Detta roliga och familjevänliga hem har skapats för en fantastisk Sunriver-semester. Hemmet är ljust och ljust och har plats för hela familjen att tillbringa tid antingen tillsammans eller separat.

11 Pine Mountain Lane ligger i ett perfekt område, bara en kort 25 km promenad till SHARC eller Fort Rock Park. Det ligger nära tennisbanor, golf och Sunriver Village Mall där du hittar shopping, underhållning och restauranger.

Hemmet är 2-nivå med 4 sovrum och 4 badrum. På övervåningen finns en King Master Suite, en andra King Master Suite och ett tredje sovrum med en King Bed och badrum i hallen. Vardagsrummet, matsalen och köket ligger också på övervåningen.

Nedervåningen är en källare med ett 4: e sovrum med en dubbelsäng / två våningssäng och en extra enkelsäng. Det finns ytterligare ett badrum i källaren, liksom ett familjerum med våt bar och platt-TV. Det finns också ett fotbollsbord nere i ett separat spelrum.
En bärbar spjälsäng och bärbar barnstol finns i hemmet för familjer med små barn.

Det finns nya TV: er i varje rum. Det finns DVD-spelare också. Hemmet har en eldstad i vardagsrummet för värme och möblerna är nyare och bekväma. Hemmet har också ett garage för din bekvämlighet.

Great house. Quiet location. Tons of bones and Shark passes. Only downside was the previous renters likely had dogs and they had urinated on the carpet in two rooms. There was a heavy urine odor in one of the rooms.

Spacious home

The home was spacious with a nice deck located in a quiet neighborhood right on a bike path. The property is surrounded by hills which might make getting places difficult based on age of occupants. The property was stocked with everything you need! There were several spiders downstairs, which creeped the kids out to the point they didn’t want to stay. The stairs leading to the basement are also extremely narrow making it difficult to get up and down. You will NOT be allowed early check in through this rental company. Kind of a bummer as other rental companies in Sunriver do allow you to check in as soon as the property is ready.

Everything in the listing was accurate. I have saved this property for future stays. With the down stairs/basement, it is a really good set up for 3 families and their kids. The kids could all stay together downstairs with the set up.

Great for families

Our family, ranging from 5 to 66, had a great stay. Cleanest, best equipped rental I've been to. The kids really enjoyed having their own space downstairs. Location is near SHARC and a short walk or bike to a playground. Would definitely book again.

Great Home for Multigenerational Families

We were a family group with ages from 8 to 70. The house had a great layout so the kids could be downstairs while the adults had the main level. House was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would happily stay here again and would recommend to anyone coming to Sunriver.

Super Home!

We really enjoyed staying in this home!! Everything we needed was supplied, the house was clean & we felt right at home! Sadly my granddaughter & her little girl were not able to make it but I know they would have loved the lower level! We are talking of getting the family together to stay again at this house.

Comfortable home in a lovely setting.

This home was a great fit for our extended family and grand kids. The downstairs has ample space for the kids and they were excited to have their own space. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this home especially for family’s with young kids or teens.

This place is fabulous, dry well appointed with everything a large group would need for a relaxing vacation. I would check the SHARC pass schedule before booking as they are only open from 2:30-5:30 during the school year before June 14th and indoor pool only on weekdays. Otherwise the stay was very nice, plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy a bit of privacy. Will return during the summer season to take advantage of the pool.

Family gathering

The house accommodated seven adults and two children rather comfortably. It was a little smaller than we anticipated but it was comfortable and clean. Great location to golf courses and children’s entertainment. The only drawback is a weak Internet connection and spotty Netflix service. Perhaps due to the slow Internet connection Netflix would stop after a half an hour and we’d have to reboot everything.

Nice, but needs work

The property location and “bones” of the house are good, but cleanliness left quite a bit to be desired, and clearly, maintenance issues have been deferred. I spoke with someone in the office the morning after our arrival about the issues, and she was very friendly and did arrange for the over-flowing (pre-arrival) trash receptacles to be emptied that day. She also took note of the other issues and hopefully, they will be addressed in a timely manner.

The property is old and definitely needs some updates. Our biggest issue was that the dishwasher was broken. We spent the entire stay hand washing all of our dishes used. We notified the property manager the first day and they responded saying they would try to get a repair person out but did not hear anything for the remaining four days (two of those were weekend days though). One of the bedrooms smelled musky and one of the towels had make up stains on it. Deck needed to be refinished and one of our guests got a splinter in their foot when walking on the deck barefoot. We did enjoy the fact that there were several bathrooms, bedrooms and an open concept to the home. Location was good and there were games/bikes and a nice rec room available for use.

Great stay but a few hiccups

The location is nice, quiet and room for multiple cars in driveway. The home had a few issues that we had to address during our stay. The dryer did not dry clothes well. The air filter was so dirty the main level struggled to cool down (maintenance did come to change once we made them aware). Two of the beds were not made and no bedding could be found in the home- called and they brought one set of sheets which we had to wash, the next day they brought another but still didn’t have proper blankets for those beds. Keep in mind the dryer took multiple cycles to dry so it was quite a process which is not how I wanted to spend the first two days of vacation. The kitchen was sparsely stocked. Not enough silverware are the number of people the home sleeps, only one dish towel. Little things that make the stay more enjoyable.

11 Pine Mountain

This house was in great location, easy access to the village area and SHARC. It worked well for our family of 6 adults and 1 dog. The downstairs has multiple sleeping areas with twins and bunk bed, plus a small refrigerator and microwave, suitable for an entire small family or children. Would especially be good if there are several young adults/teens giving them their own space. A few suggestions would improve the space: better overhead lighting and lighting in general, more counter space in the kitchen. A bigger refrigerator with better ice maker. We were lucky if we got 10 pieces of ice/day. The dryer was extremely slow, takes several cycles to get clothes dry. More bath towels would have been helpful. We barely had enough for one each, but had numerous hand towels. The deck was great with wired enclosure which kept the dog in. Also it was a large comfortable space. BBQ grill worked well. Kitchen was fairly well stocked, except there was only one frying pan and no sauce pans that I could find. Lots of baking dishes. Luckily we brought our own pans due to many experiences with inadequate cookware in the past. The bedrooms were not huge but adequate with lots of drawers/dressers to store our clothing, and enough hangers for hanging (which is unusual). We did not use the hot tub, but it was in a nice location, on far end of the deck. The garage was spacious enough to store our bikes and water crafts. There were multiple bikes there which we did not utilize as we brought our own. The neighbor next door who lives there are very nice folks! Overall, I would recommend this place for space and location. I would return again now that I know how to prepare for it.

We came to Sunriver for our annual family vacation. The house is close to the water park, the village and Fort Rock park. The bike paths are wonderful and there are a variety of bikes in the garage. The house is very comfortable. Our daughter and son in law had the master bedroom that was right across from another master where the 1 year old (in a pack and play) and 3 year old slept. Our college age son had the basement to himself. We had breakfast and some lunches at the house. The appliances are very modern with a refrigerator that alarms if you leave the door open too long. The house was immaculately clean.
