Fantastiskt hus på 2600 kvadratmeter, färdigställt i oktober 2003. Du kan höra ljudet från bränningen från detta uppochner hus på 3 tunnland med katedraltak, massor av solljus och vidsträckt havsutsikt. Varm, lätt, öppen, luftig och fridfull beskriver denna inbjudande tillflyktsort.

Övre våningen har en öppen planlösning, öppen spis och katedralen i vardagsrummet och matsalen, master svit med katedralen tak och balkong, och kök som har Corian räknare, lönn slaktare block ö med italienska glas hängen. Vardagsrummet öppnar upp till ett stort däck med 180 graders havsutsikt. Första våningen har en stor ingång, 3 sovrum, hus med en bäddsoffa och terrassdörrar som öppnar till andra däck.

Utomhus finns en stor privat trädgård med hortensior, strandrosor, stenväggar och gångvägar, vilda blommor och en stor gård med en stor utomhusdusch. Det är en kort promenad till havet och 6 miles till stan.

Huset är fullt utrustat för din semester behov. Fullt möblerad med fina detaljer och omfattande landskapsarkitektur. Wonderful stay!

My family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful, family friendly home in Nantucket. The location is just far enough outside of the "hustle" of downtown Nantucket, literally steps away from peaceful Tom Nevers beach and a quick drive to quaint Sconset. The property manager's attention to detail was second to none. The home was very clean, bright, open and comfortable. I'd highly recommend Canopache for anyone looking for a relaxing retreat for friends and family.

Great house on a great piece of property.

Warm and comfortable house that was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked with dinner ware and house wares. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very comfortable. Decks had great views of the Atlantic in the near distance, and the property was beautiful and very well maintained.

Amazing Week at Canopache

This was our second time renting at Canopache, and it did not disappoint. When we arrived, the house was terrific, well-maintained, and clean. We love the house layout, which allows for great airflow from the ocean, which kept us cool during the night. The kids loved the grounds and the outdoor shower! We love it, will definitely recommend it, and will be back again!

Wonderful House and Setting for a Nantucket Vacation!

Fabulous house for a Nantucket family vacation. Lots of space for our group of 6 adults. We enjoyed several wonderful dinners with family and friends thanks to the thoughtfully provisioned kitchen. Days started and ended on the deck taking in the gorgeous views. We highly recommend.

Perfect!

Beautiful setting! Walk to beach! House very well stocked (easy to cook in kitchen). Loved that our fur babies were welcome- house even has water/food bowls- nice touch. Outdoor shower- nice and private. Marcie was great to work with! ideal location- but car needed. Plenty of sleeping room- 3 Queens, 4 twins (two with pull out trundles), 3 + 1/2 baths.

‘Our’ Nantucket House!

We just returned from 2 weeks at ‘our’ house and it was amazing as always. The house is perfect for our multigenerational family. The views from the top deck, the yard, and the overall quiet of this part of the island make our time each year so special. The house is well maintained and clean. Thanks for another magical stay!

Beautiful stay on Nantucket!

I stayed here for a long weekend with a group of 8 ladies and had a wonderful experience! The house was lovely, private, and clean and provided plenty of room for all of us to spread out and enjoy. We did not rent or bring a vehicle for our stay and had no problem quickly getting Ubers to and from the house! I would highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future!

Amazing weekend at Canopache

Amazing home and host all around! From the onset, Marcie was welcoming and incredibly accommodative as we worked to schedule a surprise stay for our Mother’s 60th birthday party. She was a tremendous host and ensured a comfortable and unforgettable weekend. The home itself was perfect for a large family gathering in close proximity to the Tom Nevers park. Beautiful views and incredible home - unbelievable stay and cannot wait for our next trip back!

Great winter stay

We rented Canopache in February to celebrate a milestone event with a group of close friends. The accommodations were great. Everyone enjoyed the stay and the gathering in the cozy main room with the fireplace going during a full blown gale was enjoyed by all. The kitchen facilities were complete and our dog enjoyed having her own cabinet and puppy-guest bowls. The house easily passed "clean" test by my wife. Not an easy hurtle. Visiting Nantucket that time of year is a unique experience and Canopoache, with its great view, is the perfect location to fully appreciate it.

Great stay

The house is in a great location - set back and quiet with great views from the wrap around balcony. The outdoor shower was a plus. Convenient to a lot of places. The host was very accommodating and communicative. Overall a great stay.

Fantastic Home on Nantucket!

An absolutely great home for your stay on Nantucket! The property is spacious and we had a very fun wiffle ball game on the lawn. Love the upstairs layout and second floor deck. Outside shower was the favorite of all our guests! We highly recommend having a vehicle if you rent the house. There is a shuttle stop at the end of Tom Nevers Road but it is 2 miles away. Also you will need to make your vehicle reservation for the ferry as soon as it becomes available to do so. Best sunsets on the island right from the deck! Great family vacation which we would love to do again!

Our 3rd Year at Canopache! Making wonderful memories of our time on Nantucket!

Canopache is a wonderful property! It has everything a family could ask for! We especially enjoy the views of the ocean from the deck, the large yard and being able to walk to Tom Nevers beach, which is quiet and never crowded. And the sunrises and sunsets are absolutely wonderful!

Canopache 3rd Vacation

We had another great vacation at Canopache. We loved the house, the yard, & the privacy. Each day, lots of biking , hot shower outside after Ocean swimming , then Sunset Cocktails with water views at dinner time. The new kitchen and bathrooms are wonderful. Kids loved going to Siasconset down the street for cookies and ice cream. thank you so much.

Perfect match

The “Canopache” home was perfect for our stay. Great location not far from the shore on the southern end of the island, in an area that feels charmingly rugged and off the beaten path. The house itself is perfectly suited for a family or group of friends, with a large common area for the kitchen, dining and movie watching and plenty of cozy bedrooms. The owner was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Excellent all-around!

Peace and quiet

Enjoyed another great Thanksgiving at Canopache. Beautiful, private location with plenty of space for the family. All the amenities of home away from home with easy walk to park and beach, quick drive to town. Marcie is a great host. A wonderful Nantucket experience!

Great Stay in Lovely Location

Our stay on Nantucket was great! Marcie was lovely to work with and allowed us early and late check in since the home wasn't rented the day leading up or after our stay. This was critical because we were traveling with a newborn and 3 dogs! The house had all the basics and the yard was perfect for the dogs. Great view of the surrounding houses and ocean in the distance. It is walking distance to a great beach and park and drivable to town and surrounding areas. We definitely will rent again.

Wonderful Stay

Overall we had a great time with our group of 4 couples and young children. It is off the beaten path but a close walk to beach w/ playground for the kids. A very accurate listing, clean house, beautiful views and friendly and timely communication. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

A wonderful get away to a beautiful place

It was all it was described in the brochure. The house was lovely and very well equipped. Marcie, the owner, was responsive and helpful. If we ever return to Nantucket, we would stay here again.
