Denna lägenhet (NO SMOKING) mycket ljus, högt i tak - 3.20m - (3rd ingen hiss, men breda och bekväma trappor), öst-väst, är idealiskt beläget eftersom det är nära till havet och närliggande gå till allt: tågstationen, affärer, biografer, gamla stan, stannar vid 100 m på Promenade för buss från flygplatsen och i närliggande gator till huvud stadsbuss. Efter att bebos av ägarna, är det erbjuds med ännu mer komfort. Luftkonditionering, ett nytt lagringsutrymme och två fåtöljer stolar repareras av en särskild fjäder. Till detta sätts en större TV och nya tabeller, med undantag för den viktiga fördelen att en oberoende gas uppvärmning. Andra ska betalas underjordiska parkeringar i närheten. Den, kaffe, olivolja etc. tillgänglig för en trevlig start på din vistelse plus mycket användbar information. Nice apartment close to everything

Communication with Maria was excellent. She met me when I arrived and showed me everything I needed to know. The apartment is in an older building - As mentioned by other reviews, there is no lift so be prepared for many stairs. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and the town. I really enjoyed my stay there

Great location for a Nice holiday

Wonderful apartment right in the most central part of Nice. Just a five-minute walk to the nearest beach. Wonderful host Maria met us to make sure we knew where everything was, and so we were comfortable. Would highly recommend for anyone hoping to spend a few days in beautiful Nice.

Vintage Quaint French

This was a home away from home with a location that can't be beat! Maria Rosa had messaged and chatted throughout, had amazing details in a binder with the hidden gems and had her friend meet us upon arrival and depaeture. I was racing in the Ironman and she even congratulated me after! The windows were sound proof and so close to the beach. Being able to cook our food and relax on the balcony was amazing! DO NOT MISS OUT on booking this place!

Great little bolt hole

This apartment is ideally placed within walking distance of virtually everything Nice has to offer. The sea is a short walk away and lots of restaurants within the neighbourhood. The old town is 10 minutes walk , the chagall museum 25minutes. Rosa could not have been more helpful. To the point that one day I had a torn banknote and she came with me to the bank.

Perfect Getaway in Nice, France

Maria’s apartment was a perfect place for us. It is in a central location for walking all around the city, to the promenade, grocery stores, local walking/hiking trails and parks. We came in by train and the apartment was easy walking to and from the station. Maria was more than helpful in offering directions and answering any questions quickly that we may have had. We do not speak French so when there was a railway strike on the day we were to leave, she helped confirm that our train was running. We’d love to return to see her and her stay in her apartment again.

A LITTLE GEM NEAR THE PROM

There were 3 of us on a winter break at the Riviera. Lovely flat. Super friendly and helpful hosts. Central. Spacious. Great layout with separate kitchen. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Good quality sofa bed. Double bed with super comfort. Very quiet building. Well equipped. Has everything you need. Homely. We'd happily go back there for another holiday. Loved it. Highly recommended.

Pearl in the center of Nice

Excellent location, close to everything you may need for your holiday in Nice. One block away from the promenade, which made it perfect for your family that was after a proper beach holiday. The area is surrounded by many restaurants, so you'll never run out of choices. Likewise, there are several supermarkets within waking distance. The flat has one private bedroom with a really good a/c, much appreciated during the height of the great wave in Europe. The mattress on both, the bed in the room and the sofabed in the living room were very comfortable. The A/C in the living room was also in top condition and was very energy efficient. The kitchen is very well equipped with every amenity you might expect. Though the building is old, the flat itself is impeccably kept. Great water pressure in the shower. There were also mats available to go to the beach as well as a parasol. What a great extra to have available! The only drawback was having very noisy neighbors on the floor above us, going up the four stories making loud noises and then moving furniture at 2 in the morning in their flat, but this has nothing to do with our flat as once those neighbors left, there was not any issue. Maria is the perfect host. At all times she was available for any questions. Communication was superb. She's very flexible and friendly. A big thank you for the little welcome gift, it was delicious! I highly recommend this property, you will not regret it!

Perfect Treat

This trip was a treat, from the personal greeting to the farewell. The property is located a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais, with the tram a few blocks away and the main station straight up the road. The local boulangerie is one minute away, and despite the street being full of life and restaurants, the apartment itself, on the third floor, is always quiet.

