Detta bondgård har restaurerats nyligen och erbjuder fem sovrum, inklusive fyra sovrum på första våningen, varav tre är ensuite. Det finns ett sovrum på bottenvåningen med eget badrum och tre kammare med valvkammare som ger ett fantastiskt vardagsrum. Strålade tak och originalgolv behåller karaktären och den enkla charmen i detta toskanska bondgård med mycket naturligt ljus. Huset ligger på kanten av "Alpe della Luna" eller "månens berg" i Toscana och nås av en lugn asfaltväg som leder till ett nätverk av spår för promenader till nationalparken där huset ligger. Utmärkt utsikt mot söder mot Sansepolcro (9 km) där man kan njuta av den speciella atmosfären i en "liten Florens" med dess utmärkta restauranger, butiker, barer och naturligtvis museet "Piero della Francesca". Det finns en 5m x 12m soluppvärmd pool, olivlund, fruktträd och klättrande rosor. Fantastisk utsikt över dalen och sluttningarna runt omkring. En förstklassig restaurang ligger bara en kort promenad bort och är öppen året runt. Fastighetsägarna har nyligen lagt till Sky-satellit med över 200 kanaler (många på engelska) inklusive Sky News, Sky Sports (originalspråk) och Sky Cinema (originalspråk).

Wirklich wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Villa, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Gelungene Zimmeraufteilung, schöne Bäder, toller Pool mit praktischem Badehäuschen, weitläufiger, schön gepflegter Garten, super Pizzaofen und vor allem einen wunderbaren, aufmerksamen und immer bereiten Simon, unseren Ansprechpartner und Hausbetreuer vor Ort!

Very beautiful house in the country side in an agricultural environment. Great kitchen to make food and cooking. Beautiful swimming pool, lovely garden among olive trees. This summer was very hot, and the house is not insulated and does not have air conditionning (only fans...). We did not find a way to cool down the temperature in the rooms on the second floor, below the roof. Quality of sleep during the night was poor, but resting below the garden trees during the day was great. The région and nature around the house are amazing. Last but not least, insects everywhere: it means that the fields around are not polluted with chemicals, which is a very good thing!

The property is really well designed/laid out, and is very comfortable for 8-10. Kitchen was well-equipped. Bedrooms spacious and comfortable. A very good restaurant is walkable. The pool and pool house are well maintained. Location beautiful.We loved our stay there so give it 5 stars!

Amazing stay

Perfect vacation. Nice and quiet surroundings. Great house with all necessities to make food, relax and enjoy. We were especially fond of the pizza oven. Would recommend this house any time.

Family Holiday

An absolutely fantastic stay in this beautiful property. The host and the property manager were both so accommodating and helpful. We felt very safe, including pool safety etc with 2 small children (18 months and 3.5 years). Brilliant outdoor space which was all used on a daily basis. The host also kindly gave us some brilliant recommendations for restaurants and cooking class which we are so glad we booked. Highly recommend booking this property, definitely on our list to come back to!

Beautiful Villa -perfect for a girls trip

We were five mature women looking for the full tuscan experience and we found it. The villa is as beautiful as described. Spacious rooms, big kitchen and the pool area was lovely. The outdoor breakfast area was especially popular for morning coffees. If you go, though, you must have a car as public transportation is not easily accessible. The kitchen is well equipped but was missing some basic food supplies, such as salt and pepper, spices or paper towels. I would also have expected there to be sufficient toilet paper and hand soap for the bathrooms but we had to buy that as well. Not a huge deal, more of an inconvenience really. Overall though, one of the nicest places we've stayed at. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely villa

We had a lovely holiday, the villa had lots of room and the pool was fantastic. Couple of places to have meals and kitchen was good. Interesting area, went to Cortona, Assisi and Arezzo. Also a concert in the village of Anghiari which was magical. Only slight negative, having to buy bottled water. Caroline

A piece of heaven

This place has it all. A wonderfully furnished, welleqipt and spacious house. A beautiful and large garden. A lovely pool. And last but not least a stunning view from all parts of the property. Add to this a very kind and helpfull housekeeper. We had two wonderfull weeks and would love to come back. Do not miss a visit to Anghiari which is a village out of a farry tale or the L’Osteria in Aboca down the road - one of our very best restaurant experiences. Great food - great service!

Amazing holiday home

We were two families and our mother staying in this lovely house. We especially enjoyed the pool and gorgeous views from the pool. The house itself was clean and well kept and easily fitted 10 people between 2 and 70 years old. Communication was smooth before and during the stay and Simon and his family gave us a warm welcome. Would happily recommend it and come back.

A lovely house in the tranquil Tuscan hills

We had a perfect week in this delightful house. It accommodated our large family group perfectly and we loved the pool, beautiful views and the pretty town of San Sepolcro nearby. Chris was welcoming and helpful from a distance, and Simon and his family, who look after the villa and its lovely gardens, were very kind and so helpful - a real addition to our stay.Warmly recommended!

Casa fantastica con ottime finiture. Posto tranquillo, molto spazio disponibile e casa fornita di tutto il necessario sia all'interno che all'esterno. Abbiamo passato 3 giorni fantastici. Heavenly Stay In Tuscany

We had a fantatsic week in this beautiful villa which was more than big enough for our two families. There were four ensuites which gave us loads of privacy and two living rooms, a dining room and two outdoor dining areas so always a space to find some peace and quiet. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable with stunning views with lots of outodoor space. The pool was HUGE and we had hours of fun playing and relaxing. The location was excellent - not too far from Siena, Florence, Gubbio and Cortona for day trips and the local town of Sansepolcro only 15 mins for all your grocery needs and a great outdoor pool with slides. The local restaurant L'Osteria in Aboca is also well worth a visit.

Innbydende, fredelig og vakkert!

Jeg fikk en tåre i øyekroken ved ankomst. Slått av det vakre, rene og smakfulle. Grønt og frodig. Deilig og rent svømmebasseng. Vi manglet ingen ting. Nærheten til restauranten 5 minutt unna til fots, var av stor verdi. Flotte turområder rundt. Litt varmt på soverommene er det eneste lille minuset. Anbefales på det varmeste!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni bellissimi. La casa è molto accogliente ed ha una cucina super accessoriata. Simon è stato gentilissimo. La terremo presente per future locazioni. Al limite in estate per usufruire anche della piscina

Die Villa Aboca ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist super und die Lage einfach perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub mit großer Familie. Kleiner Wermutstropfen sind die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, da sie ziemlich häufig am Kläffen sind.

This is an excellent villa. Very clean, well cared for and set up. All rooms were fantastic with very good en-suite bathrooms. Would highly highly recommend it to anyone- groups or families. The excellent restaurant at bottom of the hill makes the relatively remote setting just fine.

Très belle maison très fonctionnelle pour un groupe avec plusieurs ambiances cuisine très bien équipée. Nous étions 10 avec des adolescents et chacun trouve des endroits tranquilles pour se reposer Belle table abritée pour les repas à l’ombre En bref nous avons passé une très bonne semaine
