Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the great location, relaxing front porch, green space, bikes, and golf cart—those are definitely some of the highlights of the home, and it’s wonderful they helped make your stay enjoyable. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the paint, floors, and pool alarm. The alarm is an important safety feature, especially for families with children and pets, but we understand how it could feel inconvenient for an all-adult group. We’ll be sure to pass along your comments to the owner and our maintenance team for review, including the suggestion for a general refresh. We’re happy to hear that overall you had a very nice and relaxing stay, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again on 30A!
