USNA Reunion weekend

Quaint, driveway entrance blocked more than a few times by street parking Property could have been more thoroughly cleaned. Had to hunt for hand towels & wash cloths and extra bath towels. Had to purchase hand soap, toilet paper and shower soaps.

Great place and conveniently located

The only downside and it was miniscule in relation to the overall experience was the amount of debris on the front porch that came from storms blowing off of the trees. Couldn't really be helped and again very minor issue. The rest of the house was fabulous!!

Great stay in Eastport

Lovely house, great fenced yard for dog, comfortable but not too fancy furnishings. Location is perfect—across street from marina where there is a coffee trailer-Oscar’s, can walk into Annapolis (we drove due to heatwave). Would definitely stay here again!

Great base for family vacation

We've been coming to Annapolis for our family vacation for several years now. With a new dog, we needed to find a place that worked for her, too. We all had a great time here. The kids got their own rooms, and the puppy had a large fenced in yard to run around in as well as a nearby beach for swimming fun. Seth was very responsive as a host, and check in was easy. We appreciated the multiple copies of how to manage door access, wifi, and checkout. We also like the "take a bottle/leave a bottle" informal wine share in the kitchen wine rack. There's plenty of space for all to gather together or to find some private space. We also love the large front porch. We spent hours sitting there reading, talking, or listening to a band playing nearby. And since the location is walkable to downtown (or to a water taxi stop if you don't want to walk the whole way), we were able to walk and explore as usual. We will definitely be back.

Wedding Weekend - May 2024

Our daughter was married at the Annapolis Maritime Museum and the property is literally right around the corner. The house is spacious and included everything we needed for a wonderful weekend. Would highly recommend staying at this property to anyone looking to visit Annapolis/Eastport!!!

Great space and location in Eastport

We were in town for the weekend and wanted to stay in the same neighborhood where we have had our summer vacation for years. This time, we had our dog with us. There was far more space than we needed, but it's making us think we might want to come back with friends or family. The large yard was perfect for the dog, and we loved being able to sit on the large front porch and to walk to our favorite places in Eastport so easily. Easy access to the house and parking--and Oscar's coffee truck/trailer across the street--made this even more convenient.

Naval Academy 50th Reunion

Home was lovely and very clean and comfortable for four couples. Easily fit four cars along side of house. Easy walk to nice restaurants and coffee/bagels right across street at the harbor. Hopefully we'll do it again for our 75th reunion!:-)

Friends Reunion Eastport home Sept 12 - 19, 2023

We greatly enjoyed this home. The location and proximity to downtown Annapolis was a major factor. As well as room for 5 of us (a friendship reunion) and ample off-street parking. The kitchen area, dining room and front porch are wonderful. Upon our departure, we did have a few comments and suggestions regarding the home. We have communicated these directly with the host. We would stay here again!

Beautiful house

Older (think historic) house. Beautifully appointed. The little coffee shop (trailer) across the street by the water is excellent (With good bagels too). Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. We were there for a wedding and it was perfect for us.

Wonderful weekend

Perfect home to relax and enjoy local flare. So comfortable and well equipped. We walked everywhere. Marina is across the street. Maritime Museum is steps away. So much to see and do. House was perfect and host responsive. We will return!

Relaxing and Beautiful!

We have a great weekend at this house! It was such a nice neighborhood near the water and very close to downtown Annapolis. It fit our family perfectly!

for one thing, he says there's a boat included. The boat is very small and i hear it isn't operating

Stayed for a few days for our daughters wedding. Everything was going ok until 3am when the smoke alarms were going off. None of us smoke and no smoke detected. Called the owner and he kinda chuckled (not funny as it was the day of wedding) Thankfully my husband got them to stop but we had a hard time going back to sleep. I am sure the neighbors were less than happy as well. Place was clean and convenient

Came for the Power Boat Show

This property was the perfect location for our party of six. We were able to walk to the Boat Show and all of the over the top restaurants that are located there in Eastport.
