Familjehus som kan rymma par med barn eller 3 par (även utan säsong men utan poolen). Inhägnad park, rymdförsäkring, petanque och gantry med bild. Huset har en veranda (med skjutfönster) där det är möjligt att ta frukost och mat, oavsett vädret (ett fönster i köket ger direkt på denna veranda som fungerar som lucka).
På bottenvåningen: kök, matsal och lounge, badrum med toalett, 1 sovrum. På golvet, två rum varav en med balkong och säng på 140, den andra med 2 bäddar 120 båt. Badrum och separat toalett.
Poolen är säkrad (barriär på ena sidan och vegetabilisk stängning på andra 3 sidor). Däckstolar inbjudande att vila och läsa, parasoll. Grill.

Douzillac ligger i Perigord Blanc, vid grindarna av Dubbelskogen, skog av kastanj, ek, tall .... och prickad med dammar. Om du gillar vandring kan du utforska GR-spåren, använda brandväggar antingen till fots eller med mountainbike eller cykel. Neuvic, som ligger 5 km, föreslår att besöka, hela sommaren, dess renässansslott och dess botaniska park. Också en vacker fritidsanläggning: minigolf, trampolin, zip-linje.
Périgueux, avdelningens huvudstad, gammal gallo-romersk stad, klassificerad stad av konst och historia, väntar på dig.
Dordogne erbjuder många möjligheter till besök på förhistoriska platser: Lascaux 2 grottor, Les Eyzies, Slott, Dordogne-dalen, Sarlat, etc ...

We had a truly wonderful holiday in this beautiful holiday home. The hosts Matilde Christiane and Daniel are so friendly and warm and were so welcoming and patient with our poor French skills.The pool is such an asset and was so welcoming in the heat we had an amazing family break.We would definitely recommend this place as such a lovely place to see and experience the Dordogne Thanks for having us we would love to come back again

We enjoyed our stay in Douzillac. The house was great and the beautiful pool totally wonderful during the heatwave. The pool and the outside area made this the 5 stars for us. The garden is huge with lots of fruit trees, boules and a great children’s play area.

Absolutely fabulous house, beautiful location, wonderful owners. Warm welcome. Clean and well equipped. Everything we needed. Gorgeous pool house with changing room was a bonus. We can't wait to come back to the house. The pool was immaculately clean and well maintained. The bedrooms are huge and airy.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement, qui rassemblait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le seul bémol c'est le manque de climatisation en période de canicule. Superb, fabulous. The house is spacious and very clean. It has all the amenities needed from a dishwasher, washing machine and everything else needed for the upstairs, downstairs, kitchen, etc. The outside, same. Its clean, well-kept and we were allowed helping ourselves to the fruit trees, which we kept eating! The swimming pool is also very clean and well kept by Daniel whose heart / dedication is into it. He and Christiane both had the patience to explain everything to us, including the surroundings in terms of hiking, water activities and so forth. We briefly had wifi issue as the box malfunctioned / stopped working but Christiane went and had it exchanged right away. In short, in all of our travels, Christiane and Daniel have been helpful, great hosts that we havent had the pleasure of having before until now. This was a home to home experience, if not better. Thank you Christiane and Daniel, for everything.

Charmant séjour dans le perigord

Location parfaite pour des vacances en famille. Les enfants peuvent jouer dans la grande piscine ou faire de la balançoire. La maison est bien équipée et les hôtes sont trés accueillant et prévenant. Nous reviendront avec plaisir.

Formidable sejour mais...

... mais séjour trop court !... un goût de revenez-y qui nécessite absolument une prochaine visite. Tout est d'une propreté remarquable, tout est fonctionnel. La piscine est tres agréable et les hotes sont là en cas de besoin. Mais chut ! Il ne faut pas ébruiter :-)

Nous avons passé une super semaine en famille. La maison ainsi que la piscine sont très bien. Nous avons pu en profiter au maximum. Le calme est assuré très bonne coupure. Nous tenons à souligner la gentillesse de Daniel et sa femme qui nous ont très bien accueillis. Un super couple souriants, agreables, discrets et disponibles. Merci infiniment.

