Perfect!

The property was clean and equipped with all necessities. Gorgeous view of the beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants. We loved it!

Great vacation spot!

The unit was clean, well stocked - and in a great location. The beach was not overcrowded and the umbrellas and loungers for rent were close and very nice.

Great weekend

Beach vacation

The location of the condo was perfect. People were all very nice, lots of good places to eat close by. John's pass was within walking distance and fun to walk around. Fun time.

Beach getaway in Treasure Island

Nice beachfront condo with great views and amenities. Only complaint was that there was sand on the floors and we had to sweep a little. Beds were very comfortable also! Thanks for an enjoyable staycation!

A Great Quick Getaway

A nice 2 BR / 2 BA. Newer building, very clean, and not too big. We enjoyed days on the beach, rented bikes across the street, and were walking distance to several places to eat.

Best Vacation Ever

We loved our stay! Our condo was really clean . Had everything we needed at the condo.Walking distance to great places to eat and ice cream right across the road. The beach and veiw was absolutely beautiful! Everyone was nice and very welcoming.

Great house, great location

We were very happy staying here. Easy to access, and centrally located. The entire property is very well maintained and clean! The pool was very clean too. Property staff was very nice to deal with - we mentioned we'd be about 15 minutes late arriving, and they had no problem staying to accommodate our check-in. Would stay again for sure.

Nice condo in great location. Beach is beautiful and plenty of options for eating and drinking within walking distance. It says max capacity of 6, which we were, but its tight at that number. Kitchen could be better equipped.

Perfection

This property was well maintained and quiet as far as hearing street noise inside the condo. Loved the quick walk to the beach, morning coffee on the patio and being able to see the ocean from the kitchen. Paradise!

Great girls beach weekend!

My mom and I enjoyed our stay at this cute condo! We were happy to see beach towels, beach chairs and a cart included in the unit for enjoyable beach days. The property was clean and we had a fantastic time! My only “complaint” is that some of the other guests were quite loud in the pool area, but they all maintained the no noise policy after 11p, so we appreciated that it was honored.

Perfect!!

Had a wonderful time at the condo! Very clean and fresh. Nicely stocked kitchen. Very comfy beds. Beach towels, rolling cooler and beach cart were handy! Loved the location! Easy walk to bars and restaurants and there is an ice cream shop right across the street! John’s Pass was lots of fun and it was within walking distance from the condo. Will definitely be having a return visit!

Florida Trip

Overall the condo was great. Very clean, nice view of the ocean and great staff. The walk to the beach is longer than we thought, but not bad. Chair rental on the beach was great. Improvements that could be done: new washer and dryer Kitchen could use mixing bowls and a Keurig coffee machine. A cooler bag or 2 for guests to use (they have a large cooler) We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great week!

Clean condo right on the beach

We had a great time at this condo. The only confusion came with checking out as there were no instructions in the room. We saw the cleaning lady as we were about to leave and she said that we didn't have to do anything after doing google interpret as she spoke Spanish. We had already done all the things that many condo owners request just in case.

Short vacation stay

Checkin was easy, we were sent the wrong checkin instructions but the lady at the other location was able to guide us. Overall the property was nice and had a great view of the ocean. The property was clean and organized and had decent amount of kitchen cooking supplies, needs 1 or 2 mixing bowls and some oven mitts added. Plenty of places to sit and relax in doors and the patio has a small lounge patio set to sit in outdoors. If you don’t want to cook you are within walking distance of plenty restaurants
