Prime location: 2 bedroom apartment with distant sea view, an easy 15 minutes walk to the marina and in Old Village neighborhood.
The light and airy 2 bedroom air conditioned apartment enjoys a good location and lovely views over Vilamoura and out to sea. Fully equipped modern kitchen, two bathrooms, large lounge-diner. 2 South facing balconies overlooking the communal gardens and children's/ adult swimming pools. There is a poolside snack bar with WiFi. Being on the top, 4th floor (served by lift), this is one of the best located apartments in the block with superior views.
Only 15 minutes walk to the Marina and beaches. Ideally located for the numerous golf courses (Pinhal golf course is only 450metres away) and restaurants. The nearest Supermarket is only a 3 minute walk away.
Kitchen: oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board and expresso cofffee machine.
Living Rooms: Lounge/ dining room with air conditioning, balcony with sea views, dining table and chairs, 3 seater sofa and 3 seater sofa bed.

Clever Details is management company based in Vilamoura, our office is near the casino. We have available a 24h emergency number. All of our self catering villas and apartments have a Municipal Rental Licence (AL) which includes fire safety equipment and electricity and gas inspection. IMPORTANT: Check in from 16:00h until 18:00h. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed by CleverDetails. There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 18:00h: between 18:00h and 24:00h - 35 euros; between 24:00h and 01:00h - 50 euros; between 01:00h and 09:00h - 100 euros (subject to availability).
