Dessutom ligger i Gamla Stan Scottsdale är Scottsdale Fashion Square där du kan gå till på några minuter och har några av de bästa shopping i dalen. Gillar du baseball? Femton Major League Baseball team genomföra vårträning i Arizona, och anhängarna har sökt sig för att titta på Cactus League spelarna värma upp för säsongen sedan 1947. Vi är några minuter från Scottsdale Stadium där du kan titta på San Francisco Giants under våren utbildning. Fantastic Stay

The property was great, really enjoyed the backyard with the cacti, palm trees, and citrus trees! Hot tub was enjoyed every day, it was well maintained. Location of this place can't be beat, we'll definitely try to stay here again when we're next in Scottsdale!

Baseball Trip

The house was perfect. Lots of room to spread out. The washer and dryer were critical and convenient. The back yard was a slice of heaven. And the location couldn’t have been better.

Beautiful house

Had a great experience. The house was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making my stay comfortable. The location was great, close to mall, restaurants and the center of Scottsdale area. Love the backyard! The host was responsive and helpful throughout. I highly recommend this property!

Charming older home

This older home appears to be lovingly cared for over time. The accommodations were comfortable for our family of 5, using it as a home base as we saw the sights around Phoenix (Chase Field, Phoenix Children's Museum, i.d.e.a. museum, etc.). The kiddie pool and hot tub made afternoons and evenings fun for the family once we returned for the day. There was plenty of space to spread out when we needed to tend to work and school obligations, toddler naps, and quiet/TV time. We would absolutely stay here again! My only critique is the internet was a little spotty at times, causing streaming service interruptions. This was an episodic issue and may be out of the homeowner's control.

Great house in great neighborhood

We were able to check in a bit early. Everything about the house was excellent. We didn’t use the hot tub, so I can’t comment on that. A previous tenant had left food caked on the grill, so we weren’t able to use it. Other than that, we were impressed by the house and really enjoyed our stay

Wonderful stay in Scottsdale!

This is a very comfortable house that really suited our needs. Since we were staying for a month, we needed a place that could accommodate visits from our children, which this home did extremely well. There is plenty of space for being together and being alone, and the kitchen/eating area is large and perfect for our needs. The backyard with an array of muture fruit trees was an incredible bonus, and we enjoyed it tremendously. Chris, the property manager is a lovely person, and very responsive. We hope to go back next year.

Great place to stay

Our stay was tremendous. The house is in a great location near Fashion Square and Old Town. We were also able to walk to Camelback Mountain. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. The house itself was comfortable, with everything we needed, including fruit trees in the back yard. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful back yard

What a nice stay. The back yard is amazing! There are fruit trees, hot tub, stately cactus! Our pups loved the backyard.The carpets were in rough shape. I understand they are replacing the carpet so that shouldn’t be an issue in the future. There have been some very nice updates to the home. The neighborhood is quiet and some lovely homes line this cul-de-sac. Having a garage was perfect. Chris is awesome and responds quickly. Would love to stay again.

Great location and exceptionally responsive property manager

We enjoyed our stay. The yard and location are spectacular. Very responsive property manager which we truly appreciate. The interior is a flashback to the '60's. It is REALLY due a remodel, but we enjoyed it for what it is. We were grateful family did not join us after we saw the bedrooms...they are a bit much. If you're about great location, a great yard, responsive manager, then we would recommend staying here.

Our Home Away from Home During our Renovation

We rented this home for 7 weeks while our house was being renovated, including our two cats in the process. We were comfortable and more than satisfied with the experience. The rental agent was fantastic -- right there when you needed him. The owners had everything you might need in the house to make your stay complete. And the added bonus is a large backyard filled with mature fruit trees where we and our cats enjoyed the outdoors. We even relocated our consulting business to the dining room and still had two other dining areas to choose from! The sun room was a great place to start the day. We would highly recommend this property to those staying in Scottsdale -- it's a block from Fashion Square Mall with stores, restaurants, and movies so convenient to the home.

Lovely home and neighborhood!

This home fit our needs perfectly while we were shopping for homes in Arizona. The neighborhood is quiet. The back yard is amazing! It has lots of trees and open space for our dog. The house is well stocked with every day items. Chris, the property manager was also great to work with. We would stay here again if the need arises.

Wonderful rental property in a great location.

My husband and I and our two small dogs, just returned from our AZ vacation, where we stayed in this rental for a month. I have stayed in many VRBO rentals, but this was one of the best ones yet! The house is well furnished with everything you need for a rental and is very comftable to spend time in. The back yard is large with enough room for our small dogs to have a great time. I have already enquired for next season!

An Early Summer Treat

This was not your typical vacation rental, but more a convenience rental while our home was undergoing some repairs. This house fit the bill perfectly for us during our 6 week stay. Very cozy, private and conveniently located near Old Town Scottsdale. Back yard is amazing with wonderful fruit trees, completely private, nice big patio and very dog friendly. If we had lived out of town, I can understand why this would be a great house and location for the winter visitor.

Comfortable house in a great location AGAIN

This was our second stay at this house and we enjoyed it as much as before. The location is great, walking distance to Fashion Square and Old Town. On a quiet cul-de-sac, great backyard with fabulous fruit trees. Rooms are nice size, comfortable, fully stocked kitchen. We are eager to return.

Comfortable house. Great location.

My husband & I stayed 6 wks in this very comfortable home. We were in Phoenix for the birth of our first grandchild & this house was perfect for entertaining local family & friends following her birth. We enjoyed our coffee each morning on the covered patio & our lunch in the sunny Arizona room. The manager was great! He met us when we arrived & came over when we had a problem with the TV. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this house.

Comfortable house in a great location

We totally enjoyed our stay in this house. It was as described in the listing and suited our needs totally. It has wonderful, comfortable spaces, including a bright Arizona room, a fully stocked kitchen with every pot, pan, and utensil you might need if you are in to cooking, and the most fabulous backyard. Both an open and covered patio, a hot tub, and bountiful fruit trees. The best tangelos I have ever had. On a cup-de-sac, it is a quiet neighborhood but in a great location very near Fashion Square and Old Town. We especially appreciated the satellite TV and higher speed internet in this house - much better than the cable we have found in other rentals in Scottsdale. The manager met us at check-in and was responsive and accommodating as we settled in for our stay. We hope to return to this property for our next winter stay.

Great Home, Great Location

I have stayed at this house twice in the past few years. It is in a great location! Walking distance to Fashion Square, Old Town and tons of great restaurants and a quick drive to the airport, ballparks and much more! There is a great view of Camelback Mountain from the front yard, and the backyard is like your own desert sanctuary . . . orange and grapefruit trees, hot tub, what more could you ask for? There is plenty of room for a large group or family and the kitchen comes fully equipped. Would definitely recommend for a family vacation or girls trip!

Stayed here more than once! Great location.

Have stayed at this property a few times. Once in February, once during March (Spring Training) and once in the middle of July. Great location to Old Town. It is a short walk to everything, great backyard-- very peaceful. Decent sized house, great bright kitchen with sun room, perfect for breakfast. Several fresh fruit trees on the property. Owner lets you sample! Amazing grapefruit at breakfast and perfect squeezed into some vodka for late night. Hot Tub was up and running, great way to end the day after exploring the town. Great things to do: shopping, climb Camelback Mountain, great restaurants and bars, Old Town Scottsdale, and baseball (just a short drive away from several training sites).
