KINGSTON PLANTATION
Vårt lägenhet ligger på en 145 hektar stor resort vid havet med 24-timmars säkerhet. Det har utsikt över en vacker 20 tunnland färskvatten sjö omgiven av höga tallar och gott om öppet utrymme. En gångbro över sjön leder till en av mer än tio pooler på fastigheten. Trottoaren leder till stranden och till de många aktiviteter som finns på fastigheten. Vår fastighet ligger på bottenvåningen i Arrowhead domstol. Vi har ägt lägenheten under de senaste 29 åren och har fortsatt att uppdatera den. Den senaste uppdateringen var de senaste tre åren. Nya köksskåp, bänkskivor i granit, nya apparater, ryggstänk och golv.
Motordrivet trägolv har installerats i hela lägenheten.
Granitbänkskivor finns i varje badrum tillsammans med kakelgolv. Det finns ny matsal, vardagsrum och sovrumsmöbler.

En hälsoklubb ligger en kort promenad bort (mot en extra kostnad). Det finns också badtunnor nära stranden tillsammans med två pooler.

Du kan njuta av över en halv mil vit strand som är perfekt för familjer. En kort promenad på stranden tar dig till den längsta piren på östkusten.

Vårt bostadsrätt är smakfullt inredda med vardagsrum / matsal och hall tapeterat. De två fulla badrummen är tapeterade och har keramiska plattor. Köket är också tapeterat med ett keramiskt golv och har en genomgång till matsalen. Alla köksredskap finns tillsammans med en mixer, brödrost och bortskaffande.

Vardagsrummet har en bäddsoffa, kärleksstol, soffbord, slutbord med lampa, takfläkt och 50 tums smart-tv som är ansluten till internet inklusive amazom prime DVD-spelare med kabel och HBO. Det finns en skärmad veranda med bord och fyra stolar. Vardagsrummet / matsalen och huvudgången har handskrotade trägolv av hickory
    
Det stora sovrummet har en queen-size säng med två lampor, två nattställningar, byrå med spegel och 26-tums HDTV med DVD / VCR. Den har också fullt badrum med stenbrickor. alla sängkläder ingår.

Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar med lampa och nattställning, och byrå med spegel och 26-tums HDTV. Den har också ett komplett badrum med duschomgivning av stenbrickor. Alla sängkläder ingår.

En tvättmaskin och torktumlare och strykjärn och strykbräda finns också i enheten.
Incheckning sker efter 4: 00P. M. och utcheckning är vid 11:00 A. M. såvida inte andra avtal görs med ägaren.

The condo was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The washer and dryer were a great added bonus and made the visit even more convenient. The beach chairs and wagon were a welcome surprise and made trips to the beach easy and enjoyable. The host was kind, responsive and available whenever needed, which made the entire experience seamless. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a place I would gladly return to.

We stayed here for a mother daughter trip, and it was perfect!! Close walk to the beach and wonderful property. Communication with the owner was great and he was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

Mother / Daughter Getaway

My daughter and I had one of the best vacations ever! The condo was very clean and updated. Check in was great and owner even unlocked the door for us from his phone on our way in which was a big help as we were arriving at night. Nothing was missing to make this our home away from home. Wonderful location and very quiet. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay again next trip!

This property was extremely clean. Communication was great. The walk to the beach was a bit farther than we would like when taking coolers and beach toys but can’t always afford to stay right on the water.

Great Relaxing Beach Vacation!

The property owner was so quick to respond to all our calls both before , during and after our stay making sure we had every thing we needed. The property was clean with plenty of towels. We loved the washer and dryer. The condo was quiet. Overall, we will rent again!

Vacation in a beautiful tropical park on a beach with the lake view.

We had a great experience staying in the condo with lake view, about 4 min to walk to the beach. Condo is in a big resort. It is surrounded with beautiful vegetation and very well maintained. Condo had everything you need inside and more. Enjoyed the place. Thank you!

Baseball weekend

My husband and I joined our grandson and his dad for a baseball tournament in Ocean Isle Beach which was 40 minutes away. Our location gave us access to many amenities. The condo was comfortable, well decorated and perfect for our group of 4.

Clean, Comfortable, Great Location

This is our second time staying at this VRBO. The location is perfect, steps away from pools and the beach. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with all the supplies you need to cook. Room was quiet even though it was a downstairs room. No complaints. Great communication with owner.

Plantation at Myrtle Beach SC

Great condo and loved the view of the lake while enjoying my breakfast each morning and listening to the frogs in the evening from the screen-in porch. Information about the property and surrounding areas was available for us and beach accessories, along with a wagon to haul it all, was available for us too! The overall Plantation is well maintained and we look forward to staying again in the future. Thanks Tony!!!!

Thank you for letting us stay in your home. It was perfect! I loved that there was everything there that we needed. Usually in Vrbo house has limited items. Here it felt like home. Did not have to spend money on small things like salt and pepper. Walking distance to the beach and pool. Thanks again.

Denise and Tony with their three sons, three daughter-in-laws and thirteen grand children. We used to tent camp on the site of where our condo is now. We have been vacationing in this spot for the last 44 years. Our children loved it and now our grand children are loving it.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We chose to buy in Kingston Plantation. It used to be a campground that we always camped at. When it was bought and they started building condos we purchased one so we could continue to enjoy the property and the beach. Our condo is located on the site we used to camp on. Our boys loved the beach and now our grandchildren love the beach. We have been coming to Myrtle Beach since we were married. In 2022 we will be celebrating our fiftieth wedding anniversary and we have been enjoying Myrtle Beach every year.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The property is well wooded and you are able to walk around the property on the sidewalks. There is plenty of open space with flower beds and shrubs to enhance the beauty of the area. You do not feel closed in because the condos are spaced with a lot of room between the different condo complexes.
