Beautiful condo supplied with everything you need for your stay. In close proximity to all the tourist things to do around the beaches. The views from the balcony are absolutely gorgeous.

Beach view was wonderful as was the condo. Very clean and supplied everything we needed. A very enjoyable stay!!! The weather was perfect! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great FL beach spot

Stay at the condo was perfect. The beach was very close and some good restaurants in the area. The pool was just opening up. There's a locker with nice beach chairs and some toys.

Perfect Vacation

The condo is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beach and the views were spectacular, and lots of things to do nearby. Owners were wonderful!

This is our second time in this amazing condo and we absolutely love it. We loved it so much that we stayed for two weeks this time. It feels like our home away from home. Having the pool and the beach right there makes it ideal for us with the kids for a “staycation” vacation. The condo has everything you need! It makes our stay so much easier when we do go down. The host are always so easy to work with. We always look forward to coming back!!

Thanksgiving Vacation

Wonderful beach vacation in Indian Shores! The condo was perfect - beautiful and clean. I can’t say enough about the hosts - George went over and beyond to ensure that our trip was everything we hoped, and more! Do not hesitate to book condos 606 or 604 from George and Raffi, you will not be disappointed!

Paradise!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The condo was beautifully furnished and we couldn’t have asked for better owners. They were quick to answer any question or concern. We would gladly book again.

The best thing about the property was George! Just kidding, the unit is awesome and as advertised , but George communicates continually to be sure you know what is going on and there to help if you have issues. Would absolutely rent again from George!

They think of everything!

A wonderful week stay! Probably should've booked longer! Loved it! Anything that is needed, he has there on site for you to use. A cooler, beach toys, towels, it's all there! Fantastic communication from the owner. Would highly recommend!

Construction/upgrades to the building were ongoing during our stay but the crew and site manager were very respectful. Our condo was the 6th floor with patio facing the beach, which was just a few yards away.

Perfect Vacation Spot!!!

The owner (George) went above and beyond to keep in touch with us. He informed us ahead of time that the pool would not be ready for use since the hurricane damage. He offered us many things to make it right. With the beach right in front of us, it didn’t matter that we did not have the pool to use. The condo was spotless & the view from this unit was amazing. We will hopefully be back soon!

Beautiful Condo with Breathtaking views

This condo was beautifully decorated and we felt so at home here. George was super helpful with all the details we needed for our stay! The view was absolutely stunning and we enjoyed sitting in the balcony with a coffee or glass of wine and unwinding. The pool was clean and the beach was so much closer then some of the other places we stayed in that just south of here. We met some really nice people and found some really great restaurants in the area. Anything you need is in the condo and for the beach! Great location…very family and pet friendly! We were so sad to leave after 8 days but look forward to going back one day!

What a week!

San Remo 606 is the best condo we have ever rented. We have been vacationing in the area for a very many years. We were in love with this condo from the moment we opened the door. There’s nothing the host hasn’t thought of that you might need. It’s well stocked so I suggest you only take your clothes. Beautifully decorated with the beach theme throughout the home. Do you want gorgeous views? You will find them here, from every window. I so enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves and dolphins. There’s so much I can say about this beautiful condo. We will definitely stay here next year. Thank you Raffi and George for sharing your home.

Beach vacation

Granddaughters visited for 6 days, otherwise just my wife and self. Was wondering if bldg had a recycling program. We could not see where to put separate recycling items. Unit was entirely as advertised. Great view and all appliances worked well. Thanks for allowing our little dog. My wife will not travel without her.

What a treat

This place is unbelievable, Views, comfort, amenities... It's better then home. Raffi & George promised us a great experience, and delivered above even our expectations. We arrived late, but no problem they had a key waiting for us in a lock box for the lobby entrance. The apartment door is coded and We were sent all codes well in advance so our late arrival didn't bother anyone most importantly us. The whole apartment has been renovated, very clean and modern. The pool area is nice and private, right on the beach, grilling area, hot tub and plenty of seating. The beach is big and beautiful very private its like your own slice of paradise. People complain about the bird sanctuary but we had no issues and the birds are beautiful, no smell at all??? don't know what people are talking about? We found the seagulls more annoying and they were everywhere along the beach. I can tell you you will not be disappointed with this place !!! We be back again and again

Wonderful Condo!! Wonderful Location!!

As soon as you walk through the door of the condo it's easy to see that George and Raffi take great pride in their rental unit. From the beautiful hardwood flooring, the automatic blinds, granite countertops, the comfortable furnishings it's easy to see these owners go the extra mile to ensure their guests have a great stay. We've stayed in more VRBO rentals than I can count, and I can honestly say this is the nicest, most well stocked one we've ever rented. It's great to see owners that actually take pride in their rental, and George and Raffi definitely do. I just can't say enough good things about it. Being on the top floor is wonderful, the view of the gulf is amazing. The automatic blinds are remote controlled and are great, even though we only used the ones in the master bedroom. The showers have a "shower panel" which we liked so well I'm putting them in my showers at home. You get a "full body" spray from them if you want, and it feels wonderful after being on the beach, in the sun. The bed in the master bedroom has a mattress that will put you to sleep as soon as your head hits the pillow. It's amazingly comfortable!!! Remote controlled ceiling fans in every room, including the balcony. The kitchen, and pantry are fully stocked with anything you might need. Also, the entire complex is peaceful and quiet. Only steps from the private pool and beach, and neither was never crowded. It makes for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. We'll definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect

The condo is beautiful. We stayed for a month and our vacation was perfect in every way. The pictures on the website are completely accurate. The views are wonderful from every room. The master bedroom and living room have the view of the Gulf of Mexico. The guest bedroom has a beautiful view of the intracoastal waterway. The living room furniture is very comfortable. There is a recliner and the couch also reclines for your comfort. Both beds are very comfortable. There is also a recliner in the bedroom. We loved the walk in tile shower off the master bathroom. The owners have done a great job of making sure this condo feels like home. I love to cook and the kitchen is fully stocked. The only thing I had to buy was an 8x8 baking dish for breakfast casserole. The condo was spotless. I have allergies and am a bit of a neat freak so this was important to me and very much appreciated. George and Raffi were both great to work with. We have stayed in the area many times, but this was the first time we had used VRBO. Prior to our arrival I had questions about the condo which Raffi answered promptly. Upon check in, George called twice to make sure everything was going well. We travel with a small Maltese Therapy dog which George and Raffi graciously allowed as a guest. One of my favorite times of the day was having my morning coffee on the balcony and watching for dolphins. We spent most days by the pool and then came in to clean up and have a glass of wine while watching the sunset. I cannot say enough about the beautiful views. When our guests came, we did the tourist routine. We went to Johns Pass for shopping and lunch. We went to Clearwater Aquarium. The aquarium is the home of, Winter and Hope from the movie, Dolphin Tale 1 and 2. We are from Michigan so we went to Lakeland to see the Tigers spring training game. We had dinner in Tampa at the Tampa Bay Brewing Company. Everyone enjoyed their meals and beers. We did not make it to the Cigar City Brew Pub, but it was highly recommended and will go the next time we are in the area. There are many restaurants near the condo. Our favorites are Sweet Sage and The Conch Republic. Both have outside seating areas that allow dogs. The garden at Sweet Sage is beautiful and I have to say this is the first time my dog has been to a bar! We also in enjoyed Guppy's by the Beach in Indian Rocks.

Beautifully decorated and was stocked very well. First time in my 30 years of renting in the area that a good supply of beach toys and chairs and umbrellas were at condo. Big saving not having to buy and leave those type of beach supplies. The view was wonderful. Owners were very nice and responsive. Great communication.
