Med en 100 fot vattenfall på fastigheten och privata spår som leder dig längs botten av vacker klippa, är det svårt att hitta en anledning att lämna när du anländer! Hemmet är nybyggt och har en stor öppen planlösning huvudsakliga vardagsrum. Nano dörrar dragspel öppna för att avslöja 30 + fötter utomhus som leder dig på en 800 kvadratfot däck med utsikt över dalen golvet. En sten utomhusspisen ligger på däck för att hålla dig varm på natten, komplett med utomhusbelysning och högtalare.

Inne i köket har alla apparat rostfritt stål och bänkskivor kommersiell kvalitet rostfritt stål. Ön fungerar också som en stor bar område för slappa medan matlagning middag.

Gästen sovrummet är mysigt med en dubbelsäng och en egen privat badrum.

Det stora sovrummet stjäl åskan från resten av huset. Fodrad med fönster som vetter mot dalbotten, är du vaknat på morgonen av vackra soluppgångar och somna på natten med ljudet av vattenfallet flyter bredvid huset. Franska dörrar öppna från sovrummet och leder dig ut på däck. Befälhavaren bad har en promenad i dusch och ett stort badkar. En promenad i garderoben ger allt utrymme du behöver för din bekvämligheter.

Mountain Retreat

This property is not only beautiful, but has everything you need to feel at home. Little details like a record player, beautiful plants, a home gym and a stocked kitchen make it the perfect place for a family retreat. Will most definitely stay here again while visiting Lookout Mountain.

Beautiful vacation

The view says it all! Stunning to say the least. House is what you see in the pictures and has everything you could want. Easy to find location, close to Rock City and Ruby Falls. King bed was awesome. Slept so good. Only minor complaint was living room furniture. Not very comfy but the view more than made up for!

Incredible Views

Amazing place to spend a weekend with the person you love. Furnishings in the house were unique and inviting. Nothing like waking up to the sunrise over Lookout Valley.

Beautiful and relaxing getaway

Beautiful home with amazing views. Sam was very easy to reach. We had an Issue with the bbq pit. He came and looked at it and replaced it the same day. Kitchen had everything we needed. We did our running around during the day so we could get back to enjoy the huge deck and amazing views. This was one of our favorite VrBO’s yet.

Perfect Getaway

The house was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. We loved how the doors opened up to bring the outside right into the house. However, the best part was watching the sunrise from the deck. It was absolutely stunning; well worth waking up early to watch. Be sure to bring a camera. You will definitely want to capture that. The entire process from booking to checkout was simply and we had no issues with the house. All in all, it truly was the perfect getaway.

Luxury Lifestyle Retreat

Of course the Lookout Mountain area is a great getaway, but this house is amazing. I would say it is like something out of a magazine, but that would be wrong--it isn't LIKE something from a magazine, it IS something from a magazine. The pictures do not do it justice, and that's saying a lot since they are great pictures. The view is stunning, the house is so clean and such a beautiful design, you won't want to leave. As for other reviews, I just want to point out there are window shades (I don't know why you would close them though, with these views!), there is plenty of seating, a great sound system in the house, and you can brush up on your guitar skills while you're at it. If you want to be in a rustic setting but you have more contemporary taste and appreciate design and a modern aesthetic, this is the rental for you. This isn't a hunting cabin experience, this is a luxury lifestyle experience.

Idyllic Mountain Views with Modern Amenities

My husband, daughter and I stayed at Lookout Mountain during a rare cool spell this summer, so I think we got really lucky with the timing. The property is exactly as described. You can tell a lot of love went into building the home. And, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the outdoor space was divine in the morning and evening. The master bathroom, though beautifully finished, is not very functional at all (no door, so there's quite a bit of a draft and absolutely no privacy; open concept shower, so shower gets all over toilet area and beyond; it takes a ton of water and a long time to fill the tub even half-way, at which point no one can take a shower b/c you've used up all the hot water; countertop is not level, so your toiletries routinely fall on the floor; sinks are slow to drain; hot/cold settings on the vanity faucets are intuitive on one side, but opposite on the other side; the slip resistance on the tile is quite low, when it's dry, grippier when wet, surprisingly; etc...) Even so, it was quite nice to pretend that function doesn't matter for a week! All in all, this was a very nice rental that met all of our needs for the week quite well. That being said, there has been one thing that has left us with a slightly sour feeling about the whole experience - hence, the four-star rating. The owner asserted that we incurred damage, which we had no recollection of creating. After going back and forth a few times, we just conceded that it was not impossible that we were at fault, and just didn't realize it. Thankfully, we actually did get the travel insurance, which we never do, but which the owner strongly suggested we do, as part of the booking process, and that will be covering it. I would just send a few words out to the wise for anyone looking to rent this home: 1) Certainly take pictures the MOMENT you arrive, if you find damage anywhere. My picture time-stamped 12 hours after checking in, which showed the damage clearly already there, was not good enough to convince the owner that we were not at fault. 2) Just get the travel insurance. The cost to repair the damage, according to the amount turned into the insurance company for the claim, was far higher than the original travel insurance cost. Contesting anything about a vacation is incredibly tedious. I'm sure this home has lots of repeat guests - just not us!

The house and views are spectacular

We often rent from VBRO and this house and the owner or in my top picks The house was spacious and very well stocked. The scene from the deck never gets old. Traveling 5 - 30 minutes gets you to more locations with plenty of things to do and many wonderful restaurants. I recommend this property and would love to return one day
