Nära till skidåkning, cykelleder och många restauranger och shopping. Lägenheten är 542 kvadratmeter, renoverade hela enheten i vardagsrummet, uppdaterade öppen spis, över öppen spis helt ny 50 'platt-TV, nya trägolv och har en takfläkt och alla nya möbler (soffan gör ut till en dubbelsäng)! Altandörrar leder ut till ett däck som har en fantastisk utsikt över bergen. Köket har också gjort om, nya apparater, nya bänkskivor, nya hickory skåp, nya klinkergolv och alla nya ljusarmaturer (genom lägenheten). Sovrummet har också nya trägolv, en helt ny säng av KING-storlek, alla nya möbler och sängkläder, nya lampor och samma fantastiska utsikt ut från sovrumsfönstret som vardagsrummet för att vakna upp! Badrummet har nytt kakelgolv, nytt kakelbadkar surround, nya armaturer, ny handfat och fåfänga! Anläggningen har en uppvärmd pool och två badtunnor, har en grillplats med två grillmöbler och utemöbler!

The property had everything you need to prepare meals. We found that it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The view off the balcony was peaceful and a nice place to relax. The pool is a short walk away. While there we had the experience of seeing a moose with two babies. Along with a bear running up the hill. If you're luck you will see some wildlife as well!

A cozy couples retreat

This was a nice place to stay for two people, great location for going into town and skiing. The King bed was very comfortable, and the couches in the living room were set up for spending time together watching a movie or relaxing. We visited in spring so had the hot tub to ourselves, but having two would have made this more accessible then some places even mid winter.

Just a perfect spot

The location, the condo, the mountain…everything about this stay was just on point. The Rockies is right off the purple line and only a few stops before you reach the base parking lot. The condo is perfect for a couple getaway and the price was very generous. Lyft and Uber were abundant but with a mountain price which is to be expected. The condo was stocked with pretty much everything you need to enjoy a full kitchen. The jacuzzi ( 2 onsite) were perfect way to end the day of boarding. Loved our stay and when we come back hoping this place is available again!

great ski trip

We couldn't be happier with this property location - easy walk up the hill to the ski area, also great pool/hot-tubs.Noticed the floors weren't fully clean (found popcorn around/under the couch), but otherwise great all around.

Great Steamboat location

This condo has everything you need for a great vacation in Steamboat. You can walk or take an easy bus ride to the Mountain and the bus is also available to take downtown and avoid the hassle of parking for a night out. Very nice condo that worked excellent for a wonderful weekend stay!

As stated in the property details it was an excellent value. Condo was as stated. Property owners were super responsive. Easy shuttle access to the mountain. Hot tubs were super!

Nice condo for ski trip

This place worked out well for us while in town to ski. It was close enough to walk to the base, but with kids it was easier to take the bus that picks up at the edge of the parking lot. The only bummer is the loss of the shuttle, so going downtown at night means walking a few blocks to/from the bus stop or driving yourself. Inside the unit was as expected.

Easy Location for Skiing and Relaxing

1BR Studio with everything necessary for easy ski vacation. Fast, convenient, free local bus route to resort. Heated pool and hot tubs on property. No frills, but everything we needed to stay and ski.

Great location in Steamboat

We liked the condo and access to the mountain for skiing. There are a few simple improvements needed - luggage rack since limited drawer space, kitchen cooking - spatulas, tongs need to be fixed. Great blender!!! Nice quiet location looking out at the sparkly lights in the trees. The bed mattress is fine but will need to be updated within a year or so. I really enjoyed the 10 minute walk to the ski lifts / mountain.

Perfect Location for Mountain and Town

Get Condo!! The unit is as listed and more. Very close to the free shuttle that will take you to the mountain and easy transfers anywhere in town. The unit is clean and quiet. Will rent again.Thank you.

Great trip!

Enjoyed our stay. Property as listed. Enough room for 2 adults and 2 children. Close to pool and bus stop right out front. Quick walk if you wanted to walk. Some of the dryers didn’t dry which was no fault of owners since they are centrally located for everyone’s use. I would recommend upgrading the main area where you can gather as ping pong table was in rough shape and it lacked games. Again that would be something for the condo association to look into. Pool was great as well as the hot tubs. Overall I would rate our condo as excellent and the complex as a whole was very good!

Great stay near ski area

Cozy condo near base of ski area. Nice kitchen and bedroom. Property manager very prompt with inquiries. Gas smell of fireplace a bit strong. Neighbors can be loud at times.

Quiet, cozy stay

Home was quiet, cozy, comfortable, and very clean. Location was great- close to downtown, Fish Creek Falls, and grocery stores/ gas stations for necessities. Would absolutely stay again!

John and I (Christine) have been married for 44 years and live in Red Feather Lks, CO, we have two children our oldest is Gerad he works for Union Pacific and is married, his wife is a school teacher and they have two daughters, you don't want me to get started on them or I'll never stop! Our daughter Mackenzie lives in Portland Oregon and is an architecture.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have always loved Steamboat and have been going there since we were first married, my husband skied there when he was in high school and loved the area and has passed that love of the area on to his family. The skiing is great, has great bike trails and over the years the botanical garden has grown from a little bit of nothing to something quite beautiful and peaceful.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We love the location of our condo close enough to walk to skiing, biking, eating, shopping and it was a new experience for me swimming in a heated outdoor pool and just could not get over the snow piled up every where! How nice it was and of course our granddaughters absolutely love it!
