Hard to imagine a quiet place like this. Glad someone did and then made it available to the rest of us. If you want a quiet place to enjoy the beauty of Turks and Caicos, book here. Easy to find, easy to enjoy!

The area around the property is just magnificent.

Sea grass and sea weed were prevalent this time of year, but still a wonderful beach!

Quiet, beautiful, the perfect getaway spot

This is an amazing property. Lisa did an amazing job in communicating all of the details. The resort staff and restaurant was helpful and delightful. The pool and hot tub area were spotless as well as our room. We will be staying there again very soon.

Even better than expected!

So pleased we stayed here! The Condo was spotlessly clean, bright, fabulous patio with view of water. Perfect location, beautiful beach, great walks and very quiet location. The gardens, pool and spa are also lovely. Lisa our host answered all our questions and was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again - maybe even bring the kids!!

Total relaxation. This resort may be relatively far from restaurants and stores.. but that was the beauty of it for us. It was so peaceful and beautiful. Most of the time we had the pool/beach totally to ourselves. Loved it.

Quiet, secluded beachfront location

Wonderful property for a quiet vacation.Just a few steps to the pool area & beach, both with plenty of seating and beautiful spots. Road out to property is rough, not paved. The unit was perfect except for dishwasher not working & stove kept tripping breaker. Property mgr Lisa was very responsive to our inquiries & requests. National Park located nearby but rocky drive out to it. Would stay here again, lovely space & great location for us! breakertripping breaker. PrLisaLisa e

One of the most beautiful spots on earth!

The property is truly located in paradise! The property manager was great to work with. She was in constant contact, which we really appreciated. The condo/apartment was bigger than we expected, comfortable and clean. If you stay here, just plan on getting a 4 wheel drive car. The drive is a good distance from most of the action on the island and you have to take a dirt road (with lots of big pot holes) for about 10 minutes to get to the property. The restaurant was not open - ever, so plan on grocery shopping before you arrive. If you are looking for a secluded getaway from reality, this is your spot.

Simple, quiet place off the beaten path

If you are looking for quiet, secluded with a beautiful beach then this is it. Accurate description of the unit. We were 2 couples looking to unwind for 2 nights after a week of a work-related stay at another location. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and when we were there it was so windy we didn’t hang too long on the beach, but we were able to watch some kite surfers, which was incredible. The restaurant is closed but the kitchen was fully equipped. We had a long walk in the morning along the beach and didn’t see a soul. It was like we were on our own private island! The communication with the host was amazing.

Stunning views

The apartment is clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed to spend a week in Providenciales. Lisa was super helpful and responded to our texts right away. The beach is beautiful and you can snorkel at the coral reef right in front of the wooden trail. You can see the sunrise from the master bedroom, living room or even better from the balcony. The pool and spa are a nice supplement to the beach for a relaxing and/or fun time. The restaurant has amazing service and great food. However, it is open from 1 to 7 pm so we needed to keep that in mind. The location was great to my family but I see how to others it could feel secluded from restaurants and turistic areas so you'd like to plan in advance to have groceries and cook or head out to a restaurant. We visited at the end of June qnd the area was windy most of the time which didn't change our experience but is worth to mention. My family loved this complex and we highly recommend it.

False advertising

This property states that it has a pool and a restaurant on the property but when I got there pool was closed for construction and the reastaurant was closed. I was told that the pool is getting fixed and because the place doesn’t have enough people visiting the restaurant stays closed also the ac wasn’t working for 5 days.

Beautiful and private

We had a wonderful stay! Lisa was amazing and communicated so well. We had some flight cancellations due to the software issue which delayed us two days. She switched our room so it was right by the pool and first floor. She also got us two drinks at the bar. Fabulous person. Check in process was easiest I have ever had. She basically had room open and key there, just walk in and ready to go. Pool and hot tub were amazing and the beach is very private. The bar and restaurant was open. We only ate there once as we went to other places on island and made our own food. We found several conch shells snorkeling and exploring the beach. You will have the beach to yourself!!! Definitely rent a car as it is a ways away from Grace Bay but we didn’t mind driving and exploring the rest of the island. We would definitely consider going back. We did not want to leave!!!

Off the beaten path

We really enjoyed our stay. This property is a 20-30 minute drive from Grace Bay and the touristy parts of the island. However, we enjoyed having some peace and quiet while still having a hot tub, pool, and beach access. There were kayaks and Paddle boards to use by the beach and lots of shells and coral to explore. We saw a turtle in the water and some ospreys. The restaurant and bar was not open. We spent most of our time exploring the island, scuba diving, and snorkeling. If you are willing to drive around for food and activities, this was a great place without the high cost of the all inclusive resorts. You will want to pick up breakfast or perishable items, since there are no stores, shops, or food options within walking distance. Overall, we had a great time, the weather was perfect and there is a lot to do on the island.

