Två våningar, lyxigt hem beläget inom Hacienda Pinilla resort gemenskap: 18 håls golfbana, 4 stränder, ridcenter, spa, restauranger och mer.

Hemmet är idealiskt för familjer eller grupper av vänner med rymliga sovrum och privata områden.

Kockens kök är öppet för matsalen och vardagsrummet, som alla har utsikt över poolen och trädgården.

Hemmet ägs av en byggare som konstruerade den för sin privata bostad och använder den för familjeutflykter när han inte hyras. Högt i tak, high end finish och detaljerna finns i hela.

Casa Parador is just beautiful and perfect for a large family or a group of friends

The house is beautiful, with large rooms, very clean and comfortable. There is nothing wrong with this house. My family and I enjoyed everything that Hacienda Pinilla has to offer. The private beach is a 2 miles drive and very private. We particularly enjoyed the horseback riding tour at the beach and forest. I'll defenetly stay there again on my next trip to Guanacaste. The property management was great and very helpful. Thank you Iris for all your assistance.

Extremely successful and relaxing trip

The property was very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. When we arrived the property was ready to go and it looked immaculate. When we had a small issue with the pots and pans it was addressed immediately by the property manager. We have already recommended this property to our family and friends.

wonderful house

this is an awesome house to share with large groups. super comfortable. communication with property manager was very good. only thing I can point at is the hot tub at 2nd master br didn't work

Cómoda y en la mejor ubicación

Estuvimos en la casa como parte de un grupo de amigos. ¡Y estuvo genial! La casa es cómoda, espaciosa y está muy bien equipada. Los niños pasan muy bien en el área de la piscina o corriendo de un lado a otro y los adultos pueden estar cada quien en su espacio, o compartiendo con los niños, o bien coincidir para conversar en alguna sala, el comedor o la cocina. Y la hacienda cuenta con facilidades para todos los gustos: muy cerca hay una casa club con una piscina amplia, cómodo acceso a la playa y una tienda para los amantes del surf; siguiendo un poco más hay un campo de golf, canchas de tenis y senderos, ¡desde ya queremos regresar con las bicicletas! Por nuestra experiencia particular, recomendamos esta casa para grupos de amigos o familias grandes en búsqueda de olvidarse de todo y pasar unas fantásticas vacaciones.

Ideal House for Families

Stunning house located in Pinilla where you can have access to 5 beaches and the Beach Club. We spent New Year’s Eve in this house and we had a blast. The house can accommodate 5 families. The bedrooms are huge as well as the kitchen and the pool. The property is well maintained and all our requests were fulfilled. Looking forward to visit El Prador soon.

Great house for a perfect family vacation !!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house . The house was exactly as described. We were 10 adults and 7 kids who enjoyed a wonderful vacation.The house was so lovely and comfortable: nice pool, private rooms for each family, plenty of space and a perfect terrace to watch the sunsets. We couldn't have asked for a better experience to make our vacation very memorable.

Best House for Holidays

I stayed at this house for one week in february in a family vacation, it is the best house you can find in the area. The internal space allows you to have all the family together and at the same time some privacy when required. The house has all the commodities you look for when you want to forget about everything and just chill out, as well very close to the best beaches in the area. For sure it is a place to go back again and again, kids will love it, teenagers as well, so it is a place for all ages, and the best it is a secure place in a gated community. As well you have golf and tennis around if you want to exercise.

For sure we Will return to this house !! This home is very beautiful and has all the amenities anyone could possibly want.The kitchen is fully equipped and the rooms really confortable . Lovely house in Pinilla, Guanacaste

We have visited Parador house several times. The house is very confortable, it has a lot of space. We were there with two other families and everything was perfect. Each family was well settled in their room and the common space is huge. The kids had a wonderful time at the pool. Also, we visited the beaches, they are beautiful. The place is simply gorgeous and it is not crowded. In fact, you see few people at the beach. It is perfect if you want to go for long walks at the beach, or just to relax. The sand is very nice for the kids to play or look for shells. There is also a beach club, it is wonderful. It has a very nice pool and a restaurant. We highly recommend to visit this house. You will have a great time.

Families will love the house!

We visited El Parador with other 2 families, including small children. We had a wonderful time at Pinilla!!!The house is very cousy and confortable. We enjoyed the private pool and the large living space, as well as the excellent bedrooms. I hope to return any time soon. Families will love the house!
