Northern Exposure ligger i Nantucket nära centrum på Lower Orange Street strax utanför West Creek Road, nio tiondelar av en mil från Main Street.

Fyra sovrum, två fulla bad och en halv bad. Åtta vuxna personer max. Första sovrummet - king size, andra sovrummet - full storlek, tredje sovrummet - tvillingar och det fjärde sovrummet - tvillingarna. Soldäck och parkering utanför gatan.

Endast helveckorsuthyrning från söndag till söndag - slutet av juni till början av september. Memorial day weekend är endast tillgängligt som en del av en hel vecka hyra.

Dagliga priser tillgängliga för lågsäsongshyror med ett minimum av 3 nätter.

Hyror gjorda före den 15 januari kräver en första betalning av 1/3 av det totala hyresbeloppet inom 7 dagar efter bokningen plus den återbetalningsbara depositionen. (Deposition är 10% av det totala hyresbeloppet eller $ 400 för varje vecka).

1/3 av den totala hyran beror på 15 april. Återstoden av hyran förfaller minst 30 dagar före ankomstdatum.

Uthyrning efter 15 januari: Hälften av det totala hyresbeloppet betalas inom sju dagar efter bokningen, plus den återbetalningsbara deposition. Deposition är 10% av det totala månatliga hyresbeloppet eller minst $ 400 för varje vecka. Återstoden av hyran som ska tas emot minst 30 dagar före ankomstdatum.

Hyror gjorda inom 30 dagar efter ankomstdatum: Det totala hyresbeloppet och deposition (som betalas med Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal banköverföring eller PayPal-överföring) inklusive ett tecknat hyresavtal måste tas emot före ankomst.

Dessa policyer är endast för hyresgäster från USA. Det kommer att finnas olika betalningskrav och hyresvillkor för alla hyresgäster utanför USA.
Det finns ingen avbokningsbestämmelse i vårt hyresavtal. Om en nödsituation utesluter användning, kommer vi att göra bästa ansträngningar för att hyra ut i samma takt och, om lyckat, hyresgästen får en återbetalning minus en avbokningsavgift på 10 procent av bruttohyran. Fantastic spot!

We loved our stay at Northern Exposure. The house is even nicer in person that it shows in the lovely pictures online and you cannot beat the location. You are right near endless convenient things that you can walk to but still feel tucked away and quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Weekend at Northern Exposure

My friends and I stayed at Northern Exposure for a long weekend and we had the most amazing time! The house is perfect for our group of 8 and had everything we needed, the listing doesn’t do it justice! The location was perfect, close to town, bike path, and wave stops as well as a grocery store. Check in was easy and Roland was very responsive. We will absolutely be back to Northern Exposure in the future!

Terrific property

I wasn't sure about being a little further out of town, but it turned out the location was terrific. We were able to walk into town in about 20 minutes, but could bike there very quickly. In some ways the location was almost preferable because it's near lots of other things like the supermarket, the donut shop, a terrific coffee shop right next-door, a good breakfast place, etc., etc. We would definitely consider renting there again.

Great house and location

We stayed here for a girls trip and it was great! We often walked to and from town for dinners or it is a super short drive. While downtown is a few minutes away, there is a grocery store, liquor store, great restaurants and coffee literally steps away. Easy access to the bike paths too! Awesome spot for a family or group and the host was great to work with.

Centrally Located Nantucket Getaway

I spent 2-weeks at Northern Exposure with 3 other friends and it was a great, well-equipped home. From the kitchen, to the towels and beach chairs to the plastic cups there was not much the House was lacking that one would need. Easily walkable to certain bakeries and other places and not far from really anything on the island. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful vacation!

We were so impressed with the house for our Nantucket vacation. It met our every needs, was in a great location and was very comfortable for our family of 5 (plus one child). Enjoyed grilling on the porch and eating outside. House was very well equipped with just about everything you could possibly need for cooking/beach etc. Wonderful stay!

Amazing location for friends weekend away

The property was perfect for a weekend away ! The location is close enough downtown and right near a grocery store and other entertainment ! Roland was a great host and always prompt to reply . Will be coming back !

Great House and location

Hi, This was a great house. The location is great. You can walk to town in about 15 minutes. The best part is you only blocks from the stop and shop, the best coffee, best pizza, and much more which is great when you have little kids with you. The house was super clean. Nicely furnished. Would definitely rent it again.

Beautiful home, great location

Me and my girlfriends had the most perfect long weekend at this beautiful home. The house is gorgeous. It was spotless when we arrived and all appeared to be very recently updated. The location is great. It was a short walk to town, and very easy access to a grocery store and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here. Roland was kind and informative. We look forward to coming back to Nantucket!

Great house for 8 people!!

My family & I rented this house for a week in June. There were 8 of us and we all fit very comfortably. There was a great big room for all of us to sit around that was connected to the large kitchen. The shuttle stop to different places was on the road of the house. We walked into town which was less than a mile. Working with the owner, Roland, was wonderful. Talked with him a few times prior to our visit. While we were there I had a question and left a message; he called me back right way so I was very happy about that. I would highly recommend renting this house! Thanks again, Roland!
