En riktigt vacker egendom! Rubrikhyran ovan Àr för 5 sovrum 4 badrum huvudbostad som sover 10 och ligger pÄ toppen av vÄr 10 tunnland fastighet med spektakulÀr utsikt över vingÄrden, ekar och de böljande kullarna i Templeton och Paso Robles.

Fastigheten renoverades totalt 2014. Den första vÄningen i huvudbyggnaden bestÄr av tvÄ sovrum som rymmer upp till fyra personer vardera, ett badrum, vardagsrummet, TV-sittgrupp, matsal och rymligt kök. Köket har alla nya apparater inklusive en stor ismaskin och vinkylare. Franska dörrar öppnar uteplatsen med en matplats utomhus och utsikt över vingÄrden. PÄ övervÄningen bestÄr av vardagsrummet och storbilds-TV, bar, matplats, ett sovrum och badrum, tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare och master-sviten. BefÀlhavaren svit och familjerum har franska dörrar som leder upp övervÄningen dÀck som erbjuder fantastisk utsikt över vÄr egendom och de böljande kullarna och ekarna i Templeton i fjÀrran.

VÄr trÀdgÄrd har en ouppvÀrmd pool, eldstad, tÀckt matplats, tÀckt bar och toalett. Vi har ocksÄ en sovrumsvit utanför poolen uteplats med en king size-sÀng, badrum och pentry.

Med huvudhuset och poolsviten kan vi sova upp till 10 personer. VÄra "Book It" -knapppriser Àr för upp till 10 personer.

Ytterligare boende pÄ fastigheten Àr tillgÀngliga för upp till 8 gÀster till och ligger cirka 100 meter frÄn huvudbyggnaden. Perfect house for a big group! There were so many great spots to hang out together or break off into smaller groups, both indoors and outside. The place was super clean, well-stocked, and really comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Wow, we had an amazing time at this beautiful house for our 10th annual girls trip to Paso Robles! The pool and hot tub were such a blast! We absolutely loved the huge countertops, and the big table was perfect for all of us when our personal chef came to whip up our delicious meal. We’re definitely planning on renting this place again!

This home is a work of art and perfect for large families. The property is so peaceful and the views are STUNNING! We were a big family with 2 toddlers and a baby. The setup with the add on units is perfect to give everyone a little bit of privacy. Our kids loved the visits from the horses just over the fence on the surrounding land. Owner is very friendly and you can tell they put a lot of effort into this place. We would definitely book again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful family vacation home. We have enjoyed this property for several summers now. Grandkids like the independence of being in the separate apartments. Love that you can add the apartments to your rental for only the days you need them. Leigh Ann and Joe are very responsive too.

Amazing location for larger groups

This location is great in providing a lot of comfortable space for larger groups to explore the Paso area. We came with a group of 15 and never felt too crowded. The property manager is responsive and helpful — definitely helped with making it a smooth stay!

Outstanding property

We had a big group of family for our son's graduation which worked great. The property is perfect for visiting and cooking with family. We bbq one night which worked well with the excellent backyard setup. I highly recommend this great property.

Holiday Family Gathering

Wonderful stay for our group

The house was perfect for our group of 15 friends. Everyone had plenty of space and the house is so nice - it felt like a nice home vs a rental property. The outdoor space is incredible with the pool, fire pit, hot tub, and grill. We used the extra apartment on the property and it was a short walk from the house. Everyone was so impressed with the house - would love to come back and stay again!

Weekend in Paso

We were all impressed with the beautiful house and surrounding vineyard! The view makes you feel like you are in Tuscany. The house is set up for large groups and accommodated our group comfortably. We had a wonderful time staying here. The main house was gorgeous. Much better than the pictures. The barn was awesome and beautifully decorated. The property accommodated our entire bridal party easily. There were plenty of spaces inside and outside to enjoy and hang out. I would highly recommend this property.

A serene spot just minutes away from everything you want.

The home and grounds are beautiful and you really never want to leave but whe you do need to go food shopping or the pharmacy they are minutes away. Every one in our group loved that you could feel all alone while on the property but go to the beach or a winery or a gorgeous hike with a short drive. My kids asked me if I had rebooked before we even finished our first week!

Pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the property

Property was well-maintained, very clean, and breathtaking. We had an issue with the dishwasher and the host was able to come over right away to fix it, which we greatly appreciated. Only complaint is that the glass doors to the kitchen are very difficult to lock. 10/10 experience, would recommend to any large group.

Three generations of the Wilson Family have come together to create a beautiful property in the Central Coast wine country for your relaxing family vacation, business retreat, or special event.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We discoverd the beautful Central Coast region in the 1980s when family friends built a vineyard in the Paso Robles area. Since then we have been coming to the Paso Robles area yearly for wine festivals dreaming of one day having our own vineyard. In 2012 a family friend who has been in the area for over 30 years as vineyard manager and winemaker informed us that a 10 acre property in Templeton was on the market. Here was the opportunity to realize our family dream. Over the last two years we have worked diligently to revive the vineyard and renovate the buildings. Now we'd like to share our dream vineyard with you.

An ideal setting for a wedding in our central garden overlooking the vineyard. We also offer a 1550 square foot barn for receptions and/ or rehearsal dinners and other milestone events.
