PLATS, PLATS, PLATS ... Denna lägenhet är den närmaste condo i skidspår till byn på Northstar utan att faktiskt vara i byn så det är bara en kort promenad till affärer och restauranger och skridskobana. Du har också tillgång till den expansiva NPOA Rec Center. Nu kan du unna dig bekvämligheten med en ski in & ski out lägenhet ligger på Village Kör i skidspår. Placeringen av denna Ski Trails lägenhet är idealisk eftersom den ligger bara några steg från gondolen och Village Express hiss samt byn.

**** Vi har just renoverat och utökat badrummet till en duschkabin (inte mer badkar / dusch combo) och rymliga 48 "fåfänga med gott om badrumsförvaring under din vistelse. Vår renovering inkluderar ny belysning, möbler, golv, mattor, tyg täckt säng, tak takfläkt och sovrum med stor platt-TV i sovrummet också! ****

Från vardagsrummet och däcket kan du se gondolen och byn, inklusive skridskobana, genom en filtrerad utsikt över långa tallar. Med din vistelse, kommer du att ha tillgång till Rec Center som har en full workout gym, spelrum / arkad, bastu, tre pooler öppna under sommaren, inklusive en uppvärmd utomhusbassäng öppen året runt, lekplats, och tre stora badtunna spa. Det finns inget bättre än att koppla av i badtunnor på en sval sommar eller vinter snöig kväll.

Lägenheten har ett fullt utrustat kök med bänkskivor i granit, alla nya apparater och en äterbar mellan öppet kök och vardagsrum. På svala nätter, koppla av med en god bok eller titta på en film nära staplade sten spis i lägenhet. Njut av att titta på TV på den *** NYA *** stora plattskärms-TV i de levande är och vi har också en TV i sovrummet *** Också en ny egenskap *** där vi tillhandahåller en mängd gratis DVD-filmer för vår gäster. Förutom queen size-sängen i sovrummet finns en stor drottning storlek soffa i vardagsrummet och två individuella sovplattor bra för barn. Och vi har också gratis trådlöst internet tillgängligt för gäster.

Great stay at Northstar

Amazing stay at this mountain base condo. The location was amazing for ski in/ski out days. The proximity to the Northstar Village was also great for our trip. The condo had everything we needed for a lovely ski vacation.

Nice Place

It was a great place to stay. Very beautiful property. The only drawback is that there was no a/c. Also, the club house is $5 per person.

Amazing location, everything you need for a ski trip!

Excellent location to ski in and ski out right off the condo run. Nice and quiet condo building. Great amenities in the unit, had everything we needed. Fireplace kept us nice and toasty! Place was spotless and true to the listing.

Wonderful, Communicative, and Understanding Hosts

Beth and Andy were wonderful hosts, with steady communication throughout the check in and check out process. We encountered heavy rains on the first day of our stay and they even offered a discount on their ski passes to accommodate. The property was well-kept, well-furnished, and clean. The unit was not large but was fully stocked w kitchen utensils etc. everything worked and getting into the unit was s breeze. We would tent it again.

Survived snowmageddon 2024

Convenient, spacious and comfortable accommodations. Due to the crazy storm that really kicked it up a notch the day we arrived, our original plans and ski days needed modified a bit. Our host remained extremely helpful as we tried to navigate unexpected challenges. We hope to return in early spring.

GREAT SKI CONDO

This condo was perfect for skiing. I had my wife and two children with me on the trip and it accommodated them just fine. The village was very close, a short five minute walk and you are there. Skiing was also a breeze. There were locked ski lockers right outside the front door for easy storage. We walked to the neighboring condo unit in the morning and skied down to the gondola. When we were done we took our skis off by Village run and had a short walk to the condo. The Condo itself is well stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, and appliances. I would recommend staying here for sure.

Utterly blown away

Simply put, WOW. We book an annual getaway to Northstar every year and this is our new favorite. The condo itself is super updated which is aesthetically pleasing, and it’s stocked thoughtfully and conveniently. Biggest perk is for sure the literal ski in/ski out access. We could hop on the trail from our parking lot and ski down to the gondola entrance. So fun! The trail to walk down to the village was short, easy and pleasant. Maybe the only downfall is the parking is outdoors so if it snows just come prepped with a mini shovel or other snow removal tools. But honestly, I forgot all mine and it was easy enough to remove the 7 inches of snow that fell over night. We are obsessed and are looking forward to staying here again.

Beautiful ski trails condo

We loved this ski in/ski out condo. It’s clearly been renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom and beautiful touches everywhere. We really enjoyed the beautiful gas fireplace, and the view out towards the village. The location is great, short walk down to the village, easy to get to village run. Good communication with the owner. We can’t wait to return to this gem at Northstar!

Northstar experience

Overall we had an excellent experience. A very nice place and I would recommend to friends. The shower doors were difficult to move.The shower tiles need to be cleaned.

Perfect getaway

Property was perfect for the 3 of us. Right next to the Northstar Village with amenities. Quick drive to Kings Beach where we spent most of our time. Check-in/check-out process and communication with the owner was easy.

Nicely updated condo with great ski in/out access!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. My kids loved the ski in/out access from the parking lot and we also appreciated having a ski locker right outside the condo. It was modern and very nicely updated, and an easy walk to the Northstar village. Our hosts were super helpful and communicative too!

Andy & Beth are local residents of Tahoe who reside in the small community of Brockway, located near the casinos on the North Shore of Tahoe. Andy is a Fire Captain at a local Tahoe fire department, and Beth has been managing condos at Northstar since 2004 for their Lake Tahoe Mountain Vacations rental business. Andy also taught snowboarding at Northstar for over 15 years. We both feel very fortunate to live in such a wonderful area like Tahoe, and we enjoy exploring and discovering new things to do here. We are more than happy to answer questions for our Lake Tahoe Mountain Vacations guests.

We live near Northstar in Tahoe, and have always wanted to enjoy the use of the Recreation Center facilities. After considering buying a vacation home for guest lodging, we decided Northstar was the best ski area in Tahoe for families and decided it was the best choice for us and our guests to use.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Skiing right from the condo or being able to walk right down to the Village from our ski in/ski out condo is a real treat for you & your family. Once you stay in Ski Trails, you will not want to stay anywhere else at Northstar. And access to the Recreation Center with pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, gym, saunas, arcade, with everything you need for the whole family, is an added bonus!
