En plan vardagsvåning på första våningen med öppen planlösning. Sovrummet har king size-säng med eget badrum med vackert kaklat steg i dusch. Sovrum 2 har en queen size-säng med privat tillgång till badrum # 2. Badrum # 2 har ett badkar för de små i familjen. Vardagsrum har drottning dra ut soffan. Det finns ett stort äta i köket samt en bar med barstolar för ytterligare sittplatser. Njut av den vackra avskärmade verandan med säkerhetskopiering till vacker utsikt över vattnet. The first floor condo was perfect. Has everything we needed and a great view of the pond and Indian River Bay just a bit further. Enjoyed the entire trip. Barbara was very helpful and considerate in meeting all our needs.

Barbara is awesome she goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The condo is very welcoming. You can feel the stress melting away the moment you walk in. The condo is beautifully decorated and clean. The location is perfect with beautiful views of the bay and Indian River Bridge. We had a great time!!

We love staying at this handicap accessible property, dog friendly tooVery responsive to needs, very clean and well stocked. This is our second time, hopefully we can come back again. The back porch is lovely for morning coffee.

Wonderful place

We had an awesome stay, views are wonderful and a short walk to pool. The beach can sometimes take half hour to get to because of the traffic on route 26. Barbara is wonderful owner and wonderful to work with.

This property was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed and the storage unit had lots of beach and sport’s equipment. Also the community was well kept.

My wife and I stayed for nearly a week. The apartment was very clean and in a grreat location, in the Bethany Beach area. It was also well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Bethany Bay was perfect. The condo was super nice and the community was well kept. We especially enjoyed the pool and seeing all the wild life. Tons of deer all the time at night, and turtles, birds, ducks.. and everyone’s dogs! Barbara was also so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be staying there again in the future

Relaxing Vacation

We spent a peaceful week in Ocean View, staying in a comfortable condo that felt like home. Our days were filled with birdwatching, beach visits, and cooking in the fully stocked kitchen — the perfect way to unwind. The area is calm, scenic, and a great spot for a low-key getaway. Highly recommend if you’re looking to slow down and enjoy nature. Can’t beat that view.

Tranquility

Had never been to Delaware. The sitting was exactly what was needed - serene and tranquil All 4 adults and my dog Izzy thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home.Barbara, owner, was so kind. She never steered us wrong on any suggestions, especially all the wonderful places to eat. Definitely would stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Gorgeous stay and even better hosts

We come to this area every year and found a great new place. The condo is absolutely beautiful, spotless and so peaceful. The host, Barbara, is amazing. She's very communicative, accommodating and so very friendly. We love it here and couldn't recommend this stay highly enough.

Yearly Returns

This was our fourth year at the community, second year at this condo. We love the location, the first floor condo, and the condo itself. Nicely furnished, well maintained, and with the nearby beach for launching kayaks or searching for seashells is great. Owners are super nice and attentive to any inquiries

Fabulous In Every Way

The unit was clean and spacious. The community was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool. The owner was very attentive and proactive in making our stay comfortable and relaxing. We hope to return again soon.

Great short stay!

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. It was very clean and well maintained. We felt comfortable the minute we walked in the door. The patio was great for coffee in the morning or a cocktail at night and our pup Miley enjoyed her time outside by the water watching the ducks and the birds. I can’t wait to stay again! Thank you so much!

Nice Getaway in Bethany Beach

Barbara was the BEST hostess we could have dreamed of! Answered quickly with any questions we had and was kind and accommodating. The condo was clean and cozy. It was just the right size for my husband and I along with my daughter, granddaughter and son-in-law. ( 2 doggies tagged along) the view of the bay each morning was relaxing. We will be back next year!

My husband and I are local to Delaware and we grew up going to the Delaware beaches. We live in the Ocean View area we both went to college in Delaware and work here as well. As you can see we are big fans of the first state !

Varför värden valde detta boende

We fell in love with this property . We always wanted our own little oasis to escape to. This condo appealed to us for various reasons . The fact that it was a first floor unit with no stairs attracted us lugging groceries up two flights of stairs did not excite us. The water view from this unit is breathtaking . The open floor plan provides a panoramic water view off the screened porch . My husband and I thought this was perfect spot for us the maintenance free setting appealed to us . We thoroughly enjoy our little piece of paradise.
