Stranden Àr privat och stugan Àr lugnt och tyst - en perfekt tillflyktsort för tvÄ. Stugan Àr ett rum med en full-size sÀng och byrÄ, ett litet kök och matplats och ett badrum med dusch. Njut av en god bok pÄ verandan eller sola i den rymliga gÄrden. Ta med din cykel för om du korsar gatan, du Àr pÄ en 62 mil cykel / vandring spÄr som löper frÄn Gaylord till Mackinaw. This cute and cozy cottage was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. It was perfectly clean and had all the things we needed for our 5 night stay. There are nice big windows to let in the breeze or AC is available if warmer. We enjoyed going down to the water, listening to the waves, and taking in the gorgeous views. The owners were so friendly and available if anything was needed. The location was perfect and we visited Mac City, Mac island, the UP and the dark sky park. We hope to stay again someday soon!

45th Anniversary

Bob and Deb were awesome. They made us feel very special, and made it a very memorable stay. It is the perfect location for easy access to Mackinaw city, and Mackinac Island. The cabin we stayed in was very quaint, and it really does have a million dollar view!

We had a wonderful time! The view was excellent (as advertised) and the property managers were so kind a helpful. We locked ourselves out while having our morning coffee on the porch and we were let back in in five minutes! It was a great area as well, and we took the Marshalls fudge recommendation which was fantastic. Would highly recommend this property for a relaxed stay!

Million Dollar View

The name of the property says it all!! The one room cabin was a perfect get away. There was access to the bike trail directly across the street and the 7 mile bike ride into town was very nice. It was nice to “come home” each night to our own place. There were no issues - the binder of information regarding the property was helpful and the cookies were delicious!

The property was really nice. We had the small cabin but there's also a hotel and the owners house on property. It was really quiet and wildlife was plentiful. The room is cute and the view of the sky at night was AMAZING!!! the beach was ok. Not great for rock hunting but swimming is good. Couple things to work on: The cleaning fee is astronomical. For that price that place should've been spotless. The air freshener or cleaner has a very strong odor. Please consider switching to something more natural. The see through curtains with a gap were creepy because anyone can go anywhere on that property at anytime. someone can walk by and see if you're in the bathroom (with the toilet window lol) or changing. Also, you must book 4 nights to get the free ferry tickets.

Mackinaw trip

Property was perfect for my wife and I. Gorgeous views of Lake Huron and the bridge. Hosts had a lot of helpful suggestions and the homemade cookies were delicious. Location had easy access to Mackinaw City and the bridge to St Ignace and to ferry boats to Mackinaw Island.

Great little cottage with a gigantic view!

Enjoyed my mornings and evenings, looking out at the view with my beverage of choice. This was a central location to visit many areas in northern Michigan and the UP. The owners were very friendly and informational. The cottage was clean and comfortable and whatever you needed was nearby but you felt like you were very secluded because of the location near the lake. We definitely have this one on our list of favorites.

This was a perfect quiet getaway. We brought our kayaks and we were able to kayak the coast and go to shore whenever we wanted. The weather was perfect during our 4 day stay. Close enough to all the excitement but far enough to be peaceful.
