Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at 305 - only issues we had was master bedroom sliding door would not open but maintenance was called and had it working in no time. Also, more than 2 rolls of tp are normally used for a week stay but housekeeping brought 2 more promptly. Overall was very well pleased with our vacation.

Reviewer Comments: We loved the stay just very upset that we couldn’t go to the beach the last day because they were redoing the sand why would they pick the busiest time of year to do that is beyond me then couldn’t sleep before check out because bull dozers were so loud

Wonderful Stay in a Nice, Well-Maintained Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit was in excellent condition, well-appointed, and clearly well-maintained. Although the bathrooms were not quite as updated as the rest of the condo, they were clean, functional, and more than adequate.Our only suggestion would be to replace the showerhead in the master bathroom. It appeared to be adjustable, but we were unable to move it. This would be a relatively inexpensive improvement that could make a big difference in comfort.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this condo to others!

Called maintenance but they never came. There should be a screen on it also. The chairs on balcony were difficult to manage. Unit is not kid friendly. There weren't enough towels

Reviewer Comments: The dishwasher was loose from the cabinets still worked but needs to be fixed, not sure how that happened, over all it wasn’t cleaned very well, dust under furniture, hair in the shower, this was our second time using this condo and it was much cleaner last year.

Master bed very comfortable but we had night time noise from the hot tub below and the fireworks were very loud. Great location and we enjoyed all the good eats in Murrels Inlet. Wish I could take my small dog and all would be perfect!!!

We rented a smoke free unit and like to spend a lot of time on the balcony did not like to be out with all the smoke all day and night.
