Aqua Villa är ett lugnt äldre komplex som har visat sig vara en familjevänlig favorit. Många av vår gäst har kommit till Aqua Villa i många år. Gäst njut av den stora stranden poolen och grilla vid poolen. Denna enhet är en 2 sovrum / 2 bad enhet som rymmer 6 personer. Den privata sidan balkong veranda har ett bord och 4 stolar. Sugar Sands Vacation Rental

Thank you for sharing a great property to spend our week long visit to Fort Walton Beach. The condo was exactly as described, very clean and beautiful views of the ocean. We loved the easy access to the beach also. The property’s elevator was unfortunately broken for the week, but it was communicated prior to our arrival, and it didn’t have much effect on our stay other than unloading our things. We would recommend this condo for future stays.

Beach stay

Our condo was as advertised in the listing, the views were amazing and all was very clean. Unfortunately the elevator was completely broken and we were only notified a few weeks before our visit even though it had apparently been down for months. Not supposed to be fixed until Jan 2025 so take that into thoughts if booking before then. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Love this area!

Perfect Peaceful Beach Condo

My family enjoyed a few days of beach and pool time. We felt close to everything in Destin and Fort Walton Beach while also feeling like we could get away from the crowds at our own beach. The corner condo unit had the most beautiful ocean views and was so quiet. The condo was clean and the kitchen well stocked. My girls enjoyed the bunk room and the easy access to the pool and beach. We will definitely be back!

Quite- Easy to get to shops/store.

Property was well represented in ad. Sounds of the surf was nice. Rental was perfect, kitchen is stocked well for cooking. Furniture and beds comfortable. Will rent again when in the area. Older building but exterior clean and functional. Rental is updated to todays standards and features.

Nice beachfront condo

We had a good time. The beach is amazing - emerald water and white powdery sand. Beach umbrella/chairs and parking spaces are limited. You have to be early to get them.
