The cottage was so cute and made great use of the small space. Loved the back yard and the location was great! We could easily walk to almost every where we wanted to visit in St Augustine. The host was very responsive and generous!

We had a wonderful stay in the cottage. It was so homey and quaint! And also very clean! We loved all of the extra touches too! Contact with the host was wonderful too! We would definitely rent this again and highly recommend it to others! Oh, and the pool was sooo relaxing to get into once we got back from a long day downtown!

Relaxing vacation. The weather was very hot so the pool was a welcome relief. We walked to everywhere we wanted to eat or shop. The cottage was clean and comfortable. I already booked it for next year. Pauline is very nice as the host.

Cottage was wonderful and Pauline is a great host. It is very close to the trolley stop and is in a nice, quiet, historic neighborhood. The pool was perfect!

The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. Very well appointed and charming. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. A/C worked well, so temperature remained very cool. The pool area was delightful and enjoyed by all. Great neighborhood and very close to shopping and restaurants and attractions. Communication was exceptional. 10/10 rating from us!

This house and pool are perfection! It truly felt like a home away from home! And Pauline was incredibly attentive and helpful when we had questions. And the location is wonderful! So much to do just within a short walk. We will be back as soon as possible!!!

What a great place to stay! Nice and quiet, easy walking distance to downtown, and a private pool to hang out in. Beds were nice and soft, and the whole place was clean and cozy. Highly recommend this place!

We had a great time in this beautiful sweet little cottage. It had everything we needed— and then some! Within walking distance of excellent restaurants and attractions. The guestbook in the cottage is full of great info. Host is very attentive, would definitely stay there again!

Incredible stay! Convenient location, clean, perfect size for my daughter and I. Pool is at entrance but double lock latch on all doors out to pool for safety. This will be our new yearly rental spot!

The setting was perfect, quiet and peaceful. Easy to walk to many things but yet tucked away when you want to be. Host is amazing and takes care of any needs you have. We’ll be back next year!

Our stay at this historic cottage was more than we could ask for. Relaxing, clean, comfortable and the ideal location. Very pet-friendly. We enjoyed how walkable to location was to everything. Pauline was so helpful and accommodating. Will definitely be back!

Communication with host was excellent. Welcome book was extremely helpful as this was our first visit to St Augustine. Location was perfect for walking to shops and downtown. Pool was clean and thoroughly enjoyed after city morning walks and rejuvenating before nights of lights festivities
