Vår ett sovrum enhet är mycket rymlig och fylld med ljus. Lanai Utsikten är spektakulär. Enheten har en queen size-säng i sovrummet och vardagsrummet har en queen-size bäddsoffa. Köket är fullt utrustat. Dessa lägenheter har totalrenoverats.

Enheten ligger i Maalaea Banyans. Byn Maalaea ligger på Maalaea Bay, den första anhalten för de knölvalar på väg in i Hawaiian vatten varje vinter att föröka sig och föda. Maalea Bay ligger 15 minuter från flygplatsen och är en destination för snorkling, valskådning, fiske och middagskryssningar.

En sju mil lång vit sandstrand erbjuder en otrolig inramning för avkopplande medan du njuter av solnedgången. Flera prisbelönta restauranger ligger bara en kort promenad från hamnen och Maalaea Village är hem till Maui Ocean Center, en världsklass akvarium.

Excellent Anniversary or Honeymoon Getaway!

Stellar ocean view property in quiet location, away from high traffic “touristy” areas, but easy drive to Kihei, Lahaina & Airport! Condo has all required amenities, so highly recommend staying here.

Our favourite place to stay on Maui!

This is our third time in Nikta's condo at Ma'alaea Banyans, and it is always a great experience. Being able to watch the sunrise over Haleakala and then walk just a couple of blocks to a quiet sandy beach for a long morning stroll and swim makes our visits to Maui just perfect. We are visiting family in Kahului, so the location is extremely convenient, but it would also be a great base to explore any part of Maui. The condo itself has absolutely everything you might want for your stay, and the complex is very well-maintained. Nikta is accessible and generous, going above and beyond to make sure your visit is exactly what you want, including providing a lovely welcome basket.

Constant breeze through the unit so never ran ac. Quiet and peaceful.

For a quiet, relaxing stay, this was an excellent location. It was located within walking distance to Aquarium and Marina. Clean and quiet.

What a beautiful location! The condo lacked for nothing. Nikta has a great eye for detail and is a very gracious host. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Exceeded expectations!

The unit has everything we needed. When we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome basket with fruit and treats. Kitchen is well supplied if you choose to dine in. View from the balcony is s dream come true!

Perfect

We stayed here for 11 days and we were very pleased with the accommodations (very clean, has everything you need and it's nicely decorated) and especially the view. I would not, however, suggest staying here without a rental car. The owner is exceptionally helpful.

Excellent property

We had a great time in Maui. Property has an EXCELLENT ocean front view but don't expect a big sandy beach. Plenty of beaches in Maui a short drive away. Coming back next year

Great location and value

Right beside the most amazing 5 mile beach. The view of the ocean is stunning. This condo is clean and well equipped. Excellent value. Nikta is always available for any questions. I recommend this place highly.

Beautiful view!!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. Nikta graciously left a basket for us with some fruit and goodies, and also the best banana bread in the fridge! The view from the lanai was simply amazing. We saw sea turtles daily, and a few of the mornings we were able to see humpback whales - bring binoculars!

Honeymoonin in Maui

This cozy water front condo was perfect for our Maui trip; just a short ride to all the main parts of the island. Everything we needed was at our fingertips - coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. The ocean and Haleakala views from the balcony were stunning and Nikita was a pleasure to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Property was exactly as described, Nikta has clearly perfected the experience! Clean, comfortable, and a gorgeous view! The grounds are well kept, and the staff was very friendly. Pool and hot tub are well kept and warm- enjoyed watching the turtles every morning from the lania… Have absolutely zero complaints- if you’re reading this do yourself a favor and just book it :)

Perfect location, beautiful and quiet

This condo was everything we were looking for and more. It was centrally located to everything so we never had to drive very far to get to any corner of the island. We were so pleased to find plenty of towels, noodles, a cooler, and chairs for the beach. The beach next to the condo is also beautiful and so peaceful which was a nice change from the popular westside beaches. We saw turtles and whales from the balcony everyday and enjoyed sunrise over the mountains in the distance.

Great Place

This place is wonderful. Right on the oceanfront and located only about 15 minutes from Lahaina, Wailea and the airport. It has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. Nikta even supplied the coffee that was a real treat. We only needed one thing and she was right there to take care of it. She also has everything you need for the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie board and coolers. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Best condo ever!

Once again, we are amazed at how well-stocked this condo is! Nikta has thought of everything. Combine that with an ideal location (a block to a great beach for walking and even a couple spots good for swimming, easy to get anywhere on Maui from here) and fantastic views for sunrise and sunset. . .it doesn't get any better. Mahalo, Nikta!

Been Hosting for Awhile

As the title of this review implies, Nikta has been hosting people at the condo for some time. All of the details I would have thought about (eventually) were thought out before we arrived. The Wi-Fi info was in a place easy to find, there were instructions for everything and the unit had everything we needed (towels, soap, dishes, dish soap, etc. etc. etc. Nikta also communicated very well and responded to a couple of questions I had once we arrived. We were very very happy with the ease of staying here. Additionally, the units were well kept, in a nice location and the other residents were very respectfully of the quiet hour. If we ever make it back to Maui, we'll definitely look to stay here again

Return visit to Maalaea Banyans

You will love this condo. It is beautiful and exceptionally clean. When you arrive the condo is filled with tropical fruit, chocolates, exotic flowers, handmade soaps.....more than you would ever expect. The view from the balcony is breath taking. You may see whales, sea turtles, dolphins, or just the most spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen has fantastic appliances. The barbeque area outside is a wonderful place to prepare and eat dinner. The Aquarium is close by as are many fine restaurants. The owners are also close by and more than williing to assist. The condo is stocked with all sorts of beach equipment. You will want for nothing.....except more time and a return trip.

Great view! Some construction in the morning

Pros: -The view of the balcony was amazing! We saw some surfers in the distance and saw a bunch of turtles sticking there heads out of the water. -Apartment was well stocked; Sunscreen, Aloe Vera, Chocolates, bag of chips, snorkeling goggles, towels, hats, lawn chairs, and etc... Cons: -There was a lot of noises like electronics in the apartment and people in other rooms. (not every night) -There was some construction during the beginning of our stay. (Mornings) Others: - The hills/mountains closest to the property are dry and not green. But Maui is small so a quick drive to Lahaina or kihei and there is a lot more green and Sandy beaches. -The properties beach is rocky. But that means closer view of the ocean.

Awesome!!!

From checkin, helping in between, to checkout this week has been awesome. We did not have a good experience with lodging in Kona so we were a bit skeptical here but thankfully this place was great! The building itself seems older but well maintained except for the elevator and it just seemed to need a good hard cleaning. The pool isn’t big and didn’t appear to be cleaned daily but it could have been. We enjoyed it almost daily. This condo was spotless and welcoming. Ms Nikta had a full welcoming basket for us which provided us breakfast along with snacks. The bed was comfortable and so was the AC which we used at night. Our favorite part of the condo was the balcony. Absolutely gorgeous view and turtles they came everyday to play. Watching them frolic around has been a daily highlight. Having to remember the pool key was a bit inconvenient but I understand. We enjoyed the harbor restaurants several times so close by. This location does seem to be pretty much in the middle of Maui so going either way around the island is convenient. If we ever get back here we will definitely be trying to stay here on this condo again. Ms Nikta is a great host and we thank you for a great week and all your help while we were here.
