Villa 11B är en villa med två lägenheter som ligger på den privata gården Quinta Da Saudade, 7 km väster om Albufeira. "Quinta" var ursprungligen en fungerande gård i en floddal och utvecklingen av cirka 26 villor på olika nivåer upptar nu 25 tunnland av detta lugna sluttningsläge.
Villan med modernt kök och badrum och satellit-TV är fullt möblerad och erbjuder utsikt över Quinta den närliggande lagunen och havet. Den har både en takterrass och en stor solterrass med inbyggd grill. En städservice tillhandahålls.
Webbplatsen har sin egen restaurang / bar, 2 pooler, tennisbana, minigolf, snackbar vid poolen (säsongsöppen), lekplats för barn (med paddelpool) och arbetsstall för ridning, alla i ett område med orange lund, mandel-, oliv- och granatäppleträd.
I närheten finns lokala restauranger, golf, fiske, surfing, fågelskådning och promenader. Vackra sandstränder med egna strandbarer ligger nära till hands.

Lovely large Villa in a great setting

We stayed here for 2 weeks in August 2024, lovely large villa with lovely terrace, we had everything we needed for our stay, the two pools were really good. Would recommend.

Wonderful villa in the Algarve

We had a wonderful vacation in this villa with a spatious terrace. Its was clean and cosy. Nice that we could use the barbecue. The park is beautiful with two swimming pools and a good restaurant.

We’ve stayed in many villa’s in the algarve over many years some more posher but we love this villa and location it’s got a beautiful rustic charm that’s we love it and that’s why we have been back for two years in a row, we look forward to going again next year .

Lovely stay

The villa was nicer than the pictures. The setting is lovely. Two pools one very quiet one and one a decent distance away for kids to jump about. Riding school was fantastic. Great location to explore the area. Very easy check in. Was lovely to arrive to water, bread, eggs, milk, wine etc all in the fridge. Makes such a huge difference not having to run out to the supermarket after a long journey. Was such a nice touch. Thank you

lovely villa!

We had a really great holiday and the villa and whole site were perfect. we really had a great time and it was a lovely setting for us as a family. the villa had everything we needed - very comfortable, affordable, the cleaning staff were excellent and very friendly, the terrace was beautiful, and the kitchen was easy to use and well stocked. the site was great - lovely pools (the baby pool and park were really appreciated), the site restaurant was really incredible too. It is a shame that the small poolside bar which served drinks and snacks has closed (other residents told us it closed just this last year). The beaches nearby are all incredible too - all around provided a base for a great family holiday!

Basic Villa in a Lovely Location

The villa is set in the beautiful surroundings of Quinta da Saudade, offering a lovely terrace, though be aware of some noise from the nearby road. The villa is 'rustic' in style but equipped with all the essentials for a self-catering stay, and we appreciated the thoughtful welcome pack on arrival. The nearest supermarket (Aldi) is conveniently just a 5-minute drive away. The Quinta staff were friendly and welcoming, and the maid service, provided three times a week, was a nice addition. My daughter and I enjoyed visiting the stables to see the horses, though it was too hot to ride during our July stay. The two pools are lovely, but if you have children, note that inflatables are not allowed for safety reasons, and children are asked not to use the top pool between 2-5 pm. Unfortunately, the pool bar was closed during our visit, which was a disappointment, and we hope it reopens soon. Despite enjoying the location, we sadly encountered some maintenance issues with the villa that affected our stay. Although the owners attempted to resolve the problems, the villa ultimately did not meet our expectations, leading us to check out early. We hope the owners consider our feedback and make improvements to enhance the comfort and experience for future guests.

A perfect place for a great family vacation!

We have wonderful memories of the time we spent at Quinta da Saudade this summer. The description of the house is accurate, but we were actually positively surprised to see how well this house is appointed. The house is equipped with more than the basics. There are fans in each room, mosquito nets on each window, "darkening" blinds (allowing children to sleep in!) on each window, plenty of towels available. There is a large choice of DVDs, family games, and some books to read. The kitchen has much more than basics and there is a nice system where cleaning products are left in the house for guests to use and replace when finished. When you arrive, a nice wine bottle was waiting for us as well as all ingredients needed to make a fresh breakfast (including fresh bread). We have rented many rental houses before and this house definitely is at the top of our list. The cleaning ladies come in each day and do a great job cleaning the house (even going beyond their responsibilities). You feel that everything is done to make your stay enjoyable. There is also a big binder with ideas of activities and recommendations, which was very useful. The terrace is big and perfect for "star gazing" on comfortable lounge chairs of for enjoying your evening BBQ. The compound is very well kept, with beautiful flowers and trees. The choice of pool is ideal, with a small playground and paddling pool for the little ones.There is a very relaxed atmosphere, where the compound does not feel crowded (even in the middle of the high season) as the houses are quite spaced out. The beach choice is great. Our favorite was 15 minutes walk away (through a natural reserve area with flamingoes) or 5 minutes car away. Warm soft sand, nice waves, beautiful dunes, and never crowded (because of the length and width of the beach). The closest town Albufeira is actually surprisingly pleasant. We had expected a very touristy and fake looking place, but in fact it has still kept a lot of charm, with small windy street, a local archeology museum worth visiting, houses built on cliffs. Our experience was really all positive, and we would like to thank the owners for giving us the opportunity to enjoy their place and for their care. They were very responsive to emails (even when we had to change dates at the last minute) and we felt that they genuinely cared for us to have a nice time. We hope to be able to come back to Quinta da Saudade soon!

