Denna lägenhet vid havet är perfekt för familjer och par som söker en lugn och avkopplande resa. På grund av närheten till pointe är stranden den bredaste på Grand Strand. Detta tre sovrum, tre bad villa ligger på åttonde våningen ger en spektakulär utsikt över havet. Njut av soluppgångar och solnedgångar från den rymliga balkongen på 200 kvadratmeter. För din bekvämlighet är wi-fi-tjänst tillgänglig i lägenheten.

Kakel ingår i entrén, kök, matplats, vardagsrum och badrum. Alla sovrum är mattor; nya mattor installerades 2017. Vardagsrummet och matsalen har panoramautsikt med sju fönster vid havet och glasdörrar. Vardagsrummet är utsmyckat med en bäddsoffa i queen size, soffa och två fåtöljer; soffa och kärlstol nypolsterades ny våren 2018. Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten för extra bekvämlighet. En ny AC-enhet installerades 2012 och en Air Oasis-enhet (Ultraviolet Light) lades till 2014 för att minimera mögel och mögel i HVAC-systemet.

Det finns en lat flod, pool vid havet, liten inomhuspool, barnpool och massor av stranden framför bostadsrätten. Byggnaden har ett parkeringsgarage i tre våningar och enheterna ligger ovanpå parkeringsgaraget för att ge gästerna bekvämlighet. Det finns två reserverade parkeringsplatser för enheten som ligger bara några steg från hissen. Det finns en lagringsenhet utanför ytterdörren så att du inte behöver spåra i oönskad sand. Inuti förvaringsenheten finns det barns sandleksaker, solstolar och parasoller för din användning under din vistelse.

Ägarna har fullt utrustat köket med gott om köksredskap och små apparater för din användning, inklusive en Keurig-kaffebryggare och en traditionell kaffebryggare. Plattskärms-TV finns i alla sovrum och vardagsrum i storlek från 32 tum till 50 tum i vardagsrummet. Förutom bäddsoffan är lägenheten utrustad med två king size-sängar och en drottning. Det stora sovrummet har en 10-tums sval minne-skummadrass.

Uteplatsmöbler uppdaterades 2015 med polymöbler, inklusive en vippa, schäslong, två pubstolar och ett pubbord.

This is a wonderful condo for a family vacation. Great location with family atmosphere and lots of beach accessories. Great communication from owners with good tips for some local eateries. Will definitely stay again!!!

Week long vacation

We stayed for a week in June 2025. Two adults and four teens (14, 17, 19). Communication from the very beginning with property manager/owner was very thorough. Check in instructions and other information provided before stay and checked to ensure the materials could be printed before the arrival date. The property was very clean. Many extra touches that we found made it much more comfortable than some places we have stayed such as many throw blankets in each room and living room, make up mirrors in each bathroom, and plenty of kitchen necessities. The storage room had chairs, umbrellas, and some beach toys available which was very nice because we didn’t have to worry about bringing them or where to keep them. The view from the balcony is amazing! Would definitely consider a stay here again!

Great place.

Spacious 3 bed room right on the beach. If you like to cook yourself this place everything you could ask for. Location to other attractions are less than 5 min drive.

Awesome week!

We had a great family trip at this property. The unit is perfect for families, the space is well maintained and very clean! You can tell they take a lot of care for this unit and it is very well stocked. The beach is great for families and little kids. I highly recommend it and would definitely return in the future!

Home away from home

I can't say enough about our stay at the condo for Spring Break. From the very convenient parking spaces (located near elevator), spacious bedrooms/bathrooms (master suite bathroom is huge), the extended balcony, fully stocked kitchen and beautiful beach view....we couldn't have asked for more. Pictures do not do it justice. Check-in and out was seemless and communication with the owner was prompt. Location was very convenient to mini-golf, restaurants and ice cream! Insta-cart delivers straight to the condo's door which was wonderful. Definitely 5/5 stars for sure! Can't wait to visit again.

A simply perfect vacation spot!

If you want a beach condo that has everything you need, this is it! I laughed (to myself, of course!) watching folks unload beach chairs and umbrellas and sand buckets. I laughed because all I needed to unpack were personal belongings. Jack and Jeanie have fully stocked their beautifully-decorated condo with pretty much everything you need. This is my second stay in Gigi's Condo and I can assure you it won't be the last. I love the care and attention the Moores give to make sure visitors feel as if they are home. You'll love this place!

Great Vacation Spot! Clean, Updated, Comfortable, Great Location!

We stayed at this gorgeous condo in August 2011 for a week... Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience! The owners make the rental process simple. They are also very easy and friendly to work with and available should you need anything or have questions. The condo itself has everything you could ask for and then some! So many extras you would never expect. The kitchen had enough cookware to feed an army, plenty of "gadgets", and nice appliances. The bedrooms are nicely appointed, each with its own bathroom. The master is oceanfront with a door to the balcony! The living room/ dining room/ kitchen area is open and spacious. You never feel as though you're sitting on top of each other. The in-unit washer and dryer is very convenient. The location is great also... It's a short drive away from plenty of restaurants and attractions, yet in a quiet area of Cherry Grove. You get your own designated parking spaces, so there's no hunting for a spot when you come "home" with a food coma after dinner! Also, the condo building is located near the "pointe" (an inlet) which was absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely the best stay. We had everything we needed for a girl’s vacay! Location is close to shopping and restaurants. Super communication with host (he was wonderful)! Would most definitely stay here again!

Great Spring Break Vacation

Nicely appointed condo with all the supplies and appliances you need. View from the balcony was awesome. The storage closet had everything we needed for sitting on the beach. The location was perfect, kind of away from the busy areas. Communication with owner was great and he was very helpful. Would stay here again for sure.

Just Perfect for our Family

Great Place

The condo was one of the cleanest and most comfortable properties we have rented in our many stays in North Myrtle Beach. The owner provided all the info we needed for our stay. This condo is at the top of our list for booking for our next trip to Myrtle Beach.
