EN PERFEKT VACATION HOUSE - En dramatisk två vånings foajé fylld med ljus hälsar dig när du kommer in i 5800 kvadratmeter, tre nivå hem.

Gourmet kök med sex-brännare Wolf sortiment, Sub-Zero kylskåp, två diskmaskiner, två sänkor, vinkyl, mikrovågsugn, bar, walk-in skafferi, två ugnar, granit och en stor ö toppad med brasilianska lövträd.

Vardagsrum och matrum - titta på solnedgången över dilemma från en skinnsoffa och stolar. Inkluderar en smart TV och stor gaspanna. Matbordet plats 8 och har en utsikt största Aspen står i området. Trägolv i hela första våningen.

MASTER SUITE - King size säng, TV, gas spis, 15 fot tak, duntäcke, dörr till bakgård med eldplats och nya badtunna. Badrummet har dubbla handfat, tumlade marmorplattor, bubbelbadkar som möter öppen spis, enorm dusch med 6 duschar och regnskogens duschhuvud och en stor klädkammare.

DECK - från vardagsrummet och matplatsen är ett stort däck med en gasgrill. Fantastisk utsikt över bergen!

UPSTAIRS - Två sovrum, ett med en queen size-säng, TV, balkong och bildfönster med Quandary utsikt och separat bad med fartyg sjunker, glas kaklat dusch / badkar och stor garderob. Andra sovrummet har kaptenens våningssäng med trundel som sover fyra, skrivbord, TV, balkong med utsikt över trädgården och skog, separat bad med farthållare och glasplattform.

KONTOR - Utanför de två sovrummen på övervåningen är ett kontor med fönster mot Quandary, ett skrivbord och fullt hus internet WiFI.

Familjerum - På lägre nivå, har det stora vardagsrummet en TV med soffa och stolar, en bar med avföring och kylskåp och ett vin rum. Den lägre nivån har också ett rum med ett biljardbord och en smart-TV.

Andra våningen sovrum - den lägre nivån har ett andra sovrum med en king size-säng, TV, separat bad med dubbla handfat och dusch / badkar - badrum tillgång till både sovrummet och vardagsrummet.

Vi har ett Pack "N Play med ett lakan och en Pooh Bear-filt i garderoben i sovrummet i nedre våningen och en barnstol i skafferiet. Det finns baby / toddler grindar på trappan.

Fabulous House

Beautiful house in excellent condition. Very well maintained. Very responsive to any questions/issues. The only downside is there was no shuttle that ran on a regular schedule back and forth to skiing or town. Otherwise perfect.

Best Cabin

Our stay at this cabin couldn’t have been better, the directions lead right to the home, the check in was easy, the house was clean, the owners were great communicators and very nice, and the hot tub was great. I loved that there was not a huge list of things to do prior to leaving which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, great location.

House was perfect for our vacation. Two families with all ages of kids. Very clean, well stocked with essentials, and good location to get to Breckenridge without being right in town. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for our group of 10. It was extremely comfortable and very conveniently located a short drive away from Breckenridge. The house and it’s views were stunning. Marion was an amazing host! Very accommodating and responsive.

House was great, owner and property manager great. Only suggestion would be to have nice large oscillating fan in every bedroom. We loved the 3 levels for 3 families. I recommend this house!

Fabulous Mountain Home -Family Getaway

Home is gorgeous with beautiful setting. Host is very helpful, readily available, and has insured home is well appointed with everything to make the stay comfortable and convenient. We enjoyed a great family getaway and enjoyed great meals in the fantastic kitchen. Also, skiing in Breckenridge is just a short drive away. Convenient and Wonderful! We will return! Thanks Marion!

Amazing, relaxing, luxurious, well-located

Stayed here over Christmas holidays with my family. Even in snow-covered roads, only a 10-min drive to downtown Breck. The home itself is incredibly spacious, everyone loved their rooms (especially the main floor master with fireplace/bathroom combo), we made good use of the gas grill on the back deck and the hot tub which wasn't directly adjacent to the house but within a stone's throw. We even borrowed their shovels and sleds in the garage to make a snow ramp at the top of the driveway, great fun for the kids.

Boys ski trip 2024!!

The boys came up for a ski trip weekend and could not have been happier with our stay at the mid beautiful home. All the bedrooms were laid out nicely, the kitchen is HUGE!! And they have done such a great job making sure you have all the necessities to enjoy your stay. One night it snowed 6” and the next morning we woke up to a freshly blown driveway, clean and ready for us to depart to the base. Don’t let this home being 5 miles out of town scare you, it’s a very short drive to downtown. We skied Breck, Copper and Keystone from here and had a group of 8. Such a blast, would definitely stay again and recommend for anyone hands down!!!