Heerlijke vakantiewoning op fijne locatie

Hele fijne vakantiewoning met uitstekende service (schoonmaak, boodschappen bij aankomst.... dat ging bij ons helaas mis maar was een pechgevalletje). En op een erg fijne locatie. Van alle gemakken voorzien, niet modern, maar wel erg goed onderhouden en netjes. Enige minpuntjes zijn de weg waar niet veel verkeer rijdt (en ook niet hard), maar die je 's nachts wel hoort door de ligging en weerkaatsing geluid tegen de heuvel en wifi dit niet in het huisje is (kan ook een voordeel zijn!). Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad met prachtige stranden en leuke dorpjes in de omgeving. Communicatie met de eigenaren gaat erg goed en personeel op het park is heel vriendelijk en het restaurant is uitstekend.

Maravillosa estancia

Nos encantaron la finca, su maravillosa azotea y los servicios que propone el conjunto del lugar. Los que trabajan allí son muy amables y hemos pasado una noche de parrillada muy agradable en el fernando's bar. Además esta situada bastante céntrico para poder descubrir otros pueblos muy bonitos del Algarve y lo suficientementealejada de la ajetreada Albufeira

Great Holiday

We had a great holiday revisiting the Quinta having not been for a long time. The communication from Spencer & Lesley before arriving made everything super easy and was great to get a welcome pack of food and drink when we arrived. The villa is spotlessly clean with everything you need. Fantastic sunsets in the evening on the terrace and great to watch the horses trot by. The location is great and plenty of different beaches to visit and local restaurants nearby. The bottom pool was great for the kids and pool bar was brilliant. Restaurant on site was really nice also. Looking forward to coming back!

Charming

Friends have visited the Quinta many times and recommended it, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The location is incredible. Let's start with the Quinta. The grounds are beautifully kept and the pools were immaculately clean. The best thing was the staff, who were wonderfully friendly. The on-site restaurant is incredible, I had one of the best meals of my life. Actually, we went back, so make that two of the best meals of my life. Next, the surrounded area. I know this can't be right, but it felt like everything from the supermarkets to the beaches was just 10 minutes away. I think it would particularly suit a family with young children.

Belle location et services de qualité

Séjour très agréable. La description de la résidence est conforme à l'annonce, très propre et confortable. Le service de ménage n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce et s'est avéré être une très bonne surprise ! Le contact avec nos hôtes par mail a été très facilitant, et l'accueil à la résidence très bien expliqué et organisé malgré notre arrivée un dimanche. Le personnel de la résidence est agréable et à l'écoute. Nous craignions l'absence de climatisation, mais en effet, étant donné les nuits fraîches en Algarve, ce n'est pas nécessaire ! Localisation à l'écart de l'agitation d'Albufeira (important !), mais proche de toutes commodités et à mi chemin entre Faro et le Cap St Vincent, idéal pour découvrir toute la côte.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la Quinta de Saudade. La villa est très bien équipée. Quel bonheur d’assister tous les soirs depuis la terrasse à de magnifiques couchers de soleil . On reviendra .

Relaxing, comfortable and quiet

We have stayed several times at the Quinta but this was the first time in Villa 11B. The Villa was spotless and well laid out with all facilities you would need for a self catering holiday, even though the Quinta has an excellent pool/snack bar and an on-site restaurant. The Villa's large secluded sun deck was a big bonus especially with the built-in BBQ. Being at the end of the Quinta development it was very quiet, but only a couple of minutes from the pools and office. Booking and administration were fast and efficient. Overall an excellent experience!

A wonderful place to stay!

We all fell in love with the villa and the surroundings and views of Quinta da Saudade, which is no mean feat, with 2 teenage children! Both twin bedrooms were very nice, with plenty of storage, nice kitchen, living room and bathroom. It was great having a welcome pack of essential groceries and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived! We loved having the terrace and bbq as well as the roof terrace and the front courtyard, to sit and eat and enjoy the amazing views! We were very lucky and had amazing weather while we were there, but were glad there was a lovely log burning stove there and logs, just in case we had needed them! We made use of the Tennis court there, as well as visiting the horses at the stable, which was a lovely feature of the place. The smell of orange blossom from the orange grove in the grounds was gorgeous! In fact, we loved walking around the grounds as they were landscaped with flowers and trees and had amazing views in all directions! Finally, we felt so at home there, we didn't want to leave! We would love to come back and stay in the future! Thanks for a lovely holiday! Ps. Highly recommend Praia da Coelha beach, next to Castelo beach. Had never been there before, so thanks for telling us about it!

Such a great place !!

We had a very great time in your house. The view from the terrace was great and the place was very quiet. The kids had a lot of fun at the pool. We enjoyed the situation : close to everything (beaches, Albufeira, Lagoa, fun parks, shopping...) Thank you so much for the information provided before departure and in the house. Top class

Everything was just perfect. Adorable surroundings, 2 pools, good bar with fair / low prices, tennis lawn etc. The apratmaent has two good rooms, a nice kitchen, and above all a splendid terrace. Simply perfecy. Try it - you won't be dissapointed.

Nice stay

We spent 6 nights here in early April 2012 with our two small children. The apartment is adequate for a family but not as child friendly as other places due to the layout and low amount of free space. The kitchen has all the required equipment. The welcome food pack was most welcome It was still a bit cool to be using the two pools and the childrens paddling pool was not yet filled up. The horse stables were a good distraction for our daughter. We had some problems getting the gas fired hot water bolier to work in the begining due to the wind blowing out the pilot light. There is an additional charge for electricty which is not specified. For birding this was a good location by the nature reserve and we had some good birds including Audouin's Gull and Azure-winged Mapies nesting in the tree outside.
