Våra 3 sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet (enhet 201) ligger på andra våningen i Peregrine Point, som är den nyaste byggnaden på Purgatory Resort.

Gå över till huvudplatsen för bekväm tillgång till restauranger, skiduthyrning, deli och fantastiska butiker samt den primära höghastighetslyft, Purgatory Express, till toppen av berget.

Köket är fullt utrustat med vackra bänkskivor i granit och komplett köksredskap för fantastiska måltider. Det viktigaste bostadsområdet har en balkong för att njuta av den friska bergsluften och utsikten över sluttningarna!

Dessa lägenheter har också uppvärmd garage och gott om garderobsutrymme för all din utrustning. Det finns också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten.

Avbokningsregler: En betalning på $ 300 krävs vid bokningstillfället. Om ditt ankomstdatum är inom 45 dagar efter bokningen krävs full betalning vid bokningstillfället. Avbokningar eller ändringar som resulterar i en förkortad vistelse, som görs inom fyrtiofem (45) dagar efter ankomstdatumet, förlorar hela bokningsbeloppet medan avbokningar som görs mer än fyrtiofem (45) dagar före ankomst endast förverkas 300 $ betalningen vid bokningstillfället. Great Huge Condo with every amenity

I was shocked how big this condo was, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and the kitchen has every utensil you could need and more. Great location, walk right out to the lifts, hot tub and pool.

Wedding stay

It was great. Location was perfect for my parents to catch the shuttle up to Dantes for my for my daughters wedding. The drain in the master suite needs some work as it is slow to drain.

Family Vacation

The condo was perfect for us. Great location, easy access, covered/secured parking. It was a really beautiful condo and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. When we arrived the blinds on the sliding glass door appeared broken, but were just not connected at the top, so we fixed them. Someone must have reported it, because the next day a repairman arrived to fix them, but we had already taken care of it. The only thing we didn't get was the code to enter the front door of the building so we had to go through the parking garage.. Not a huge deal, just a little inconvenient.

Great Condo! Great Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there with our grandchildren so the location was perfect for walking to the resort center for activities. The view was good. Just a couple of things kept it from being perfect. The pillows are the master bed were very hard but the second night we found some somewhere else and switched them out. We could have used some TV instructions. A later check out time, 11:00 or 12:00, would have allowed us to enjoy a leisurely breakfast and take in our last look at the peaceful surroundings. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Outstanding!

Location is awesome! Condo is very nicely laid out. The only thing it lacked was hot tub access. Three bedrooms were great, as were the bathrooms with plenty of hot water.

Welcoming and comfortable

This property was very welcoming, comfortable and clean. I must have overlooked this, but it is not in Durango. Still our stay in in Purgatory placed us between Durango and Silverton. We would stay here again! Thank you!

End of Summer getaway

Everything you need for a home away from home. Nice location. We made this our home base and made day trips to Telluride, Mesa Verde National Park and Silverton.