Belles vacances

Maison très fonctionnelle, belle piscine et beau terrain de pétanque, la ville de neuvic à proximité possède boucherie boulangeries, fromagerie, coiffeur, vétérinaire et bien d'autres. Des hôtes bien sympathiques généreux et courageux. Bravo !

A real gem!

Well equipped house , pool an added bonus. Close proximity to neuvic lovely restaurants the chateau and kayola and a good intermarche. Caviar at neuvic / moulin noix worth visiting. Owners of the property very helpful. Would highly recommend.

très beau terrain clos, adapté aux familles avec enfants, même petits(balançoire, toboggan) et aux "grands" (terrain de pétanque). piscine sécurisée. Hôtes attentionnés (fleurs coupées et confitures maison à l'arrivée). N'hésitez pas!

un séjour de rêve

Que du positif pour cette location qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes ! Nous avons passé un formidable séjour. La maison et son environnement (piscine et jardin) étaient très propres, accueillant, spacieux et très fonctionnels. La piscine, la véranda, le terrain de pétanque, le portique de jeux et le verger ont fait le bonheur de toute la famille. La fraîcheur de la maison a été appréciée lors des fortes chaleurs. Enfin, nos vacances n'auraient pas été aussi sereines, reposantes et réussies sans l'excellent accueil, la gentillesse et la grande prévenance des gérants du lieux ! Un très grand merci à eux et à très bientôt !

Belle maison de famille, riche d'histoire familiale. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, charmants, toujours disponibles et feront tout pour que vous passiez le meilleur des séjours. Ils ont eu la gentillesse de nous fournir 2 lits parapluie pour nos jumelles. la maison est très propre et fonctionnelle. la piscine est top et parfaitement sécurisée pour des enfants en bas âge. le terrain est clôturé et nos filles ont adoré le toboggan et les balançoires. Tout était parfait, notre seul regret : n'avoir eu que 2 semaines de vacances dans votre région magnifique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

A wonderful property

This property lived up to all our hopes and expectations. It was beautifully clean and well maintained. The owners were very patient with our poor french skills and were very friendly and welcoming. Both the house and pool were as good as the photos and we had a very enjoyable time relaxing here, with privacy but not so many trees to overshadow the pool, with lights at night so we could swim in the evenings which we loved. This property had all the amenities we could want. We also enjoyed the pétanque pitch and were shown the edible fruit trees which we made good use of. The only slight niggle was that there were no towels provided but that was our fault for not checking. The nearby village of Neuvic had shops and a bakery. The Moulin de Veyssière is well worth a visit and further afield Karting in Bergerac was great fun. Also the Velorail was a big hit and great fun to do but you must pre-book. A wonderful holiday in a wonderful part of France.

Excellent séjour !

La maison est grande et très facile à vivre. Pleine de charme. Extrêmement Propre. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Le jardin est beau et grand,les jeux pour enfants,le terrain de pétanque,le barbecue. Sans oublier la piscine belle , grande et parfaitement sécurisée. Bravo et merci !

A nice house with perfect facilities!

We travelled to Douzillac (a family of four) for 10 days vacation in June/July. We were welcomed by very nice french madame and monsieur who also gave us a welcoming set of good Bergerac wine and soda and very good jam. The House was big enough for us and it had everything we needed. Kids (and adults too!) loved the pool which was very clean and 10 meters long and over two meters deep at the other end. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the upstairs bedroom to french countryside was astonishing. Running water was warm enough when needed. The house had good WIFI and television had basic french channels. The house has a very big yard with a petanque field, apple trees, lawn and even a shelter for the car, which was absolutely necessary in the hot french summer time. We made road trips everyday to nearby attractions: Beynac, Lascaux, Perigueux,, Bergerac, Monbazillac, Arcachon etc... So it was in perfect spot for us. Everything was within two hours reach. Douzillac is a small village with no services except one restaurant and the nearby village of Neuvic ( 5 minutes drive away) offers all services you need: a big shopping market, restaurants, pharmacy, doctor etc.. All in all we enjoyed the house a lot and if we come to same region again we would definitely choose this charming house again! Merci beaucoup!