Blue River Home for the Christmas

This was one of the most spectacular and well kept homes we have ever been in. We needed space for my 3 daughters and 2 new son in laws celebrating Christmas with our extended family. They were blown away by the size, beauty, and 'warm family' feel of the home. It was awesome and anyone considering a home away from home for an unforgettable family experience. This is your place. Pricey? Yes. Worth it, Yes as well.

Perfect Tranquility!

This home is beautiful, in a quiet area with gorgeous views. The kitchen is big and fully stocked for baking and cooking; one of the best in all the homes we’ve rented. Lots of space in all areas, including the porch. We never ran out of hot water and the water pressure was more than adequate. Linens, all paper products and household staples were in abundance. Marion was easy to communicate with and willing to help us in changing our rental dates, due to airline issues. We throughly enjoyed our stay, and we’d go back again.

All we had hoped for and more

We took our first family vacation in 6 years, staying at this wonderful home near Breckenridge. It was all we had hoped for and more. The home was beautiful and so well designed. The finishes were top notch - we loved everything about it. All of the details of renting were super easy and we would go back without question! We were especially appreciative of their attention to us having two small children by having a high chair and stair gates already in place. We hope to return soon! Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us.

Beautiful home minutes from town

This is a beautiful well appointed home that has everything you would need for a family vacation. The wifi is the only thing that was hit or miss for us as it frequently went out if more than 1 or 2 people were using it. We imposed a no wifi moratorium during the Super Bowl as we air played it from our devices to the TV, & it still cut out a few times. BUT honestly, we were there to hang out together and spend time not on devices so this was a minor inconvenience. We loved this house, check in and out were easy and we would recommend this house to anyone coming to Breck!

Great Property

Family ski trip. 15 minutes to slopes. Spacious and well appointed house. Nice views. Very responsive host and manager. Hot tub worked well. Pool table was a lot of fun. Garage and mud room worked out perfectly. We parked 1 large vehicle in garage and 2 large vehicles on driveway with no issues. TVs a little tricky to operate and log in to YouTube TV - no cable channels. Wi-Fi worked great. Bring your own pillows if you're picky. Overall very happy with our stay and recommend this house.

Rocky Mountain Comfort at 10,000 feet!

The listing, pics, and video accurately depicts this lovely mountain property set high in the Rocky Mountains. It was clean, well equipped with high end appliances, and nicely appointed. Our group of four adult couples and a 3 year old were very comfortable. This home is spacious enough to accommodate large groups, while also providing solitude at the end of the day to comfortable bedrooms with private baths. The heartbeat of this home is the large near-professional kitchen which is scaled to effortlessly accommodate five+ adults coordinating meal preparation adjacent to a large dining-living-bar area with big screen TV, large gas fireplace, and large panoramic windows. Perfect for large groups and good conversation. And, with three dishwashers cleanup is a breeze. Communication with the owner was timely and courteous, albeit rarely needed, and their local caretaker is readily available. The hot tub was drained, cleaned and refilled prior to our checking in. The long driveway and pathway to the hot tub were cleared of snow providing ease of access. We enjoyed our stay, and confidently recommend this property! Thank you to Marion and David for a most enjoyable stay!

SPECTACULAR!

The home, the views, the family memories we have from vacationing at this lovely home. It is conveniently located just 5-10 minutes away from Breckenridge, with plenty to do. Despite its size, the home is quite cozy and comfortable. We vacationed with little kids to adult kids, ages 3-25, and we appreciated the layout of the home which offered each their own personal space. There were 7 of us on this visit and we had more than enough room. We were able to put the little kids to bed early, while the adults stayed up late playing cards and laughing without waking anyone. Our 25 year old son particularly enjoyed the "man cave" downstairs with its own living room and tv, pool table, and adjacent bedroom and full bathroom. My 9 year old daughter loved sitting around the fire pit and making smores. I appreciated the gourmet kitchen and grill with large dining room table, which allowed me the ability to cook some fantastic meals saving us from having to eat out every meal. My husband appreciated the peace and solitude (along with amazing views of the mountains) out on the front balcony. The owners thought of everything when stocking this vacation home, including all linens and towels, humidifiers, laundry needs, take out menus, and all the way down to kitchen and bathroom essentials. I would highly recommend staying at this home on your next trip! I am already planning our next visit...

We fell in love with the house the moment walked in. It's a perfect place for our large family and friends. Lots of room for relaxing with good company. Casual and comfortable luxury. Wildflowers and hiking in the summer. Snow and hot chocolate in the winter. Terrific mountain views in a quiet neighborhood and star gazing at night.
