The condo was great. Kitchen was nice to have to cook a few meals during the stay. Everything was clean. Host was responsive and helpful.

The property was great and had all of the necessities for a an enjoyable vacation. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, and recent renovations show well in the bathrooms and kitchen.

Great stay

Everything was wonderful, 1 block to the beach, couple blocks to restaurants and stores. Facility had everything needed for our vacation.

Relaxing getaway

Spacious and comfortable stay with all the kitchenware to eat-in/cook. Enjoyed making use of the beach gear in the day and board games in the night with the family. The location next to the beach was fantastic.

Perfect Location in Kihei

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful condo. Location was perfect in South Kihei. Walking distance to the beaches and shops. Stocked with all our families basic needs. Highly recommend.

Easy beach access

Very convenient and safe, easy beach access, well-appointed with beach stuff, responsive owners, note there is a fee at check-in that we didn’t expect ($41.67), great to have separate beds for the kids, in walking distance of Kihei stores and restaurants. Had an awesome time here!

A lovely condo

We loved the location and ease of beach access. It was amazing to just walk 5 minutes to the beach to see the amazing sunsets. Having beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas available in the condo was a nice touch. Truly a gem.

Thank you. Happy you enjoyed our little piece of paradise. This fall we will be upgrading the twin bedroom bathroom with a new step into shower and new tile, new sink, vanity, lighting and floor tile.

Perfect!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at this property. Nicely appointed and well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of cookware and beach accessories. Very quiet and convenient to beaches, restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Place

This property was quite and guest were friendly. Employees were very helpful, respectful and always working on something. Wish I had been able to explore the area more but didn't have the time.

Great vacation condo for families

Located on the beautiful property of Kamaole Sands and just a short walk across the street to the beach, that has a lifeguard. It is quiet and peaceful during sleeping hours. Ample space for a family of 5. It has everything that you need to take to the beach. It was a great stay.

Amazing location

Great location, quiet community and a short car ride to the various adventures of the island. The unit itself is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is very well stocked of the essentials. The beds are very comfortable and the A/C is efficient. Thank you so much for letting us stay here!

Thank you. Our hope is that all our guests will feel comfortable in our little piece of paradise. We try to update and improve our condo in some way every year. We are excited to now offer our new split AC system which was put into operation in April 2022, it offers three zones throughout the condo, with independent controls for each zone. This system upgrade has replaced our former individual room AC units.

The grounds were beautiful! The location was excellent! The sunsets and snorkelling at the beach across the street were incredible. The views from lanai and building were as described in add. The condo was suitable for our needs. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Great place

Nice resort. Big spacious condo. All the kitchen utensils you need. We BBQ’d a lot, and the grates were always clean. 2 minute walk to Kam 3 beach with a sandy entrance for great snorkeling or just relaxing on the beach. Always an awesome sunset.

Family Memories

The grounds of Kamaole Sands is absolutely gorgeous, very well maintained. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! The condo itself was well equipped and suited our family of 5 perfect! The owners were very easy to work with and responded to us in a timely manner when we reached out with questions before our arrival. Thanks again, we will be back!!
