just out the door.
