Beautiful home with great proximity to the beach! Bike rentals, convenient stores, and restaurants nearby. Owner was kind and even offered extra beach toys for our toddler. Looking forward to our next visit!

Perfect place for a beach trip

Perfect location for a quiet stay. Marina seconds away and the beach very close as well. Everything was excellent and the host was great.

Wonderful

Took my two elementary school sons to NB. This place was perfect. Right next to the bay, beach and park. Home was very relaxing and had everything we needed. We will return.

Wonderful Location and Property

Wonderful location near the beach, bay, restaurants and shopping. Neat and clean accomodations. The owners live on site, were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Fantastic & Relaxing

This little spot is in the PERFECT location. Close to the actual beach, food & shops, and all roads to either LA proper or San Diego for sightseeing. The space was great for 3 people, and while on the bathroom is small (as anticipated) it was still plenty of room for everyone to relax as needed. Parking was easy to find, being it was a quiet post holiday week, and we all very much enjoyed the quiet neighborhood & great light in the space. Would absolutely stay again!

So fun!

This house is very close to a beautiful beach that is excellent for young children. You can also go to the beach across the street and play in the waves. This was a great option when you have Younger and older children. We took the trolley to fun zone!!! Went parasailing for my daughter’s 13th birthday!! What a great trip!

Perfect stay

Great location, close to beach, harbor, shopping, & dining. Very comfortable accommodations with great beds & bedding. Adequate storage for your stuff too so you don’t need to live out of a suitcase. There’s an AC unit which helped when it was hotter. Overall it was a beautiful unit that met all our needs and if we had any questions we were able to text the property manager & would get a quick response. Would definitely stay there again & highly recommend it!

Wonderful

Great location as long as you do not mind a lot of noise in the morning. Apartment overlooks a nursery school playground so sleeping in will not be easy. Other than that, hosts were wonderful,. Place was clean and location was stellar.

Great location and very well taken care of

My 13 year old son and 11 year old daughter stayed at this great property. Once we arrived there was really no need to drive anywhere. We enjoyed our walks on the beach and riding our rented bicycles. We did go to Disneyland one day which was only about 30 minutes away. Cindi was very accommodating and helpful. There is no bike parking at the property so be sure you locate the bike racks down the street for your bike if you keep it overnight.

Overall nice!

Overall really great stay! Great location very close to beach and walking distance to most activities. Only minor thing was the bathroom was a small. Otherwise heater, AC, washer/dryer were all very nice, convenient with families. Perhaps a suggestion is maybe a stool for kids to use to get up to bathroom sink? Our 4 yr old was a bit too short. Thanks again to Cindi for hosting !

Beautiful place!

Second time our family of five have stayed here. Right in between the bay and the ocean. Perfect location and the two bedroom home is very classy modern chic with an air conditioner in the main bedroom that flows into the living room. Spotlessly clean. Washer dryer. Owners very responsive.

Girls trip

Location was perfect-walking distance from the beach. We rented bicycles and rode all over. We took the ferry to Balboa Island and shopped till we dropped. Lovely stay!

Girl’s Trip

Amazing low stress trip. The communication and booking process with the owner was so easy. You had your own access and keyless entry. The place is in a great location
.. so close to the beach you can walk in 5 minutes. The Laguna Crest Winery tasting in a must to visit. Go there on Tuesdays and the owner is there with 80s rock and roll music. Don’t miss out on such a great place to stay in Newport. Thanks
