Detta är en anpassad renoverad bottenvåning Ocean View Unit på Kihei Kai Nani # 102. Ägare tog tag i en fantastisk topp till botten renovering som innehåller alla nya apparater, anpassade körsbär skåp, solid betong diskar, kaklat vägg och back splash och ett unikt filtrerat fönster mellan kök och badrum. Yep ... ett filtrerat glasfönster mellan vardagsrummet och badrummet ??? Mina pengar säger att vi är en av en handfull enheter runt om i världen som erbjuder det frestande funktion! Vår enhet ligger i den mycket önskade byggnaden # 1 vilket ger den en oöverträffad sällsynt havsutsikt från bottenvåningen Lanai och fördelarna med den vackra Kamaole II Beach bokstavligen sekunder bort. Denna anpassade renovering är långt borta från alla andra köksskärare Kihei Kai Nani-enheter och är en no-brainer semester hyra eller snö fågel enhet.

FYI. INTE ELEVATORER I DENNA KOMPLEX. Vår enhet är GROUND FLOOR bekvämlighet med en Lanai havsutsikt. Dessutom installerades en CENTRAL Split Living Area och sovrums A / C-system bara för att göra detta till en Double Win Primo-enhet!

Hidden Gem in Kihei

I’ve stayed in Kihei many times over the years, but this condo truly stood out. The interior was beautifully done, I especially loved the stonework, which gave it a unique and upscale feel. Being directly across from the beach was incredible; I could catch breathtaking sunsets on the sand just steps from the door. Plus, the location is perfect, convenient parking, easy walking distance to great restaurants and local markets. I’ll absolutely be looking to book this place again. Mahalo!

Perfect for 2 people. Condo was stocked with everything we needed. Nice beach accross the street. Freds became our go to place to eat out, right next door.

The condo was perfect! Clean, great location, close to restaurants/shopping and exactly as advertised. The condo had the “little things” that made our stay even better (beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, etc). If planing a trip to Maui, I highly recommend.

Amazing VRBO

The property was very beautiful and the property manager was onto of all communication. I was traveling for work but had ZERO issues plus the surrounding area was beautiful and had restaurants close by if you don't want to cook! Keep up the great work!

Right beside the Beach

This was an awesome location———right across the road from the beach. The owners were excellent to deal with and treated us so well. The unit was comfortable and had everything one needed. All was tidy and ready for our arrival. I would recommend this condo to anyone. The atmosphere was quiet and totally relaxing.

Great location and unit!

The unit looks better in person than online and is exactly as advertised. Loved the little touches like beach chairs for use. There are fantastic restaurants within walking distance and a beach at your front door. Great place to stay.

Lovely condo in perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was so comfortable and centrally located. We loved that we could easily cross the street to access the beach as well as walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommend!!

Great Location

This place was just as advertised. The condo has been updated and includes all the necessities, I would definitely stay here again. The location is directly across the street from the beach and is located close to several restaurants and bars.

close to perfection close to the beach

Second stay at this property did not disappoint . My wife absolutely loves this location and is our go to while in Kihei. Can make it to beach or Freds in 1 min . Easy walk to almost everything in Kihei . The location and condition of this property are amazing . Well equipped with everything we need, from kitchen ware , to beach chairs . Super clean Will be back in 2025 for sure . Thank you Mark and Pam .

We live in Washington State and bought our first Kihei vacation rental in a different complex - the Maui Vista in 2013 (#464736). It's been completely booked ever since and we've really enjoyed interacting with the guests and their Maui experiences. So much so that we decided to purchase this quality unit with the one thing we didn't have...an ocean view. We are offering this new unit at the same price points creating some incredible value.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Our first love is the beach and this is as close as you can get without breaking the bank. We're also next to some of my favorite watering holes. I'm talking crawling distance! Coupling those with an lanai ocean view and being able to offer it at such an affordable price, we couldn't pass it up. Our hope is you can't either.

Ground Floor Lanai Ocean Views are almost unheard of, but we have one. Also, this complex has NO elevators. only stairs, so NO lugging luggage, groceries, beach gear or golf bags up and down stairs with our unit. This is also a true 'walking vacation' rental with Wailea looks at an affordable Kihei price & 15 seconds to an awesome beach. Together with the complexes amenities, Olympic size swimming pool and the 55 inch TV in this sought after building #1 unit....you can't go wrong.
