Den största stugan i 'Wilderness Spirit Cabins LLC'. En timmerstuga på 759 kvadratmeter med 17 fot tak. Har ett stort loft med en king size-säng. På bottenvåningen finns ett vardagsrum med en futon för extra sovande, litet kök med full storlek kylskåp, badrum och sovrum med en queen size-säng. Köket har ett kylskåp i full storlek, elektrisk spis med fyra brännare och ugn och handfat. En mikrovågsugn, brödrost, brödrost och kaffebryggare samt rätter och stekpannor och redskap ingår. Badrummet har en antik klo-fot badkar som har en duschfäste för att bada eller dusch. Alla sängkläder och handdukar ingår. Däck är på två sidor av stugan med 360 graders himmelsk utsikt. Perfekt att sitta och njuta av de vackra solnedgångarna i Bitterroot bakom bergen medan du njuter av en kopp kaffe. Utanför finns också ett matbord med paraply och stolar, gungstolar för att njuta av utsikten, en kolgrill och din egen privata eldstad med bänkar runt den för kvällens njutning. "Eagle Nest" sitter på toppen av kullen bakom huvudhuset och de andra två stugorna. Stugan är dekorerad med de ursprungliga akvarellmålningarna och reproduktioner av begränsad upplaga av medägare / konstnär, Tracy Rose Moyers, som kan köpas. Beläget i den vackra Bitterroot-dalen, som betraktas som "bananbältet", vilket betyder att området har mildare väder jämfört med resten av Montana. Bitterroot anses också på de bästa områdena med fluefiske i landet.

Comfortable cabin

We enjoyed our short 2 night stay. Conveniently located. The WiFi was very intermittent an weak even inside the cabin but all else was good.

Comfortable an quiet

Tracy and her husband were very friendly, we loved the sheep next door. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was super small and a little challenging but well equipped and the use of space was feasible.

Lovely place to stay.

Very nice hosts. appreciated the privacy. everything we needed was there. Had lots of reading material on the area. Maybe could have updated material? Very quiet and relaxing. Near the town of Hamilton if needed anything.

Skiing at Lost Trail

Stayed at the Eagles Nest Cabin during a couple days of skiing. Great place to relax and put up our feet. Everything we needed.

Cosy cabin with a beautiful view.

We stayed, three adults and three children, and it was tight, but worked for us. This is in a beautiful location, and the cabin itself has a wonderful rustic feel. A tad hot in the afternoon in summer, but not too bad. The hosts were nice. Would come again.

Scenic and Comfortable

We attended a weekend festival at the Daly mansion and stayed in the Eagle's Nest. It was thoughtfully supplied and a comfortable stay. The cabin has fantastic views from the loft, living room, and wrap-around deck. It was the perfect place to wake up, sip coffee, and enjoy the beauty of the Bitterroot before our festival.

We were greeted with the utmost friendliest couple. The place was everything advertised and more. Very cozy comfortable and beautiful. Highly recommended. We came for a wedding and would definitely return.

Thank you for a great stay

The owners of this property are very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. We loved the views from the loft bedroom (very comfortable king bed) and the propane fire kept things nice and toasty. When we arrived, it was about 4 degrees outside, but the owners had warmed up the cabin and we never felt the slightest bit chilly! This property consists of the owner's residence and 3 other cabins. Some other reviewers have mentioned that they felt a little lack of privacy since the owner's house is close by, but that wasn't an issue for us at all. They completely respected our privacy, but were friendly and had suggestions when we met them on walks with our dog. A nice surprise was a recreation field for dogs (and owners) at the front of the property! We didn't expect that. And there's very little traffic on the road in front of the cabins so we were able to walk there. The kitchen and bathroom are tiny but had everything we needed. The deck was spacious and there is a fire pit (with wood provided). Thank you so much for a great stay.

Not what I expected

Positive: Very comfortable King bed, nice deck, cozy living space, fun patriotic decoration, AC great, helpful and kind owners, good location. Negative: Shower-bathroom and kitchen faucets need attention, some kitchen things not clean with insects and dirt in pots and pans and on some utensils, some lack of privacy by being very close to owners house right across from the deck even though the owners themselves respected our privacy very well.

Beautiful cabin with sweet touches

This cabin is even more gorgeous than the pictures show and the owner has sweet little touches everywhere with native American artwork and knick knacks. The view from the king bed in the loft is stunning of the mountains. My nephew loved the cabin and I can't wait to book an even longer stay here. The host is very gracious and although I never got to meet face to face the communication was exceptional!

Gorgeous Views of Mountains!

My dog and I had a very peaceful stay at the Eagles Nest cabin! The cabin is exactly as described/pictured. The views of mountains all around cannot be beat! Right next door is a small farm with sheep. And you can see horses and cows from the porch. The little town of Hamilton is 10 mins away and is super cute. There are many incredible hiking trails within 30 mins. The cabin is quiet and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!

Review

Very clean cabin, nice people. The kitchen is way to small to cook or wash dishes. If done only one person will fit. The shower was horrible, more water coming out of spout than shower head. Very clean, nice people but very close to their house.

What a view!

We booked this cabin as a pet friendly overnight while driving from Seattle to Jackson and Zion. The view from the deck is spectacular. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. Will definitely book again if in the area.

Great set up

We were touring the Bitterroot Valley and stayed right here in the heart of the action, yet quiet and peaceful enough to sit back and enjoy the beautiful views. The owners were very gracious and accommodating and the cabin had everything we needed for our stay.

Tracy and Dale Moyers är värd

Dale and Tracy moved out to Montana from Virginia, to follow their dream of running a vacation cabin rental business. Tracy is also a professional artist that specializes in watercolor and paints the Native Americans, wildlife and landscapes of Montana. Her studio is located in the main house on the same grounds as the cabins. The couple moved to Montana the summer of 2014 and after living in their motorhome for the summer and looking at numerous properties for sale, they found just what they were looking for with this property- a log house with three cabins. The property was owned by an older woman that ran it as a bed and breakfast (Heavenly View Hideaway Bed and Breakfast) but at 75 years of age she was ready to sell and retire. Being the ideal place that Tracy and Dale were looking for.

Tracy and Dale met and dated in high school back in Virginia but when Tracy went out to Denver Colorado for Art College, they went separate ways. They dated again after Tracy graduated and came back to Virginia but at that time were on different paths, so went separate ways again. They both married other people and moved on with their lives. But 30 years later, after both happened to be divorced, they ran into one another again and the third time was the charm- they got married. Both brought two sons each into the marriage and now all four sons are grown and out on their own. That was when Tracy and Dale got the opportunity to follow their dreams and move out to Montana and start the new business, Wilderness Spirit Cabins.

After visiting Montana for the first time back in 2000, Tracy fell in love with the state. Visited again several times through the years and introduced it to Dale. Both love the beauty and mountains and rivers and lakes of the area and looked at numerous properties in the western part of Montana before finding the perfect spot. Which was this place!

The heavenly view is the highlight of this property. Also the rural atmosphere yet real close to the towns of Corvallis and Hamilton and the numerous activities that one can enjoy in the Bitterroot Valley.
