Nemo Cay Resort D104 är en första våningen, två våningar enhet som erbjuder en sorglös miljö för avkoppling och rekreation som är själva definitionen av "semester". Komplexet ligger i ett avskilt men ändå centralt läge på norra Padre Island, intill den helt nya Schlitterbahn Water Park Resort. Detta är det perfekta komplexet för familjer som vill komma ner för att njuta av den nya vattenparken samt de många andra sevärdheterna, inklusive vackra stränder, bra fiske, golf, surfing och så mycket mer.
Det finns också gott om att njuta av på komplexet, inklusive en lyxig pool med en grundvattenpool för kiddos, sprutfontäner, cabanas, grillgropar, shufflebräda och en lekplats med rutschbanor, däcksving och mycket mer! Kommer ner på vintern? Då kommer du verkligen njuta av den uppvärmda poolen också!

INTERIÖR
Inredningen i denna enhet är vackert inredd med ett lugnande kust tema. Om du kommer att se ett stort spel så kommer du verkligen njuta av 60-tums plattskärms-TV och ljudbar i vardagsrummet. Vardagsboxen har även DVR-tjänst för längre vistelser. Dessa ägare har också lagt till HBO, Showtime och Cinemax för ditt nöje. Varje sovrum är utrustat med egen TV och DVD-spelare också. Du har också ditt eget privata Wi-Fi-nätverk.
Nedre våningen finns en king svit, badrum, tvättstuga och öppet vardagsrum, kök och matplats. På övervåningen finns ytterligare två sovrum som delar en hall badrum. En av sovrummen på övervåningen har en king size-säng och den andra har en full / dubbel våningssäng med en tvillingstorlek och nyligen lagt till en annan uppsättning dubbla våningssängar. Det finns också en queen size-bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet för ytterligare två gäster att njuta av.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was nice and spacious. The only complaint would be that we rented a golf cart, and due to their rules, we couldn't drive it to this place due to its location. So if you plan on a golf cart rental, it will be a hassle. Also, the place was clean but didn't smell clean, the fridge was clean but had a weird smell, which I feel would've been solved by using a nice smelling cleaning product. Beds and linens were clean, the washer and dryer were nice, they had a small pack of detergent which we used up while there.

This property was clean, fully stocked, spacious and centrally located. I will definitely rent from Pare Escapes again! Their communication is great, staff are great to work with & professionals, on time and properties are exactly as described. Only recommendation I would give in the townhome is to put up a privacy fence on the back patio other than that I would recommend this property. We had 5 adults, 2 children, and one small dog.

However the one thing that kept us from enjoying our stay and coming back were the beds. The kids bunk beds were fine, but the king size beds were horrible and hard. I had a neck/back pain all weekend. I would suggest some mattress toppers.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our original rental had a water leak and smelled like mold. We were moved from that rental into another smaller rental for the night. We had planned to stay two nights but only could only stay the one night because there were no more rentals available. Padre escapes is gave us the difference back to our account and is giving us a discount on our next stay. I was upset we didn’t get stay both nights but at least the situation was handled in a professional manner.

The unit was very clean & pretty, checking in & out was easy, the staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, the entire unit is very well stocked & decor is awesome, my kids loved the pool & the stay, great place for a family stay, the entire property is very well kept, & parking in front of the condo is very convenient. We didn't mind that it wasn't beach front since the drive to the beach & fishing pier took about 5min. Loved Whitecap Beach! The sand is soft & beach was clean. The owner's truly take pride in this condo. We enjoyed it so much that we stayed an extra night! We'd definitely stay here again!

We rented several condos for a family reunion and everybody had a great time. Very clean and updated. Enjoyed the pool and playground.
