Cristal's location allows you to be at the very heartbeat of the Old Town, mixing with locals and tourists alike. Whilst quick access to the Nice tram and bus routes ensure your days of discovery are maximised to the full.
Cristal overlooks rue de L'Abbaye and rue Saint Vincent and has the rare and exceptional advantage of being undisturbed by the noise. Amidst its bundle of picturesque narrow streets dotted with cultural attractions, night venues, shopping opportunities and restaurants, it yields the ideal set for a sightseeing tour, a shopping spree or a gastronomic experience. Last, but by no means the least, enjoy discovering the fine French wines of the region and beyond.
BUILDING
With all of the modern comforts "Cristal" boasts all of the amenities that you would expect from a luxury hotel with air conditioning, the latest entertainment services, and hotel quality bedding. Expect luxury and authenticity at this unique apartment, from which you will never want to leave.
This gorgeous apartment awaits you on the 2nd floor. Unlike most Niçois buildings, it benefits from an elevator from the 1st floor. Please note: steps from the ground floor need to be taken up one floor to catch the elevator. Warning: elevator is quite narrow - strollers can only fit in, when folded.
LIVING AREA
The front door opens onto a welcoming double entrance hall, painted in a soft shade of grey. With grand high ceilings and French windows, relax while enjoying the soothing tones which fill every room.
The living space is wonderfully eclectic, with homely touches to enhance your stay. Care has been taken to incorporate the old with a touch of new, Nice old town charm meets ingenious functionality with the white lacquered, highly customized designed kitchen. Enjoyable and convivial moments can be shared with family and friends around the stainless steel kitchen area, with first class appliances by De Dietrich & Bosch.
The atmosphere is at once elegant and comfy, with a mix of soft upholstered chairs and sofas. The vintage-styled leather sofa rests beside the wall- mounted flat screen TV and might just be the prime place to relax.
A gorgeous chandelier twinkles and splashes its light on the marzipan cream colored walls, whilst comfortable armchairs sit around the rustic hardwood coffee table.
You will enjoy family and friends' reunions around the elegant yet functional dining table, with removable cover chairs.
KITCHEN
The beautiful parquet floor stands out against the sleek white kitchen. All open-plan, it has abundant countertop space and plenty of convenient storage. The attached cooking island doubles up as a pristine dining bar, with six bar stools.
The kitchen itself boasts the best of modern conveniences, with a full-sized American fridge and freezer, four gas hob rings, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
Amenities include a washing machine and separate tumble dryer. These can be found conveniently nestled in the separate laundry room, along with a hand washbasin.
BEDROOMS
All three bedrooms feature air conditioning, "Herringbone" parquet, high ceilings and tall double glazed windows. Relaxing tones feature in every room and sumptuous hotel quality mattresses and bed linen are the final touches to make your stay as comfortable as it can be.
Bedroom 1, is adorned with a soft floral wallpaper and cream coloured curtains. Spacious and welcoming, it is stylish with an elegant chandelier, rococo style bedside tables, wall mounted reading lights and an extra large British king-size bed (190cm). The last essential of this room is the walk-in closet offering plenty of storage for your clothes and suitcases.
The second bedroom has a feature floral blossom wallpaper made up of of duck egg blue, pastel pink and antique cream. The room enjoys a King sized bed (160cm) and features a range of authentically styled period bathroom suites that combines yesterdays designs with today's technology.
The third bedroom is fresh and airy with light French grey and crisp white striped wallpaper. It features a vanity table and two single beds (90cm) and a double size dove grey wardrobe making it ideal for children or friends to share.
Bathroom 1 is the luxurious styled en-suite that is enjoyed by bedroom 1, it features a Victorian style free-standing bath, a porcelain hand basin and a spacious walk in shower. Victorian chrome taps and heated towel rail completes this 5 star deluxe suite.
Bathroom 2 with a toilet also offers his and hers marble wash basins set on a provencale vanity unit, above each basin is an ornate wall-mounted mirror. The stylish walk in shower offers rejuvenation at the end of your day.
In addition, this apartment has an elegant independent toilet with wash basin, as well as its very own separate laundry room housing a washing machine, spin dryer and wash basin.

Nice, away from the hustle of Paris and just a short flight or picturesque train ride away, is where we like to go to slow down. That sea breeze, the slow strolls along Promenade des Anglais, the elegance: It's the French Riviera at its best. Walking around "Vieux Nice," the old city, is one of our favourite ways to experience it all: Clock the colourful range of yellow, red, and ocher facades; the abundance of flower and antiques shops.
In the summer, cool off in the maze of narrow streets, popping into terraces, cafés, and local shops. Take a walk around the market of the Cours Saleya, where you can shop for local goods like flowers, olive oil or lavender soaps. For lunch - the food scene is second to none with an abundance of divine restaurants popping up on every corner.
Add in the gentle Mediterranean weather... Blessed with over 300 days of sunshine per year...It's impossible not to fall in love.
