This rental was okay, but not without its issues. Upon arrival, the property was clean, but problems surfaced throughout our stay. The dishwasher was broken, and despite notifying the property the morning after we arrived, no maintenance was done. While it was Christmas, and delays are understandable, we were assured someone would come, but no one ever did. One shower upstairs couldn’t get hot water, and this issue also went unresolved. The hot tub, initially clean, became unpleasant by the end of our stay. The starter supply of cleaning materials provided was minimal. Since the dishwasher didn’t work, we had to hand wash everything, making the lack of supplies more frustrating. Guests are expected to bring all their own essentials, including cleaning supplies, trash bags, and kitchen basics like oil, salt & coffee filters. The smell of sewage outside the condo was unpleasant and persisted throughout our stay, possibly due to nearby properties. Trash overflowed from the bear lockers, which likely requires more frequent pickups. On the positive side, the location is convenient—close to grocery stores, attractions, and the national park. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware and utensils, the beds are pretty comfortable, and the views of the mountains are nice. However, for the price, the experience and what was provided was underwhelming. If you don’t plan to spend much time at the property, it could work but the issues were hard to overlook for us.