Niet saai, genoeg te doen.

Het verblijf was goed. Het appartement is voorzien van alle benodigdheden tijdens ons verblijf. Alleen de trappen lopen naar de 3e verdieping viel ons tegen zeker bij aankomst met koffers. Elke verdieping telt 2x trappen lopen dus pas na 6x lopen kwam je bij het appartement. Voor ons als 70 +sers een flinke klus. Maar we hebben ons goed vermaakt. De zee was vlakbij en niet ver lopen naar historisch centrum. Veel restaurants in de buurt en uitstapjes naar Cannes, Antibes, St Paul de Vence en Monaco zijn makkelijk bereikbaar met de trein. We hebben het leuk gehad.

Mon unique et plus mauvaise expérience Abritel

Si l'appartement est correct, je ne recommanderais pas cette location en raison des exigences particulières de cette propriétaire. A savoir que lors lors de nos premiers échanges, celle-ci m’ a informée avoir subi récemment des problèmes de prostitution dans l’appartement et qu’elle prenait désormais un maximum de précaution pour éviter que de tels actes ne se reproduisent. Son comportement s’est traduit par: - des demandes de renseignements exagérées: photocopies de nos 3 cartes d'identité, le n° de notre vol, pourquoi nous n'avions pas le même nom, et au cas où un invité ne puisse pas venir, l’obligation de fournir un certificat médical expliquant l'incapacité à se déplacer. Sinon la réservation serait annulée.. - des menaces récurrentes d'annuler la réservation, à toutes les occasions (alors même que nous avions déjà versé les arrhes et que nous ne pouvions plus revenir en arrière) : * devant mon étonnement à toutes ses demandes de renseignements illégitimes: selon la propriétaire, si j'étais étonnée c'est que j'avais sûrement quelque chose à me reprocher et que j'avais le comportement de quelqu'un qui se prostitue! * quand je n'ai pas répondu assez vite pour lui signaler notre horaire d’arrivée, menace d'annulation * quand j'ai envoyé le solde avec un jour de retard, nouvelle menace d’annulation. - un contrat type très exigeant: -l'annonce Abritel prévoyait la climatisation mais le contrat impose de ne pas dépasser 14kwh par jour . Or pour ne pas dépasser les 14 kwh, il ne faut mettre la clim que la nuit. Sinon prévoir de payer le supplément! - autre facturation : 40 euros (!) pour un plat à four qui s’est cassé tout seul dans le four sous l’effet de la chaleur. Selon la propriétaire, nous aurions dû la prévenir dans les 24h, garder les morceaux et ne pas mettre le four à pleine puissance .. - des interdits et consignes en tous genres: Ne pas border le drap quand on dort sur le canapé, mettre à zéro le compteur du micro-ondes, comment positionner le pare-douche pour ne pas inonder, ranger les valises dans un placard précis, ne pas frotter le plan de travail avec le côté abrasif de l'éponge..... Lorsque nous avons quitté l'appartement, la propriétaire m’a contactée pour un verre déplacé et le bec verseur du fer à repasser qui n'étaient pas à leur place exacte, et qu’elle a fini par retrouver 5 minutes après..

Très bien!

Ma famille et moi avons séjourné, pour passer nos vacances à Nice, dans l'appartement de Maria Rosa. L'appartement est exactement comme dans la description, très bien situé dans la zone touristique et à deux pas de la plage, de la Promenade des Anglais ou de la vieille ville. Il est lumineux et équipé d'un système de climatisation qui fonctionne très bien. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances ici. Merci beaucoup, Maria Rosa!

Charmerende, central og perfekt

Vi har boet her to år i træk, og alt er perfekt. Lejligheden ligger i et dejligt kvarter med masser af gode restauranter. Stranden er kun 100m væk, og tog og busser meget tæt på. Værtinden er meget sød og den charmerende lejlighed har alt man behøver for en weekend i Nice. Busstoppested til lufthavnen 100m væk. Vi elsker dette sted!

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Alles was man brauchen könnte vorhanden Sehr saubere Wohnung, super gelegen. Einzig unsere späte Anreise war u günstig und musste zusätzlich bezahlt werden
