Beautiful spacious home with an amazing kitchen. Perfect for 9 of us and one tiny dog.We liked the open floor plan, and deck off the living room. Kids enjoyed the foosball game!

House was clean, well stocked with plenty of room for our family. The beach is close HOWEVER the walk there is awful. It’s down a busy road with no sidewalk or shoulder, it’s not safe to walk in early morning or dusk. Traffic was moving fast and not cautious of pedestrians. Which is fine if it was listed this way. We’ve stay multiple places on the coast this was our first to not have a clear path to the beach.

We go to Oceanside every year for a family gathering, and have stayed at 7 different houses in the town. This property was one of our FAVORITES! It was well stocked, had great spaces for 3 couples, and 5 kids, and while we didn't take our dogs, it's dog friendly! The communication with the host was exceptional, they provided an early check in and proactively reached out to let us know. We really appreciated all the pre and post communication. Would definitely recommend this host and property to any large party or someone looking to stay in Oceanside. Thank you!

Great Family Vacation Home

The beach is so close and on the days when the weather isn't great, it's a great place to stay in, play ping pong and cooking together in the well equipped kitchen.

Great House, Beautiful Location!

Came here for a beach weekend with some friends. The kitchen was well furnished for cooking, and the location by the beach was perfect!

Wonderful Weekend

The beach was close and beautiful. Went through the tunnel which was fun! The house was clean with plenty of space. The management communicated great and we felt very welcomed! Would recommend!

Great Beach House in Quiet Town

We were very confortable during our stay. The house was well kept up and had everythong we needed. The kitchen was the most well-stocked kitchen I've had on VRBO. You could easily walk to the beach. We will definitely consider visiting again.

Beautiful and extremely clean home close (walkable) to the beach. Layout was family friendly. Check in/out process was seamless. We felt extremely relaxed the entire stay. What a treat.

Perfect in every way!

This home is well equipped and perfect! We especially enjoyed the kitchen, which is set up well for cooking. The owners/management were super communicative and helpful. Will definitely stay here again! :)

Wedding guests’ retreat

Accommodated four older adults and one young family quite well. The kitchen equipment was complete, with plenty of dishes. Perfect for us.

Great place to stay near beautiful tidepools

This property was great for our four night stay! It was a great place to stay for our group of four adults and four kids. It was a quick walk to Oceanside Beach. We loved going through the tunnel and looking at the tidepools. The kitchen was very well stocked. Our kids loved the bunk beds and we all loved the games. Ping pong table was great, there were sand toys and beach supplies in the garage. It is on road where cars go really fast, so be aware of that if you have young kids.

Wonderful Oceanside Home for Large Families

We stayed here with our two kids (3 and 6), parents, and sister. The layout was great for a mixed family of multiple adults. We could have easily had 2-3 more kids with us! Large house, fully equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable. Multiple screens for streaming during downtime between the beaches and trails. Easy access to stores and delicious restaurants. Easy walking to the beach access. We stayed here for the 4th of July and got to see the Oceanside Parade. Very endearing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental process was easy. The staff was responsive and the rental was perfect! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who has issues with stairs, however. The living quarters/kitchen are up a flight of stairs. But the rooms were plentiful, comfortable, CLEAN and fortunately for us....the weather was unseasonably AMAZING the entire visit! We could hear the ocean from the deck, it was great. I will consider staying again!
