Nyrenoverat strandhus ligger några korta kvarter till den lugna, idylliska North Beach. Offentlig strandbedömning ligger på båda ändarna av Bay Street. Restauranger och butiker ligger inom gångavstånd nerför uppfarten och tvärs över gatan. Vi renoverade och uppdaterade hela huset 2014. Nya köksmaskiner. Granit. Takfläkt. Bestick, kastruller och stekpannor, mixer, brödrost och Kuerig kaffebryggare är bara några av de bekvämligheter. Njut av dina måltider vid det stora köksbordet. Det finns också sittplatser för 4 i matsalen. Länkade solrummet utanför köket. Den solrummet har en dagbädd med en rulla som sover två. Nyinredda vardagsrum med stora, platt-TV. Nya queen size sängar i alla 3 rum med platt-TV och takfläkt. Badrummen har uppdaterats. Stort vardagsrum med inhägnad bakgård. Ny betongstämplad uteplats installerad i mars 2017. Kolla in de nya bilderna. Koppla av runt eldstaden eller grilla din "dagens fångst" på utegrill. Ta några stranden leksaker, vagnen och svalare från skjulet och gå ner till stranden eller koppla av på verandan med en god bok.

Great Place to Stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. It has a fire pit which our teenage grandsons wanted to use every night. It is a comfortable walking or driving distance to the beach, stores, restaurants and Savannah. Would highly recommend this place.

Great Little Beach House

Cute house, lots of room and everything you could need. Close to restaurants and shopping as well as the historic district. Will definitely book again.

Enjoyable beach home!

Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor space and number of bedrooms which accommodated 5 adults and an 18 month old. It was great being so close to beach access, some shops and restaurants as well as the lighthouse. We had a wonderful time!

Great Beach House

Very spacious, clean and beautiful. Very close to the beach and delicious restaurants. We enjoyed our stay as we had this planned for our family vacation for sometime. We were extremely pleased with our stay. Highly recommend.

Location, location, location!

This house is so convenient for beach access, good coffee and shopping. It's great if you want to venture into Savannah but not have the overnight noise. Tybee Island offers great dining if you want to stay local. We have stayed in this house twice.

Clean and spacious

Lots of room to spread out. We enjoyed hanging out in both the inside and outside space. It was a easy walk to the beach and even easier to grab coffee.

Comfy home on the north side

We enjoyed our first time at Tybee staying in this comfy home that is walkable or bike-rideable to the beach, restaurants and shops. The kitchen/sunroom is nice for gathering as is the patio. Huckapoos is practically next door and a fun spot!

Friends getaway

Property worked perfectly for our trip. There were 6 women and we had room to comfortably sleep, eat and gather in either living room or outside. Host was incredibly helpful and easy to reach. Would definitely recommend.

Spacious by the Ocean

The house was perfect for our stay! It was much more spacious than I assumed it would be. It’s a very short walk to the ocean and an even shorter walk to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. We really enjoyed being on this side of Tybee!

Ideal Location

Very gracious host. House is charming and well appointed with the necessities for a longer stay. Very comfortable beds, furniture, and outdoor areas. Easy to walk to a few restaurants and shopping. All year long there is pay to Parkin Tybee, so it’s nice to be at an easily walkable location.