Beds were atrocious, located 15 minute drive from any amenities down extreme rough road. Host a joke

King bed hard as rock, queen bed huge dip in middle. Restaurant not open only told a few days prior to arrival. Road to resort extremely rough gravel, isolated 15 minutes from nearest grocery or restaurant. Host was absent had to beg for towels and toilet paper to start our stay. Had to bring or buy everything needed. Someone was occupying our room when we arrived. No instructions on how to use barbecue or any other helpful hints. Resort itself was pleasant, close to beach, clean. Couldn’t use kayaks or paddle boards as water was too rough all of the time. Overall impression about 1 out 10

The Most Amazing Vaca

We stayed at this location in the beginning of Aug 2022 and it was the best vacation to date! We must have hit the off season because it was very private, minimum other guests and very peaceful resort. Lisa is so professional and polite, she was extremely helpful before we arrived. She gave us very detailed instructions on what to expect and how to get to the property. Speaking of property, it was immaculate. Everything was clean and fresh, there was a full kitchen to make food there vs eating out, the bedrooms were pretty large in comparison to other areas. The entire resort was kept so clean, the heated pool and hot tub were used every day or evening by us - it was so private we were usually the only ones using them! And the highlight: beach within walking distance!! Perfectly manicured, not busy, secluded from public, pristine beach! Every single thing about this resort and Lisa’s rental was amazing, I’m so lucky I stumbled on the reservation!! When we go back, I’ll def be reaching out to her again. Thank you Lisa for helping us have such an amazing holiday!

Beautiful. Remote. A Wonderdul Experience.

When we arrived at the resort, it was everything we expected. We wanted to stay at a quieter location away from all of the main resorts at Grace Bay. The property itself is very well kept, clean, and simply beautiful overlooking the private beach. The pool is between both of the buildings, a great location, and the perfect temperature, day or night. The beach was wonderful as well. Plenty of chairs, covered umbrellas, kayaks to use, and lots of areas to swim and snorkel. Our condo/unit that we rented from Lisa was everything the pictures showed. We had a first floor unit and our covered porch was the perfect spot to see the sunrise and get some shade on those days when you need a break from the sun for a few hours but still want to be outside. Having our own kitchen, living room, washer/dryer made our vacation wonderful. We rented a 2 bedroom unit from her (we brought our 6 year old daughter) and each one had its own bathroom- a bonus for sure! The unit was clean and had what you needed to have a comfortable, relaxing stay. The staff at the resort is THE BEST. Kim (guest services), Eddy (restaurant chef and bartender), Samantha (bartender), and Charles (property manager and all around amazing man) are wonderfully helpful, friendly, kind, and always willing to give tips or just talk. To say they made us feel right at home is not saying enough. They are truly appreciated by all and care about every guest and/or owner of the units. I would highly recommend staying at the resort for a family vacation or a couples get away. We had to rent a car to get around the island, but we didn't mind the short drives and being able to escape the busier end of the island whenever we wanted knowing we would be back in our little slice of quieter paradise. Working with Lisa, the owner of the unit, was also a very pleasant and easy experience. She answered all of our questions before booking the unit, responded quickly to any messages I sent, and gave us quite a few tips and suggestions for our stay. I appreciated all of her efforts and I would rent from her again.

Everything was super easy. This place was awesome! The sunrise right out the back window was amazing. The location was close to the pool.as well. We enjoyed the evening swims. Ok, there was a little.seaweed at the ocean when we were there. The kids got used to it after a few minutes and were fine. I thought it made for some amazing snorkeling. You could follow the grassy areas and so much was going on. I saw so many amazing things including walking bat fish. Amazing!.

Tropical haven

Calm and secluded. Beautiful sunrise location. Mature and diversified tropical vegetation in full bloom during our stay. Well maintained resort and an amazing pool. Waking up to the sound of birds from the surrounding nature preserve. A heartfelt thank to Lisa, our host, for her care and kindness. The perfect place to start and end your days of adventures in Providenciales.

Hidden Gem

This property is beautiful and quiet. We were always able to fine the perfect beach chair or place by the pool. The property is well cared for by friendly staff. The restaurant is all we needed if we didn’t want to leave the resort.

Hi, we have spent the last 2 years enjoying this spacious condo that is ideally situated in one of the most picturesque spots on the island. The resort offers great customer service and features a large pool, hot tub and private white sand beach. When you are there you literally feel like you are on the edge of the planet, it is a very special place with great owners and a wonderful caring board of directors.

Turks and Caicos is a lovely island to visit, I can recommend day trip, reduced car rental companies, and quaint spots to visit during your trip, I have visited the island many times and throughly enjoy the many things to explore, You can snorkel right at the beach if you go out 100 yards, we love to seem with nemo and the gang every time we go, The peace and quiet and the hot tub at night is wonderful, You feel like you have the entire place to yourself !

It is situated beside a national marine park, it is very private, exclusive and is ideal for couples, families that would like to reunite and small groups. The staff are lovely very personable, you will enjoy the condo it is very clean, spacious and provides all of the amenities to make your stay enjoyable, You also have access to an outdoor grill to prepare meals on site. I can recommend reduced fees for day trips and car rentals.
