GOOD EXPERIENCE

Condo room was very clean and had an awesome oceanfront view! Pool was very clean with plenty of seating! The Tiki bar was also a nice addition. We were also very impressed with how well the elevators worked! Never had to wait long even being on the 18th floor. Will also note there is a strong weed smell in the elevators. We also had an issue with our oven not working, but the issue was fixed within a day. Would definitely stay here again!

Short family vacation

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our stay. The drinks at the tiki bar by the pool was an added plus!

Clean comfortable condo with excellent views!

Condo was very clean and comfortable. We had 6 people total to stay here. Plenty of space and beautiful views from the 18th floor. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Be sure to bring your own hand soap, detergent etc. condo is in a great location right on the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Four night stay

Property was as described in listing and more than met our expectations. Especially enjoyed the large balcony. Everyone one I communicated with at the property management agency was professional, polite, and friendly. Would stay here again.

Great place!

Great beachside room and everything as advertised! Would definitely stay again.....only small thing (not a big deal at all) was maintenance request made when arriving regarding bedroom tv screen out, but did not get fixed during the whole stay. Other than that would have been 5 stars!

Amazing Stay

The condo is exactly as described in the listing. It had beatidul decor and was very clean. It has an awesome view on the beach. The sunsets were beautiful every evening. Book that Condo called to check to see if there was anything that we needed and to check to see how our stay was going. We are already planning another trip as a family and hopefully we can stay here again. Checkin was super easy and everyone was very friendly. Thanks for the awesome stay!

Better than we planned for

Perfect condo, perfect location, well appointed, clean, incredible resort. The only knock I’d have is the check in process - felt like 6-7 emails, plus we had to go to an offsite office, and we then still had to go to the resort desk - that was tough to sort out in a narrow time window when traveling as far as we did. And the “we’ll provide a temp code for tonight” but we all have to come by the office the next day option - never experienced anything like those sorts of hoops. Would rent this exact unit again, the condo was beautiful and comfortable and SO CLEAN. Breathtaking views, close to plenty of dining/shopping. We’ve stayed at various Florida beaches our whole lives, and both agree this was the nicest place we’ve ever stayed!

Great place

The view was absolutely amazing. The place was huge and there was a lot to do. I wasn’t sure my kids would enjoy it but they loved every bit of it! We are already planning our next trip! The only downfall was the elevators. Long lines and lots of stop and go.

Vacation with grandkids

I was sent 4 different places before I could get my check in packet, once in the room we only had 3 towels I had to call and later I realized there was only 3 washcloths and no dish rags at all. But overall we did enjoy our stay and it was a great time

August 2020 Stay

Everything was awesome! The condo is nice, and clean. Great value! The only feedback I would give is clearer cancellation policy up front and get new TVs. They were hard to watch. But overall great experience.

The beds were hard. design was pretty and we loved the view. no air in any elevators made the ride to the 18th floor horrible.

Unmet expectations

The place was ok but we couldn’t use our patio for over a month of our two month stay. This was due to patio maintenance which we were never told about until after they began the work. That is poor customer service

Mother's Day Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was so dirty, the walls have not been painted in years, we had no pot holders, dish washing soap, and the so called Tiki Bar was closed and they ran you out of the pool area if you had anything drink in your hand. Not much of a vacation for 3 adult women trying to relax and have a little fun

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not many utensils, minor mechanical issues and cosmetic issues, we came in on Friday night no AC until Monday,loose toilet seat, inoperable ceiling fan in the master bedroom, balcony light out. No phone in suite. Other issue, we were told we would be booked Saturday thru Friday and leave Saturday morning,long story short Friday morning house keeping arrived expecting the condo to be vacant,that was a major inconvenience and we immediately left, I feel that was a terrible lack of communication. My in laws also had the same experience, expecting to leave Sunday and having to leave Saturday. FYI check your booking!!!

Mediocre Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was cleaned, but I expected more for what I was paying. I paid over $700 for 3 nights, to stay in a condo with severely stained carpet, a grimy shower stall, and just worn out ammeneities. This condo needs updating. It's especially upsetting since part of my cost included a $200 cleaning fee. For a condo *I* had to clean before checking out. If you're going to charge a $200 cleaning fee, why is the renter the one to take the garbage out and run the dishwasher? I understand cleaning up general messes (there were none - it was just me and a local staying there), but that was a bit much. Panama City Beach, though, was gorgeous. I will definitely return, but I don't believe I'll book through this vendor or stay at this complex again.

I problems with refrigerator

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After being at the room for a little over three hours I checked the refrigerator and found that for unknown reasons it had cut off. I tried several times to get it to come on, but was unsuccessful so we called the number for after hours. We were told that the refrigerator needed 24 hours to cool down which I understood, but when I explained that it wasn’t coming on to allow it to cool down I was told that there was nothing else they could do. We had to throw out all the deli meats by morning. Lucky for us it finally came on and worked the rest of the week. We didn’t get a call from anyone the next day until lunch time. Other than the fridge issues we had a good experience. Because of the COVID virus I feel that it would have been beneficial for the elevators to be desensitized more.

Unit Needs Major Cleaning!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I haven't ever stayed in a more disgusting unit in all my life. The carpets were originally white, I think; however, due to all of the stains, it appeared to be gray with black splotches. I would like to know the last time they actually moved any furniture to vacuum. I wouldn't let my family sit on any of the chairs or couch without a towel under them - yes, it was that bad. The kitchen was not stocked with hardly anything. The coffee pot didn't even have a basket to hold the filter! There were holes in the walls that had been patched, but they didn't bother to repaint. Lots of baseboards were missing. This unit has been abused and nobody seems to care. The resort was nice, but this unit was horrible.

Wonderful Getaway

This condo was really nice inside. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We have a family of 5- two adults, three teenagers and everyone enjoyed our stay. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and is on the 18th floor so we were up high enough to see everything. Our kids loved to easily access to the beach from our hotel. We rented chairs for most of the week and relaxed on the beach. Based on previous reviews, we knew we would probably need some of our own stuff for extra toiletries. We went to the Publix grocery store and bought a few extra rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. The coffee pot is the kind that needs a filter and coffee grounds so make sure you either bring that or buy some. We brought K-cups from home and realized we could use those. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook dinners there including a strainer, pots and pans and plenty of cups and dishes. The only thing I needed that wasn’t there was some tongs. We enjoyed the patio furniture because there was a table with 5 chairs and 2 more additional chairs so plenty of seating space out on the patio. We brought our own pillows and I was glad that I did because I’m picky about pillows. The ones on the bed weren’t very squishy or soft. The mattress in the master bedroom is very firm. If you like a hard mattress, this bed is perfect for you. The towels were great because usually they are thin and too small. My husband is very tall and we brought our own towel just in case and these were great. We never used our own. Washer and dryer worked great. Very convenient to have it in the condo. The fridge had a small leak that required a bowl be in it to catch the water but it wasn’t a big deal to us. The booking agency called us the first day to check on us. Very nice, let them know about the fridge and they advised that would change it out after we left. Dishwasher would only run on light cycle so I let them know that too. They were very nice and we didn’t have anything happen that was a big deal. We are very laid back and don’t freak out over everything little thing. It’s a condo, that people use, and things are going to happen so we just roll with it. Loved the condo and enjoyed staying there. It’s well insulated so we never heard anyone else and felt like we kind of disappeared from the world. The only inconvenience was the elevators which isn’t this condos fault but it does become a pain. The lines get really long & can take forever to get on. Be prepared:)
