Vårt 2 sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet (enhet 104) ligger vid Peregrine Point som är den nyaste byggnaden på Purgatory Resort. Dessa lägenheter ligger på norra sidan av byggnaden med fantastisk utsikt över bergen.

Gå över till huvudplatsen för bekväm tillgång till restauranger, skiduthyrning, deli och fantastiska butiker samt den primära höghastighetslyft, Purgatory Express, till toppen av berget.

Dessa lägenheter är inredda med avancerade möbler och köket är fullt utrustat med bänkskivor i granit och kompletta köksredskap för att göra bra måltider. Det huvudsakliga bostadsområdet har en eldstad, platt-TV och ett däck för att njuta av den fantastiska utsikten. Det stora sovrummet har en eldstad och båda sovrummen har en TV och DVD-spelare.

Dessa lägenheter har också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare och uppvärmd säker garage.

Avbokningsregler: En betalning på $ 300 krävs vid bokningstillfället. Om ditt ankomstdatum är inom 45 dagar efter bokningen krävs full betalning vid bokningstillfället. Avbokningar eller ändringar som resulterar i en förkortad vistelse, som görs inom fyrtiofem (45) dagar efter ankomstdatumet, förlorar hela bokningsbeloppet medan avbokningar som görs mer än fyrtiofem (45) dagar före ankomst endast förverkas 300 $ betalningen vid bokningstillfället. Great condo

Perfectly located across the road from the ski plaza. This condo was well appointed and management was very responsive to any questions. They even provided us with a snow shovel when our vehicle got buried in 2 feet of overnight snow!

Great views and location.

Property was nicely decorated and spacious. It had everything that we needed. The location was very Central to Purgatory activities and only about a half hour from bring up.

Best views, best proximity, wonderful

Very well furnished and we couldn’t have been more comfortable. Really nice in every way and just loved the views out every window! It is steps away from all the resort offerings and parking was no issue and very close to our front door.

Great condo and great location

Location was perfect, views from the condo were incredible. Great weekend getaway. Highly recommend the addition of the pool and hot tub. Made for a great afternoon/evening after a full day!

Great space/Great location

My family and I were super comfortable in this space. Beds were cozy, the kitchen was well equipped and it was very clean. The ski list was a 5 minute walk away.

Great holiday spot

Wonderful condo. Clean, spacious, well supplied, great location. Only misdescription is that it is not ski in/ski out. Complex is beside the slope (which you can not access from the condo) so you have to walk up a flight of stairs, across the plaza to the main lift. This was not a problem for my family (all 18+). Overall, great property.

Great condo! Stocked with everything we needed. Easy location to walk up 2 sets of steps to the Village Center and slopes. You can rent a locker in the village for equipment if you don’t want to carry back and forth from the condo. Fireplaces were amazing and heated up quickly! Property manager was easy to get in touch with and helpful for any questions I had.

Another Great Vacation in Durango

Place was super clean, had everything we needed. Our party cooked every meal at the condo and had everything needed. Super convenient location. Walk across the small parking lot and up 34 stairs and you are at the village plaza and a short 100 yard walk to Lift #1 Purgatory Express. We will be back

The kitchen was well-equipped and we cooked a few times while there. The condo is very peaceful with comfortable beds and a lovely balcony. The master bathroom is awesome with double sinks, a huge soaking tub, and separate big shower. The only downside was that there was no A/C in the unit and it did get quite warm during the day. Overall, we loved this condo and would definitely stay here again!
