Alla nya plattor, matta, köksskÄp, bÀnkskiva i granit, vitvaror i rostfritt stÄl, vinbar, har ocksÄ nya möbler i hela och en mycket bekvÀm queen-size Murphy-sÀng för maximal rymdeffektivitet. Och för barnen drar bÀddsoffan ut i en dubbelsÀng. Det ombyggda Àr ocksÄ det privata badrummet med duschkabin.

Utomhusgrillar och en avskild badtunna finns tillgÀngliga för att fÄ ut det mesta av din vistelse. Ytterligare bekvÀmligheter inkluderar en vedspis, 40 "HD Smart Flat-TV med kabel och Wifi.

Enheten har ocksÄ en privat och sÀker förvaringsskÄp belÀgen vid ingÄngen till enheten för enkelhet och bekvÀmlighet, tillrÀckligt stor för cyklar, skidor och snowboardlagring.

Good to visit again

Great location and comfortable studio. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the long stay. The place was well stocked with everything needed and Chris was prompt to respond to a couple of minor issues. I would definitely stay again.

Vacation 2025

Great location. Room temperature was good. Was not very clean. I had to vacuum when we arrived and sweep and clean the front porch area. The front porch light did not work so if we were out after dark we could not see to unlock the door. Few spiders and it did not smell fresh. We had to go to the store and get a candle.

Spring Break Ski Trip

Loved the little studio for the week. It was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you could imagine that you would need. Within short walking distance to the slopes. Can’t beat the value of the this studio!

Best stay in the whole town

Everything about this stay was so good! The area is bigger than it looks in the pictures, <5 minute walk to a spot to ski down to the gondola, kitchen area was clean and had more than enough utensils, and the laundry is fast and convenient ($1.25 per wash or dry, bring quarters - somewhere in town begrudgingly gave us change). Best of all, Chris is quick to respond to anything and everything - gem of a host on the platform. Would love to come back!

Great Location

The unit was the perfect location and size for 2 people. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped to do our own cooking. It’s a little bit dark given that it is garden level but not a huge deal. It stayed cool even though the temperatures in Steamboat were in the high 80s and 90s while we were there. The outside storage unit would be good for storing skis however it wasn’t great for our bikes as there was quite a bit of stuff stored in the unit.

Perfect experience!

Stayed 5 nights March 2025. Easy 5 minute walk to the slopes and Steamboat buses. Condo is perfectly appointed with everything we could need. Plenty of space for our family of 3. Hot tub is close, fireplace was nice for a few evenings, kitchen had everything to cook for nights you don’t go out. Was clean when we checked in and had plenty of towels, including extra beach towels for the hot tub or if visiting the hot springs. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great condo for a weekend getaway

Three of us stayed here for a long weekend ski trip. This was the perfect condo for 3 people and was just a short walk to slope access! Chris was an amazing host and let us check in early and was super nice! We really enjoyed the condo and would highly recommend it if you’re planning a trip for 2-3 people. The condo was also fully stocked with kitchen/bath items and cleaning supplies if needed.

Good location pretty close to the slopes. Easy check in. Great kitchen, fully stocked with anything you might need including an assortment of spices. Easy access to your car. Upstairs neighbors can be annoying at times.
