Churchill Plaza # 1 - Centralt beläget i hjärtat av Friday Harbor, erbjuder Churchill Plaza all lyx i en privat bostad med vacker utsikt över hamnen och färjelandningen. Fastigheten ligger i ett bostads- och affärsbyggnad med blandad användning.

Loftets stora rum ser direkt ut mot vattnet med en veranda och däck för utomhusglädje. På kvällarna kan du slå på propan spis för en avkopplande eller romantisk atmosfär. Köket, som är färdigt med bänkskivor i granit och rostfria apparater, ser också ut mot vattnet vilket gör det bra för att laga måltider och njuta av stadens naturliga omgivningar och båtaktiviteter. Ököket har också extra barstolar.

Loftet har två sovrum och två badrum. Det stora sovrummet är möblerat med en queen size-säng och vetter mot färjan och marinan och har ett angränsande masterbad. Masterbadet är färdigt med bänkskivor i granit, dubbelt handfat, badkar och kaklat, överdimensionerad dusch. Det andra sovrummet är också möblerat med en queen size-säng och vetter mot en angränsande park där du kan äta en picknicklunch eller spela lite basket.

Beläget strax ovanför färjelandningen erbjuder loftets läge bekvämligheten att inte behöva ta en bil med dig. Fastigheten har dock ett säkert, privat parkeringsgarage med hiss. Churchill Plaza är en utmärkt plats att uppleva ön i några dagar eller livet.

It is a beautiful clean centrally located place that was a real pleasure to stay in! You would definitely stay there again. There was on-site parking which is wonderful, elevator for carrying stuff up the stairs and very pretty with comfortable furniture and beds and great linens and towels.

Amazing location and so comfortable

The property is a quick walk from the ferry. We drove as we were planning on visiting other parts of the island. The parking area was under the building and secure. The location could not be beat as it in the middle of everything. The apartment had everything you could need and we enjoyed just hanging out watching the marina below.

Can't beat the location! Unit is large & spacious & within walking distance of everything. Beds are super comfortable. Great evening views on the balcony & marina. The ferry boats & traffic are a bit noisy since the unit overlooks the parking lanes. But, you'll love the convenience of the 2 minute walk or drive to get in the ferry line. Put your car in the line & you can easily walk back to the unit for those forgotten sunglasses or another cup of coffee.

The location is wonderful. Beautiful views. Garage parking fantastic. Few drawbacks: not enough towels, one bed had a dirty sheet upon arrival. The curtains in the bathrooms are see through and there are no shades. The windows do not have screens, yet need to be opened as there is no a/c. Flies come in. No personal touches, such as welcome basket with coffee, map with restaurant recommendations, area attractions. The unit needs some maintenance but overall great stay in a perfect area.

Churchill Plaza #1: We had a wonderful stay at Friday Harbor on San Juan Island. The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk from the ferry, great restaurants, shops, and whale-watching tours. We never needed a car and enjoyed exploring everything on foot.The condo was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed with a contemporary style. The modern furnishings, thoughtful décor, and well-equipped amenities made it feel both stylish and welcoming. After a day of exploring the island, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind.The hosts were outstanding—very responsive and easy to communicate with before, during, and after our trip. They provided clear information, promptly answered questions, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.If you're looking for a convenient, comfortable, and modern place to stay in Friday Harbor, this condo is an excellent choice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Especially if you want to get your car in line early for the ferry and still have time to gather your stuff in the condo. We ended up visiting Orcas and Lopez because the ferry was so convenient. We were so happy we did. I’d recommend this condo.

Everything was in walking distance, the place was very comfortable with the two separated bedrooms. We loved the island and we loved the place. Will stay again with my family someday.

Mid winter getaway

Relaxing stay at the cozy and warm condo. Enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings, the convent coffee shops in the mornings and the great location to take in all that Friday Harbor and San Juan Island has to offer in the winter. Great hikes, excellent restaurants and inviting small town charm.

Great Location in Friday Harbor

Super comfortable, upscale 2 bedroom 2 bath place with modern, open floor plan kitchen/ living area. We enjoyed views of the harbor, relaxing living space and comfortable beds. Property was spotlessly clean. Walking distance to grocery store, harbor, shopping and restaurants.

Perfect location in Friday Harbor, steps to nearby restaurants and shops, 1 minute walk to the ferry terminal. The unit is a vey comfortable 2-br, 2-ba unit which is maintained very well. Property management are very responsive.
