Beach House Àr en nyrenoverad fastighet pÄ den stÀndigt populÀra Misquamicut-stranden. Det Àr bad, surfing, fiske, paddling och en mil av Àndlösa stranden vid ditt dörrsteg. Detta spektakulÀra hus med tvÄ vÄningar med fantastisk utsikt ligger direkt pÄ Misquamicut Beach. PÄ sommaren Àr du i all action med en rolig och upptagen strand. Under lÄgsÀsongen Àr det privat och fredligt.

Beach House rymmer bekvÀmt sex personer och har en bÀddsoffa som kan rymma 2 andra. Huset har totalt tre sovrum och fyra badrum. Den öppna planlösningen pÄ 1 000 kvadratmeter Àr idealisk för underhÄllande eftersom den strÀcker sig pÄ ett 20 ft övre dÀck med utsikt över Atlanten. Detta bostadsomrÄde inkluderar de senaste apparaterna. En spis, diskmaskin, dubbel dörr i rostfritt stÄl med stort kylskÄp, extra stor vinkylare och vÀlutrustat kök fÄr dig att kÀnna dig som om du var i ditt eget hem. Det finns Àven en massagestol.

HavsnivÄn sport 3 sovrum och duschomrÄde utomhus. Det finns 2 master sviter med ombyggda bad. De 3 sovrummen har vardera privata badkar. Den mellersta befÀlhavaren har en djup jacuzzi, TV, separat stand up-dusch och bidé. För att komma till det frÀmre sovrummet kan du gÄ genom det mittersta sovrummet eller komma Ät det genom de tvÄ dörrarna pÄ stranden.

3 dÀck erbjuder bekvÀma sittplatser och bord pÄ varje. (Om inte klimat och vÀder inte tillÄter det) En inre spiraltrappa ger tillgÄng till havet och den övre nivÄn. Tv-apparater pÄ varje nivÄ möjliggör enkel underhÄllning eller tid för dig sjÀlv om du behöver det. Genom att slÄ dig runt fönstren vid havet och havet pÄ bÄda nivÄerna ger du en otrolig, vÀlförtjÀnt utsikt frÄn soluppgÄng till solnedgÄng, och kommer att skapa minnen för att leva hela livet.

Beautiful!

Thank you for sharing your home with us. We enjoyed every minute of our stay whether we we walking along the beach, or hanging out at the house listening to the waves crashing into the shore. It's a beautiful spot and we hope to visit again!

Very nice house with lots of space and excellent location right on the beach. Best part of our stay was falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. We appreciated the quiet during off season. Beautiful sunset.

A fun winter retreat

We spent a long weekend in February staying at this property. The home was very nice and well-kept, and the owner, Cindy was very attentive, and may check in and check out easy. The home itself is beautiful and the view is fabulous. Because it was the winter, it was very quiet. The kitchen was fabulous and bedrooms very spacious with comfortable beds. Would highly recommend!

The Calm Before the Chaos

Staying in early April was so peaceful. So very quiet and so beautiful. We got lucky with bright, sunny days which made for spectacular views. If I had to say one not so great thing, it would be the spiral staircase which wasn’t great for the grandmas, but they managed. We had a wonderful time.

Xmas on the beach

The property was perfect for our vacation with amazing views. I was born & raised in Westerly but moved away. My family still lives in the area & my husband’s lives about 1-1/2hrs away. We flew in to spend Xmas w/our family & hosted Xmas day at the house. It was just what we needed. Big open floor plan, beautiful view of the beach & family. Also Cynthia was amazing!! She put up a tree for us, answered any questions we had, took care of emptying the trash/recycling when full & even let us extend our stay a day!! We couldn’t have had a better host. Definitely an amazing place to stay.

Girls Trip

Amazing place, amazing view and amazing memories made. Having four bathrooms was so awesome, so much privacy. Navigating the spiral stairs took some getting used to and it was just easier to use the outdoor staircase for the dog. Food and activities in the area was great!! We did Hoof, Haversham tavern, Mel’s downtown creamery from man vs food game, junk and Java, sourdough nuts and of course mystic pizza!!! Fun to take the dog to velvet mill and mystic village. Would go back and rent in a heartbeat!!

BEACH WEEKEND

What an awesome water front house. The bedrooms are on the first floor, 4 - 5 feet above the sand, and you can watch the waves break from the huge bed in the front bedroom. If you want to know what it's like to live on the beach, this is the place to check out!

Great beach getaway

The views were even better in person. We were looking for a great oceanfront property that wasn’t too far from the areas we planned to visit. The house was great to watch and listen to the waves and read a book for some downtime between trips out. Our host was great.

A nice peaceful stay

We had a wonderful stay. It was out of season so the neighboring hotels were closed/empty. We thoroughly enjoyed our walks on the beach just outside the door. We especially enjoyed the large open living area and the proximity to the beach (literally right on it).

A Piece of Paradise

This house is on the beach so you hear waves crashing continuously, as long as you leave the windows open. My entire family enjoyed every minute in the beach house. We were very content staying at the house the whole week and didn’t even go to a restaurant which is unlike us. What a beautiful week. Thank you to the owner, Cindy! She was great as well. Everything was PERFECT!

Amazing view and relaxed time

If you want to just relax, enjoy the beach, watch the sunset and enjoy time with your family, this is the place to be. Cindy is an amazing host and was very helpful throughout our stay. She provided good insights about the home, surrounding, and areas to hang out. Exceptional Ocean View! Solid 5/5

This property is in a prime location just feet away from the Atlantic Ocean on Misquamicut Beach. The main bedroom sits on the first floor and has large windows overlooking the ocean. We would crack open the windows at night and sleep to the sound of the rolling waves--it was divine! The property is very clean, well outfitted, and very quiet. We were there in the off-season (which is what we prefer), so the beachfront was very quiet other than an occasional person walking their dog in the morning. I'm sure it's a little more animated in the summer if that's your thing. The owner was exceptional and gave us some great tips for places to eat and places to visit. Even in the off season there were many incredible restaurants in Westerly, RI and Mystic, CT. Don't miss the Cooked Goose for breakfast or lunch, which is a short 4 minute drive away from this beach house (rumors are that Taylor Swift has frequented this gem). This property is a solid 5/5 and we would stay here again without hesitation!

Amazing mini winter break

We had an amazing time at this beautiful beach house. The two masters were ideal, plus the 3rd bedroom each with its own bathroom. The teens had their own space. Well situated location with a short drive to Mystic or Stonington. The sunrise each morning was amazing and falling asleep to the waves crashing gently on the shore was very soothing. Can't wait to return in the summer!
