Vi köpte nyligen detta hus och har installerat ny matta, måla, madrasser, dörrar och möbler. Vi är glada att dela vår semester flyktbilen med dig. Hemmet är 1100 kvadratfot på en trädbevuxen mycket utanför staden i ett lugnt delsektion. Huset är 3 miles från centrala Leadville, 5 miles till Turquoise Lake och 10 miles till Ski Cooper.
Detta berg hem ger berget entusiasten möjlighet att göra de flesta något de önskar! Skidåkning, vandring, snöskoter, fiske, jakt och terrängcykling. Du kan också köra till världsklass skidorter (Vail, Copper Mountain, Frisco och Breckenridge) på under en timme.

Hemmet har ett uppdaterat kök, trägolv, öppen spis, 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, och wifi med kabel-TV. Vi köpte bara alla nya sängkläder och handdukar också.

Det stora sovrummet har en bekväm king size säng med en privat badrum. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng och det tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar.

Comfy little getaway

Perfect location for skiing different mountains. Keystone, Copper, Vail, Breck, Ski Cooper and Beaver Creek all within striking distance. Leadville is a cool little town too.

Great Place in Leadville

Property was just as described, actually better as the description said 1 bathroom and there were actually 2. Easy to find, close to town, well appointed. The house itself was older but everything was new or updated on the inside. Definitely a return stay when we are back in the area.

Hallmark Movie

Home was very cozy and definitely made our Christmas feel like a hallmark movie. The house was in good condition clean, and omg beds were so comfy. We couldn't get the internet to connect to TV, so we just watched the movies they had on DVD but made it all worth it they had a good dvd collection. I would love to visit again

Quiet, roomy, convenient

Wonderfully remodeled home just outside of Leadville, in quiet neighborhood. Modern kitchen, washer/dryer, nice bathroom with walk-in shower. Great location for exploring hiking trails in the area. Hope to stay there again sometime!

Perfect home away from home

Great place, very clean, the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. This house has been updated and is very nice in a quite neighborhood. We brought our grandsons to leadville for a lake trout fishing trip. Very successful fishing at Turquoise Lake. We enjoyed walking around Leadville and seeing the various sights going back to the house was just perfect.

Perfect stay for mountain adventures

This property was close to Cooper, downtown Leadville and a beautiful drive to Mt. Princeton hot springs! What a beautiful historic town to visit, loved the mining museum. Great coffee shops too!

Leadville Motorcycle Trip

This is a fantastic little home very close to Leadville. We stayed here while on a three-day back country motorcycle trip. It is very close to downtown Leadville where you will find nice restaurants and places to shop. I will definitely book this place again if I'm back in the area.

Family Trip

The property was perfect for our needs. It was far enough away from town to feel more secluded and close enough to town and trails so the drive wasn't too long. If the property is available, we would love to stay here again! Clean, comfy and close to everything! :)

2 week Leadville Stay

We stayed for two weeks for the Leadville 100 Mtn Bike race. Owwner was extremely helpful, house had everything we needed. Location was great, not in the middle of town but in a quiet neighborhhod so lots of parking. And we used the garage to house 4 bikes and lots of tools and parts. Kitchen was sufficient and all the paper products, soaps, detergents were all provided. Will definately stay again.

Cozy, Clean and Comfortable

This home is so comfy and clean! Very well supplied and decorated beautifully. In a neighborhood that is quiet and friendly. I had two elderly ladies with me for Mothers day and this residence was perfect with no stairs. Would highly recommend this home and was even better than advertised. :)

This is your place

This adorable home has been lovingly and thoughtfully prepared for guests. There are new appliances, good WIFI, large tv with cable, a easy to light fire place, comfy bed, soft sheets, a hammock and grill out back. My husband said he'd come back for the shower alone which is awesome. I like to cook so found the kitchen amply supplied. The neighborhood is very friendly which we found out on our evening walks when neighbors said hello. The homes are all on wooded lots on a wide road. There are lots of flowers and beauty to see, including peeks at the mountain range. You can also park your car in the neat and tidy garage which has shelf space for outdoor gear. The home is minutes away from the grocery store and downtown Leadville. The owner is easy to reach, responding quickly to any inquiry. There is an instruction book in the house that answers many questions you might have about the house and things to do in Leadville. If you need to work from a home this is your place, if you want a convenient base for exploring the area this is your place, and if you just want to relax and chill out this is your place.

Colorado natives, Rich and Carol, finally achieved their dream of owning a second home in Leadville. Recognizing that their kids have very busy schedules that will not allow for them to be in Leadville when they are not working, they decided to open up the house to others. Rich and Carol live in Littleton, CO with their two daughters and three Miniature Schnauzers.

We purchased this home in July 2016 after many years of wanting to own a home in the Leadville area. We love Ski Cooper and all of the historical charm of downtown. The location is quiet and serene, but close to downtown, Turquoise Lake, and Ski Cooper.
