Beachside condo

This is one of my favorites. It has easy access to the beach. The condo was clean and spacious. I enjoy sitting on the balcony watching the waves. I would stay here again.

This was our first visit to the Fort Walton area and we are so happy we chose this location for our stay. The large balcony was a favorite as well as the proximity to the beach. We will certainly consider returning for another visit.

Perfect Place!!!

This is our third stay in this unit and we love it!!! The location cannot be beat and the beach is beautiful and not over crowded. The condo is set up nicely with two fabulous bedrooms and two bathrooms with walk in showers. It is clean and well stocked with plenty of room for 4 adults and a baby easily. We will continue using this condo for as long as it is available.

Wedding getaway

Our condo was great. It was nicely updated and comfortable. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, and cooking utensils that you would need to make your meals if desired. There were even some spices and cooking sprays in the cupboard. Another added bonus was the pool or beach gear that was in the laundry room. Very handy.

Amazing time!!

We had an amazing time. The condo was perfect. Plenty of space, clean, up to date and the location was perfect for shopping and eating at all the good places in fort Walton. The view was perfect! We spotted dolphins every day we were there. After a great day at the beach, we were able to come back and relax in the condo. TV’s and living room was awesome!!! I would highly recommend this condo. Five stars!!

This was our 2nd visit to this location and unit. We like the ease of access to the beach. The only negative was the fact we could not open the Master bedroom door wall so could not access the balcony from the bedroom. This needs attention.

We really enjoyed the condo at Summerlin. Nice updates. Just a suggestion: could use 2 beach chairs, since they dont put them on beach until March 1 & could use a small end table on one side of sofa. As for pool area, could use some small tables. Otherwise, quite pleased Tom & Judy Oberweiser

"Communication with the property owners was outstanding. They consistently provided prompt and informative responses to any inquiries we had. Beautiful Condo and Beautiful weather!

Our second time at this beautiful condo. The weather was perfect and the views are amazing. Easy getting into the condo with clear instructions. The only thing we were disappointed is the listing stated DVD player but none was available and as we brought our own DVDs. No a major problem because the views and weather more than made up for it.

Great getaway!

I would definitely stay here again The condo was clean and the owners were so friendly and accommodating. It was a girls getaway trip but I will definitely be taking my family back with me. The weather did not cooperate but there are plenty of restaurants that are a quick drive as well as shopping and nail salons!
