Tidigare "Så bra som det blir" blev bättre !! Denna 2: a rad hem har fantastisk utsikt och tillgång till stranden precis framför huset! Trägolv i hela, massor av naturligt ljus, lugnande färgpalett, bekväma möbler och en kort promenad till stranden. Det ljusa öppna stora rummet gör det möjligt f��r alla att interagera om man lagar upp en gummibok, spelar monopol på bordet eller lounger på soffan med en bra bok. Det finns gott om sittplatser för måltider med ett stort matbord och extra avföring på köket. Det charmiga köket, med skr��ddarsydda skåp, bänkskivor i granit och en kaffekanna, är fullt utrustad med allt man behöver för att göra matberedningen en vind. Däcket erbjuder både skuggade och solytor och fantastisk utsikt med massor av sittplatser för utomhusunderhållande. Stay not long enough!!!

Great location. Upstairs porch perfect for enjoying the view and the breeze off the gulf. House had everything we needed for our stay. Cable was not working, but there were a number of dvd movies. We will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Perfect stay!

We are so happy with our stay and this property! The house is so pretty, and it is the best location just 30 second walk to the beach via a designated entrance. The neighborhood is super quiet and well kept and clean. The house is well stocked with all sorts of cooking and baking items, blender, mixer, coffee machine with Keurig, as well as lots of games and puzzles! The only thing we would like to have seen/found was some sort of beach items…chairs, towels, outdoor games, etc. Those like us traveling from over 4 hours away could benefit from knowing those weren’t available…and it’s lots less headache to bring or buy when we arrive. Minus that, everything was perfect!

I love to see the ocean and hear the sounds of it, and you can certainly experience both there.My experience this week was very good at our location.Recommendations-1. A couple of more comfortable chairs for living room.2. Clean comforters and mattress protectors after each guest leaves.It was a little unnerving the way the cabin sways continually. I would stay there again, but I wouldn't buy it.

A dream beach getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay at Once Upon a Tide in mid-December 2022. The sunrises and sunsets from the porch each day were a treat, and we enjoyed taking walks with our pups along the beach during the day. Since it was December, we pretty much had the beach to ourselves and only a handful of trucks/golf carts drove by during our entire stay. The property was so livable. It's set up for entertaining with an open-concept kitchen/living and huge dining table. You cannot beat the location, only steps away from the private beach access.One memory we'll always hold dear from our stay was watching our 14-year-old dog's eyes light up as he saw the beach. He ran faster than he's run in years. The beach truly brought his old bones back to life! We look forward to a future stay with family and friends! Thank you!

July 4th Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and easy access to the beach. Wifi availability should be a no brainer these days, especially in newer homes like this one. I had to adjust the front door catch in order to keep the door from flinging open due to the winds. Also tightened the bedroom door knob and fixed a cabinet door that was lopsided and would not close properly. These are easy fixes that should be maintained and easily seen so renters do not have to deal with or call the management company for repair. Last day we were there, the tv in master bedroom fell off the shelf and broke (no one was in the room - we heard it fall). It was not attached to the wall or on a stand. Luckily, neither one of my grand kids were under it when it fell. Huge liability for owner to not secure a tv that is up high on a shelf! We told the real estate company when we turned in the key that the tv fell like that and broke, and, hopefully does not affect our deposit. Living area could use more seating as the house is listed to sleep 11 people, but there is only one sofa and two director chairs in living room. We had a great stay, but taking care of these opportunities would make future renters have an even better stay.

Reviewer Comments: The location of the house was perfect for proximity to other family members who were staying in the Dunes subdivision and for the wonderful view. The house is spacious and has a great layout with plenty of space. The only negative was that the dishwasher was not working, which was somewhat inconvenient.I would suggest that the owners consider adding additional kitchen items, such a few casserole baking dishes, serving platters/bowls, baking sheets, etc. I would definitely consider returning to this rental and would recommend it. My family enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Location/Beautiful Beach House

The best thing about this beach house is the location. It's essentially beach front with ocean views from almost every room. It is very nicely furnished and the decor is beautiful and comfortable. There is great outdoor furniture on the wrap around patio where you can enjoy the ocean views outside. The kitchen is very nicely furnished with all the things you need to cook while you are there. There is a large smart TV in the living room where we enjoyed watching movies. All the amenities were wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. We frequently rent vacations homes. Here are some things guests should know going in and that could easy make this rental 5 stars instead of 4: 1) This rental is owned by a real estate company not an individual. Check in is limited to business hours because you check in at the office not directly at the house. Luckily we arrived during business hours. Normally we travel at the end of a work day and arrive at night. Per the contract, this would've cost us $50 more. 2) We had to pay extra ($125) for sheets, pillow cases, and towels because it's not "summer season." I've never experienced that before. We stayed during spring break and Crystal Beach was packed. Not sure this should've qualified as "off season." This also means you have to make up your own beds when you arrive-- not a huge deal but not something I love to do on vacation. IMO, the real estate company should ditch the linen service and have house keeping handle linens for the convenience of their guests. Overall we loved the property and were happy with our stay.
