HVAC in top condition.Walk from the pool or unit to Publix, Chiplote, Boba tea, Pizza, Dunkin and much more in the shopping plazaRight off one of the main roads of orlando.Clean unit. Washer right by front door so you can put all your pool stuff in as soon as you walk inExcellent host Gary, checked up on us via text to make sure all was going well and replied promptly even after hours. We even extended our stay.10-20 min from almost all points of interest in Orlando. 15-18 min to from MCO for us.

Perfect Orlando location!

Gary was so helpful and responsive to any of our needs, although they were few because the unit was exactly as described! We had plenty of space for our family of 5. The pool was very clean and a perfect retreat after two busy days at Disney (and driving there was really easy from the condo).

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The condo was a great size, fully stocked and very comfortable. Both pools were excellent and the location was perfect. We were so thankful we found it and would definitely stay there again.

This property is beautiful, not to mention the location is amazing. You can walk to the grocery store, not to mention Universal, is just 7 minutes by car, Seaworld approx 4 minutes, Disney 12 minutes, and the convention center is next door. There is also golf across the street at Shingle creek. Vista Cay is a full resort setting, a gated community and when you book with us all amenities are free with no resort fees. Free parking and free wifi.
